I had a good experience here. Our sales rep was Eric Ryan. He didn't pressure us, showed us all the cars we wanted to see, compared rates to get us the best deal. We had to bring our young kids and they had a little spot for them to play. Eric was patient with us and very helpful. Nice place and I will buy from them again in the future if we need a new vehicle.

I can't say enough about the team at Crown Mercede...

I can't say enough about the team at Crown Mercedes-Benz Dublin. Melisa Greenberg was my sales consultant and my finance consultant was CJ Sexton. Sales Manager Rich Renner and Crown President Marc Wigler were beyond helpful through the entire process.

In short: everyone I encountered at Crown MB went above and beyond to show me that they cared as much about my best interests (with regard to the car buying process) as I did. I've encouraged nearly everyone in my life to start here when looking for a new car to see what genuine customer service looks like.

I walked in early on a Saturday morning and Melisa greeted me and then took the time to learn about me and what I was looking for in a car (likes, dislikes, needs, wants, budget etc). We test drove a few vehicles they had on the lot to find out what peaked my interest and what options were important to me. They didn't have the exact car I wanted but Melisa and Rich went to work with their trading partners in an effort to procure it. In just a few days it was traded for and on site for me to take home. Throughout the process, their actions showed me that I was in great hands and that they would keep my best interests at the forefront of every decision--even if this meant less financial benefit for them in the short term. The level of care from Crown MB, Melisa, and the rest of the Crown team was so positive, I can't imagine my family ever starting another car search at any other dealership--and those are the exact words I plan to share with anyone I encounter in the market for a vehicle.

CJ did a fantastic job walking me through the paperwork once we agreed to terms and was able to answer every question I had about the different documents I was signing. He clearly knew what he was doing and was able to communicate with me in language I could understand. Rich and Marc were "omnipresent" throughout the entire process and have built a customer-first culture in this dealership that I'm sure others around central Ohio and the State are envious of.

They have my highest respect and recommendation--visit Crown Mercedes-Benz of Dublin to find a great car and even better people to help you throughout the process.

I typically see Shengqian Saguisi when I visit - he is always super professional, efficient and friendly. I was especially delighted with my most recent visit - it turned out the engine warning light was being caused by something relatively minor. They fixed it there and then for no charge. I was thrilled!

We recently had one of the best experience buying a new car at Crown Cars. We think all the credit goes to Konstantin Chumak (Kony). Kony was very courteous, professional, and respectful of our time. I know there are a lot of very good reviews of Crown Mercedes and that was one of the reasons we bought our car here. Sadly, I cannot give a very good review. The experience was not terrible, but it was not great / professional either. Especially for the class of car that is being purchased here. I found the sales experience disjointed and our salesperson, while nice, was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle or the Mercedes Me apps. The actual delivery process (time in the car) only took about 5-10 minutes for a vehicle loaded with technology. To say that it was lacking is an understatement. The salesperson sent us an email with a few videos we could watch on our own . I purchased another brand of car recently that had a technology delivery person that went through all the technology in the vehicle during the delivery process. It was a much more professional / pleasing experience. The finance portion of the delivery process felt quite slimy / tacky with all of the up-sells for Diamond Paint Coating, paintless dent removal insurance, wheel replacement insurance, etc.. I felt like I needed to take a shower when I left the finance office. In the end, we spent 2 hours in the finance office and 10 minutes actually taking delivery of the vehicle. It seems those 2 things should be flipped given the price of the vehicle was previously agreed upon and we were pre-approved for financing. Again, not what one would expect when buying a vehicle like Mercedes.

I had a great experience at the service department today. I was late for my appointment but they took me right in. They had estimated 2-3 hours, but it was done in less than 1 hour. I had taken time off work, so I really appreciated their efficiency. Todd Johnson in the service department took great care of me. He is a good communicator and wanted to make sure I was happy. Bought a 2020 GLE350 yesterday. I paid all cash in full for 60000$. After I get check from the bank they were nobody help me, keep me and my friend waiting alone in the lobby for almost two Hr. Because it is very new to the GLE market so don t really know about the car. When drive back to my house I find there was only fog light on. I thought it was broken so I bring back to the dealer next day, their attitude is very bad, they did explain to me why there is only one fog light on, but the tone of their voice made me fee very uncomfortable. It feel like a little of racist , their saying that I don t know what like in China but in US we only have one light on. ( because I m from China.) Mercedes is very nice car but this dealership tried they customer like you own them something.

