The sale man did not serve customer right. I feel the sense of discrimination. The sale man changed the appointment then he did not show up on the rescheduled appointment and he
did not inform me as the customer. After 2 hrs passed by his manager called me that the sale man was at my place early and already left the area beacuse there was two large male very aggressive walking toward him. This is a lie. I was out side of my house 30 minutes before the appointment time ( 1 pm) , I did not see any car of this company drive by or park on my street. If this really happen to this sale man why didn't he call the police to write the report to prove it so he has a case so the company is aware of that area in danger then you can tell customer that you don't serve the people in North Minneapolis bevause of This. This is unacceptable. I will post this information in Pronto's website and let all customers know what had happened and I will tell my people do not use Pronto business again. Thank you.
