It was longer than a 3 1/2 year wait for the Takata air bag repair parts to finally be available, but when the part was available, Dave Kohler at Crown M-B got me in immediately and got the repair done while I waited (1/2 hour).

Great group of individuals at Crown Mercedes. Traditionally I loathe purchasing new cars. Pushy salesman and always a hassle. Frank Salierno was my sales guy and he answered all my questions and met all my needs. Frank has a phenomenal support staff as well. CJ Sexton is well versed in exceeding customer service. It's rare these days, and these two tenured, knowledgeable individuals made my experience an easy one. Going forward I will only recommend Crown Mercedes, and will mention these two by name. I know that if I need anything, they are just a call away. My last purchases were at M.A.G. and Germain Mercedes at Easton, you will not get this level of " Customer is King" attitude.

Crown Eurocars has been great to work with. I first leased my car with them 3 years ago, and just bought out my lease. Ken Stuart helped me with both transactions and was fantastic. Would definitely recommend Crown, and specifically Ken!

The entire service department from scheduling through pickup is very professional. My service manager, Michael Lyons, keeps me informed as to the status of my service (which is important as I live an hour from the dealership). There aren t any surprises. Car is on time, and tidy. I am very impresses and pleased.

We recently leased a 2019 GLA and we love it. People are so friendly and polite at this dealership, especially Tim Tassel who helped us to get a great deal for this car.
The process was a bit long, but just because they wanted to have the car inspected by a detailer at their carwash.

I initiated a web inquiry for a C300 I saw on Crown's lot. CJ Sexton replied with some information. We set up a test drive appointment.
CJ was given short notice for a previous commitment on the day of the test drive, but graciously set me up with Andrew Runk to take care of me when I got to the dealership.
Andrew was very helpful reviewing the features of the car, even taking the time to show the vehicle exterior during a steady rain. He was very patient during the negotiation process, and in a short while we came to a fair and equitable agreement on the price.
On the day of we picked up the car, Andrew introduced us to CJ. CJ took over where Andrew left off, showing us the fine details of the car and reviewing everything we needed to know to enjoy all of the features. He then introduced us to Dustin Holland in the finance department to take care care of the paper work.
Dustin was very knowagable and explained different accessories that were available. We never felt pressured to purchase any additional items. Dustin's system had the vehicle selling price higher than what was agreed upon. When I called this to his attention, he changed the sheets to the correct price with no questions asked. I never felt this was any type of ploy, just a clerical error.
When it was time to drive home, CJ made sure we were happy with everything and comfortable with operating the car.
I do need to mention another sales associate, Michael Gale. I had purchased my previous car from him and inadvertantly overlooked him this time. I was simply responding back to CJ when he replied to my internet inquiry and the deal happened very quickly. CJ and Andrew both told us they had talked to Michael and he was okay with everything. Thank you Michael for being so gracious.
Hats off to all involved for one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had.

What an A+ experience. From the very beginning of working with Crown Mercedes, I let them know how I wanted to work with them to purchase my 2015 Mercedes C300 4Matic and they were 100% on board and let me know we can do it exactly my way without the games and they kept their word all the way. I live in Stanford,KY. and found the car I been looking for online at Crown, which was about 250 miles from me, when you know what you want, go for it. Anyway, I spoke with Kathy Moyer over the phone and she told me that she would hold the key's to the car until I got there, so I jumped on my bike and rode up there, got to test drive it and loved it, a 2003 Monte Carlo SS, WHITE. Told them I wanted it, they got me approved, came back with my trade in 5 day's later, they had all the paper work ready, car completely filled up with gas and ready to go, also dealt with Jason Stull, another great sales person. Everybody was very friendly, Non-Pushy sales people. Yes I would drive or ride another 250 miles to buy from them again, thanks.

My wife, and I recently purchased a vehicle from the dealership. Doug Horner, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, and honest. This is our first Mercedes, and while it wasn't necessarily the newest, or most expensive car on the lot, Doug, and his manager Matt Frazier made both my wife, and I feel like we were purchasing a top of the line Benz. We absolutely adore our car, and I honestly feel the same way about the experience we had at Crown buying it...

Salesman stated warranty printed on a paper taped to the car wouldn't be honored, argued about it, offered to "sell" us an extended warranty. Then, a manager came out and "graciously" offered to honor the warranty written on the car and made sure we knew he had "stayed late to accommodate the transaction". It's hard to remember a time when I've been treated so poorly by a salesman or manager. If you have a warranty printed and taped to a car, you honor it, no questions asked.