Brian is always very thorough in explaining all service related items that need attended to at the time of my appointment, as well as answering any specific questions that I might have in complete detail that actually makes sense! Anytime I need service on my car, Crown and Brian are always there for me with their expert knowledge, true professionalism, and incomparable convenience from Loaners if needed, to a top notch facility with a very welcoming waiting room. I won't be going back here again to get my Mercede...

I won't be going back here again to get my Mercedes serviced. I dropped it off to get B service done which was 450.00 dollars after taxes.

They were pretty busy when I picked up my car so when they gave it to me I got in and drove away so I wasn't in anybody's way.

Upon getting home and inspecting my car I found that they got white paint on my driver side headlight and what appears to be blood all over my trunk literally looks like a mechanic cut his hand and touched my trunk and dripped blood all over it

If I'm paying that much for service I expect to get my car back clean and they have a car wash on site yet you couldn't clean the paint and blood you got all over my car off before giving it back to me utterly ridiculous.

Purchased a pre-owned here at Crown from out of state. Konstantin Chumack (Sales) and Bill Tippie (Finance) coordinated the entire process as simple as 1, 2, 3. Could not have been an easier transaction if I were a local customer. These fellows took care of my every need and concern, even weeks AFTER the sale, AND on a non-Merc vehicle. A more professional, courteous, customer-centric, down-to-earth, easy-going staff you will be hard-pressed to find at any automobile dealership. A solid 5-Star rating, this dealership stands behind its word. Would absolutely buy from them again, and recommend with highest honors to anyone frustrated with the search for a vehicle. So hurry up and go see Koni, Bill and the boys...what are you waiting for?

I was informed that my starting issues were solved...

I was informed that my starting issues were solved by replacing the spark plus and resetting the Engine Control Module. However, after paying the $567 for the above service, I entered my car, while still on the lot, and found the check engine was on. I shut off my car and tried to restart it, and it would not start. Needless to say I was displeased that after leaving my car for two days and paying for repairs that were either not needed or were erroneous I still do not have a working vehicle.

My service agent Dave Kohler was the bright spot in a very frustrating experience. Dave kept me informed of the situation with my car, had the car looked at again and kept the car overnight to ensure nothing else was going on. The issue was an Oxygen Sensor had to be replaced. Dave had the part replaced at no charge to me. I have had Dave a couple times now at Crown and he has always been very busy and professional, I appreciate his effort to do everything in his power to make my experience as pleasant as possible.

Had Dave not made this experience better the rating would have been a 2 star.

We just purchased two cars from Maurice Aoudad in the last three weeks at Crown MB in Dublin. We initially purchased a C63s for my son. Because the experience was so enjoyable and exciting that we followed with a C450 AMG for my wife. The purchasing experience was quick and to the point. We have since ordered another car from Maurice. The experience was exciting and fun (like car buying is supposed to be) and they were focused on getting us through the signing process as quickly as possible.

This experience is what car buying is supposed to be - FUN, exhilarating and makes you feel good). That you feel special and well taken care of which further reinforces that they are in the relationship business. The same cannot be said regarding MB of Easton. Initially, we were not offered a test drive of the vehicle we wanted and they thought they had gold in the AMG products. I thought they were in the car selling business vs. them "owning" cars. They were NOT straight shooters.

It was refreshing to go to Crown and to be treated fairly and with respect. - Relationship and lifetime value of a customer vs. the snake oil salesman.

I had a cut in one of my tires. I called to see if I could bring it in. They were able to get me in the same day. The turn around was prompt at less than 2 hours. When the car was done, not only was the tire replaced, but they had vacuumed my floors, wiped down the inside and washed the outside. Crown far exceeded my expectations. Exception care.

