My experience at Crown Mercedes was exceptional. I had just bought my Mercedes from a private dealer and had never been to the dealership. When my car started having issues I was in a complete panic when I was connected with Dave Kohler. He went out of his way to explain the services to me, what needed to be done, and stayed in contact with updates the entire time my car was being serviced. My car was back within less then a week (over a holiday weekend). It works perfectly now and looks beautiful.
