Melisa Greenberg is an outstanding Sales Rep ... she goes WAY above and beyond to satisfy the customer. She immediately focused on the type vehicle and price range we requested and showed us many outstanding possibilities. Melisa is very knowledgeable not only about the Mercedes vehicles and technology but all aspects of the financial transaction. She goes out of her way to explore all options to assist the customer. Not at all high pressure (which wouldn't work for us) ... just makes you WANT a Mercedes product by providing solid information.