I recently purchased a Pre-owned Mercedes Benz C300 on June 26, 2016.
My total experience was wonderful thanks to the sales people and staff. I was pretty nervous about such a large purchase but from the first meeting I felt very happy that I picked Crown Mercedes-Benz Dublin.
We were greeted by Steve Bennett at the welcome desk in the showroom and from that point he made my trip to this dealership pleasant and comfortable.
Steve Bennett took the time in test driving and negotiating the deal with care and interest. His knowledge of the product was impressive and he made us feel at ease with our decision. As far as all the extras in the transaction I was not pressured. I was offered many of them but I was not pressured or made to feel uncomfortable in any of my choices.
Seeing that we came on a Sunday and that your dealership is only opened on a few in the year we were told the staff was slim and I could come back for a car wash and fill up during the week. I totally understood because I was eager to drive away in my new car that day.
As we were waiting for the paperwork to be completed for closing, I was made aware that our salesman Steve Bennett took his own time to wash and dry my car in perfect condition. I was so very surprised and thrilled. I was made to feel very important and not pushed aside because the regular staff was not there to cover such jobs. He made my day to drive away in that shiny white spotless car!
He offered his services to me in the future for any of my car needs as well.
He took extra time in my eyes to make my car buying a great experience.
I will recommend Steve Bennett and Crown Dublin in the future.
The sales manager also introduced himself to us. The rest of the staff also greeted us with smiles, hellos and pleasure that we were there that day!
I never felt snubbed or looked down upon. I have never even walked into a Mercedes dealership yet alone thought anyone would be so kind to a person such as myself. I am a hard working single mother of three boys who has never had the opportunity to purchase such an expensive vehicle. I was reluctant that I would be welcomed or even thanked for my purchase. But I was pleasantly surprised and put very much as ease from the initial meeting at the door.
It says a lot about the kind of people who are employed at Crown Dublin. I also came back for a car wash a couple weeks later and I was confused by where I should go with my car. I came upon a very young service man who was friendly, polite and gracious helping me to get to the right area. He as well as the original sale manager (I am sorry I do not remember his name but he was there Sunday 6/26/16 and when I came back for my car wash) stopped to say hello and ask me how my new car was doing? I was so impressed by everyone.
But on a sad note the lady who did my car closing did not share the same people skills and lacked friendliness that I had with the other people at Crown.
Her name was Ashli McConnell and from the moment she asked us to come into her office did not ask me how I was or even crack a smile. She was cold and deliberate and very abrasive. She could not even answer simple questions during our conversation and paperwork. She made both of us feel not welcomed and as if we were a bother to her. Honestly my transaction was pretty easy in my eyes. I paid cash for my vehicle and asked for nothing extra other than a simple smile and thanks for being there.
I know she is not the reason many people come to your store but she would be a reason not to come back. Thankfully Steve Bennett, the sales manager and the sweet service boy were there the days I was too. They are worth coming back and who I would recommend in the future.
I have been a nurse in a family practice doctors office for over 30 years and am less than a mile away from you. I picked you because you are so close to my employment and service would be convenient I was overall very pleased with my purchase and am loving driving such a solid, beautiful car now.

GREAT SERVICE! From the Service Center Team! Richard and Alex are great. They are like your best friends. They have people skills and will ask you questions, about your issue until, they understand. Because they do not want mistakes. So if you have an issue, please have your dates together. So the Service Center can do everything, they can to find out what the problem is. They do not hesitate to assist and this is not the first time, I have had a great experience with this location. They even washed my car and it smelled good, once I got in it. I did not expect that. Alex recommended things that should not be added to my car, even if suggested, by a 3rd party. To assure good function of my car. Michael Lyons was our representative when we brought our Mercedes in for service. His communication with us before, during and after our service was excellent.

Service (although a bit pricy) was performed in a timely manner. We did need to take our car back for a recheck but it was just residual oil leaking from where they couldn't reach to clean it all out. (Our convertible top wouldn't work, our first evidence of a problem with the roof was oil dripping in the interior of the car.)