Very disappointing service. I scheduled an appointment weeks out, as they are that backed up, and when I showed up I was told my appointment wasn t on their list. Apparently the individual checking people in and had the previous day s appointments on a sheet of paper which is why he couldn t find it at the time. I was then asked who I had an appointment with.?. I had an appointment to have work done on my 2018 Mercedes. How am I supposed to know who I have an appointment with if no one told me anything at the point I booked? And of course, confusion set in. I will definitely be going to the other Mercedes authorized dealer in town at Easton next time, and recommend you do too.

David Kohler, the assistant service director, at Crown Mercedes-Benz in Dublin is the best, among the consistently good technicians, I have ever dealt with in my 60 plus years of auto ownership. Dave has kept my 2001 E320 running and in A plus condition. He is knowledgeable, very professional and client friendly. There is nothing more that any customer will ever need from a Mercedes-Benz service department.

What a great experience! Stephen was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, fully explaining the features of each vehicle that we drove. With that said, there was absolutely no pressure at any point to proceed with the sale, as Stephen was more concerned with getting us in to the "right vehicle" for us. After a few test drives and considerations, we settled on a wonderful vehicle, that when researching the cost, was priced to sell.

We then met Ashli, who was very knowledgeble about the warranty information and optional packages. She helped us through the remainder of the buying process.

At delivery, Stephen made it a point to introduce me to the service team who would be performing the maintenance on the vehicle, and then personally spent his time ensuring that the functions of the car were understood. It was a lot to take in, but he was very thorough and ensured that we understood to call with any questions at all.

Following the sale, Stephen followed up with us to check in and see how everything was. To us, that made all the difference, as the service simply didn't end at the point purchase.

It was a great overall experience and I would highly recommend that anyone speak with the professionals at Crown when considering their next vehicle purchase.

Tim was amazing. He was professional, efficient, and extremely accommodating throughout my time trying to purchase the vehicle. Although CJ did not sell me the vehicle, he was there every step of the way. Continuously checking in and making sure I was as informed and as comfortable as possible when going through the buying process. He and Craig were adamant about me getting the best deal and purchase options available to me. At the end of the transaction I was more than happy with my experience. I highly recommend this dealership and the employees that represent it.

Disrespectful and dishonest service. I took my under-warranty 2 year old C300 in for a warranty repair - after waiting 5 weeks for an available appointment - because the passenger low-beam headlight had failed, which isn't unusual for these cars. Todd, my assigned service advisor, pressured me to drop the service request because "it takes a long time to set up the machine," "we are very backed up," and "these new headlights are different." I can tell when a headlight isn't working and didn't appreciate the lecture suggesting that I just didn't understand on versus off. A day later, after being given an unacceptable junker of a loaner car with less than 1/8 tank of gas, Todd calls to tell me that not only has he confirmed that the headlight failed and his mechanics questioned how I could even see to drive, but that I had intentionally damaged the headlight myself and it would cost $2,200 to fix. For one headlight bulb. One. Why would I damage a headlight on my own car that is under warranty? The entire situation was preposterous, insulting, and demeaning. I was left with a dangerous car and to add insult to injury the dealership managed to get a screw lodged into one of my tires and sent my car back to me with the low tire pressure warning blaring at me as soon as I started the car, but everyone had left for the weekend so there was nothing they could do. I was left with a dead headlight and flat tire on a $51,500 car with no effort to do anything and no regard for my safety. Todd's demeaning attitude and preposterous accusation that I would sabotage my own car was beyond unacceptable. Under no circumstance would I return to this dealer for any reason after this horrible experience.

I have a busy schedule and do not have a lot of time before the drop off of my car Todd Johnson had me in a rental and off to work within no time and then had me quickly on my way after my service was complete. Brought ML for lease end return and new one pick up all process took about an hour, with all finence papers to sing, Nice and easy, no change in price no troubles, they did set my phone did shoe fetchers and... I am on a road back to business.

All I can say is Ken Stuart worked very hard to get the car I wanted. I always didn't like cars due to sitting to low to the ground, but this car isn't like other cars is all I can say. The Mercedes Benz C300 4matic drives like a dream and that's no lie. I cannot ever see myself driving another car that isn't a Mercedes. Highly recommend the dealership and especially Ken Stuart.