When we picked up the car the first time, the exterior had been washed. I feel that because of this problem spilling oil on the inside, they should have cleaned up the interior oil stains as well. (They didn't)

When we picked up the car the second time, the exterior hadn't been washed. A minor thing, but noticed. In all fairness to them tho, I did only give them less then 3 hours notice that we were picking it up that day!

We had to leave the car a couple weeks after service was finished. Our schedules and other issues like travel and weather prevented us from picking it up timely. They gave us no problems with keeping it securely stored until we could pick it up.

Overall, we are satisfied with our service here and Michael Lyons is a reachable, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service representive.

I was in need of a new car asap. I called Crown Mercedes, Konstantin Chumak scheduled the test drive immediately. Keeping my urgency and needs in mind, he went above and beyond to get all the asks and best deal together for a new vehicle I was hoping to purchase. He was very prompt in responding to emails and calls. His professionalism and knowledge made my first experience with Crown Mercedes a great experience. Thank you very much Konstantin for your genuine concern and support!

However, there were some hiccups with the finance department. I found lack of experience. Some major financial changes in the deal were not communicated, I noticed them while signing the papers. In addition I had to review each and every paper in detail and found several mistakes in the process.

I have not had good experience with the service department so far. Have been there 3 times but the servicing department seems unfriendly and not welcoming. They have not been able to detect and resolve the issues. However, had a different experience with other Mercedes service center. For that reason, reducing my rating. 5 stars for sales department but 2 stars for finance and service department.

Had a very good experience here with our salesman, Cory Gasparro. The only issues I had were (1) that it was sometimes hard to gets hold of Cory or get responses from him - but not sure if that was an issue with the phone system? At any rate, when I spoke with him he was great and very attentive. And (2) processing the sale took WAY longer than I was told. I was told it would take an hour (I was skeptical of that anyways) but it took 3.5 hours. But on the whole, Cory was great and the overall experience was great. We will definitely return the next time we are in the market for a new car.

How to lose a customer? Apparently my Mercedes is now too old to get a "loaner" as the $1400 repairs plus recall work doesn't generate enough profit-they would rather have the loaner sit idle. So they work with Enterprise, who after walking from the dealer to Enterprise never heard of me, and they had no cars for me. Did Crown offer me a ride to work, or a loaner, or anything-nope. I paid for an Uber to my office, then home, then to work the next day, then back to get my car-4 uber rides! What did Crown do-nothing. I get treated better at my Nissan service, not that Nissan is bad, but isn't part of the reason to buy a Mercedes is to get better treatment than average? Oh well-one less customer for Crown to be bothered with. Looking to buy? Don't believe it when the salesman tells you that your special treatment lasts as long as the car-it doesn't.

We visited Crown Mercedes in Dublin in this morning for my free car wash (LOVE THOSE!) and was so glad to see that CJ Sexton is BACK! CJ is awesome and treats us just like family! We weren't looking to buy today but CJ mentioned he might have a car we'd like so we took a look. CJ doesn't pressure you... just finds what you're looking for and lets you decide if it's for you. Once we decided to go ahead with the purchase CJ worked hard along with Tom Sands and got us a great deal quickly and addressed all of our concerns. Jonathan Lyle-Purdy handled our financing and managed to get a better interest rate than we were expecting! (Thanks Jonathan!) I can't say enough great things about Crown! We're always treated like family no matter if we're dealing with sales, service or with Oleg who usually does our car washes! We're Crown customers for life!

My wife and I were very pleased to work with Andrew Ruck when we recently purchased a ML 350 from Crown M-B. The visit was meant to be a brief one -- we spent a few minutes seeing the cars available and Andrew went over the salient differences. We ended up trading our old ML for the new one and 3 hours later were driving home in the new car. This was a spontaneous unplanned event.
Andrew was very efficient and professional in doing the initial paper work and his colleagues( Jonathan, specially) did a great job handling the financial details. The next day, Andrew had the insurance details taken care off and later that evening when I went back to Crown to hand over the spare key and title of the old ML, Andrew patiently answered all my questions about the new features and demonstrated the Parktonic feature to me.
The entire transaction was very pleasant and there was no salesman pressure whatsoever. I would highly recommend Andrew and Crown for you next M-B purchase.
