I was very happy to buy the MB S5504m from Jeremy Ellis on 4/9/19, Jeremy is such a good person and a good salesman, I wish every salesman will be like him. Next time I buy a car I will come to Crown Mercedes and to look for Jeremy.

Wonderful experience with Rachel VanMeter. Great services and kindness, I appreciate them. Most of people who are looking up for reviews might want to know more about pricing than others. I would definitely say this is the best place you can get Mercedes. I don't know if I am allowed to de-advertise other brands here but seriously only Rachel offered me the price better than what I had expected and other companies were trying to ask personal questions and play around(in MAG). I know it's their job but still I was pissed off. Really, you do your research and estimate a target price before you enter. You will discover yourself wondering where that price negotiation process had gone. They offer you a really good price. No need to hassle. Always served at the best.

Just got my Mercedes GLC300 4matic at Crown Mercedes-Benz Dublin. Melisa Greenberg was super nice helping me get the vehicle I like, i wasn't pressured into buying, she made sure I was comfortable with the car before leaving the lot. Since I live 1 hour away she offered to bring a loaner and take my vehicle for maintenance. I would go back there again. Over all experience was phenomenal.

Don Meyncke was a wonderful salesman and I cannot speak highly enough about him. He communicated very well and is a lovely person. However, there were some pretty major things that were wrong with the car that I purchased. I'm supposed to be taking it in next week. The windshield is scraped up and the sound in the car doesn't work. Overall, and in hindsight, I should have test driven the car before purchasing it.

Frank Salierno was a great sales person. He put me in my dream car without making me feel pressured. The whole process was fast and I would recommend crown Mercedes to anyone that s interested in a Mercedes. Ask for Frank Salierno!!!

I was helped by Service Manager Dave Kohler at Crown Eurocars in getting my GLE 350 yearly Service and other minor issues that this vehicle had. In total my service experience was great, Dave took care of all minor details of tuning that I have brought to his attention. I would recommend him.

Crown Mercedes-Benz of Dublin is the only place in Central Ohio that anyone should turn to for their Mercedes-Benz service needs. Last week I had our GLK 350 serviced for the second time at Crown Eurocars, and it is by far the most complete and satisfying car service experience that I've had in my 50 years of having cars serviced. Shen Saguisi, the service representative that I have worked with both times, was sensational! He took as much time as needed to answer all of my questions and to explain the service that my car needed. Likewise, Shen was knowledgeable, personable, and thoughtful in his approach with me. Crown Eurocars provided a true 5 star experience.

I had the worst service experience at a Mercedes dealership at Crown. I took my car in for routine maintenance and had additional repairs. I was charged $400 extra for what I believed was part of my maintenance package. No loaner car was available, which was not relayed to me ahead of time. When I picked up my car and wanted to speak to speak to a manager, I was told no one was in charge and to go to the sales department. I even had to vacuum out my own car. I contacted the manager the next day who offered to credit back my Uber charges and the double charge of brake fluid. Apparently, double charging for labor is perfectly acceptable. I filed a complaint with Mercedes USA. I wouldn t recommend this dealership to anyone.

Todd Johnson is the person we work with at Mercedes of Dublin. He is always very helpful and knowledgable. He's pleasant and very friendly and our service is always very timely.

As always, Dave Koehler is helpful, professional, and informative. He makes sure that a car is waiting for me to use, while my car is being serviced. Dave Koehler will advice me and find me answers when needed and present then in a timely manner. I am very glad to have him as my Representative.

I happened across a used vehicle on-line that was listed by Crown. The dealership is about 200 miles from where I live, but the deal looked like just what I was looking for. Before I drove over, I spoke with Doug Horner. Doug was honest with me over the phone, never pressured me, and actually apologized for letting me know that there were several appointments pending for the same car. Long story short, I put a deposit on the car over the phone (site unseen) and drove the three hours based on his description of the car. When I arrived the car truly exceeded my expectations. Doug made the sales process easy and as short as possible. He was very professional and seemed to have my interest in mind as we closed the deal. I would absolutely buy again from Doug and Crown. Thanks for a great experience and a great deal!

I am very particular about my cars. I have owned quite a few of the luxury brands and as a result, I have come to develop a certain level of expectations about how my car buying experience should make me feel and what the on going service levels should be. I can honestly say that Crown Mercedes-Benz Dublin, and more specifically, Gracie Hendrickson, have thus far thoroughly surpassed the quality of service I have received from any other dealer that I have dealt with in the state.

For the last few months, I have been on the hunt for the ideal 4-door sports car. I spoke to Gracie and simply said - so far I've driven a Panamera 4s and the BMW 650xi Gran Coupe - what is the Benz equivalent? She immediately responded with CLS550. I said I might be interested in taking a look at one, and she quickly responded with a test drive itinerary that allowed me to sample different models, engines, features etc.

Her intuition was spot on - I bought the first one I drove :-) It wasn't just the car that sold me (which is awesome by the way), it was the attention to detail that she paid to making sure that I had a car that perfectly fit 'me'. I've already recommended Gracie to some of my colleagues and I intend to buy more cars from her in the future. This is the way that car buying should be.

I had the pleasure of meeting Youssoupha Mbao during my search for my new Mercedes. He was a pleasure to work with. Very Knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions. Showed all the options I have. He also was open to have me come back multiple times to show me all the techs my cars has. Great experience. This was my first Mercedes-Benz experience and one to remember. Konstantin Chumak was very helpful, answered all my questions, and ensured I received the most out of my purchase. I did not feel the pressure as you would from salesmen at other dealerships. I will purchase my next Benz from him for sure.

A Month later I had my car serviced by Alberto for the diamond finish. I was impressed with his quality of service and the condition of my vehicle. The car turned out better than when I bought it! Please let him know he did a great job.

I was in and out with a new vehicle in only about 3 hrs and that s really impressive. Konstantin was very helpful and even gave me a full tank of gas along with putting my plates on for me.

My experience with Crown Mercedes was very positive, The process was very considerate of my time. The salesman had great product knowledge. Both the salesman Bill Stevenson and finance manager CJ Sexton were very good at explaining all the options and decisions. There was no pressure, but there was very clear communication. As a first-time leasee, I had some questions that were explained clearly. I feel throughout the entire process that the transaction was well orchestrated. My experience started with Crown 5 years ago when I purchased a used 2006 E-350 from Crown. My experience with the service department and Shen Saguisi was very positive and I was treated as if I had purchased a brand new car. When it came time to replace the E350 I was positively inclined to give Crown my business but was looking for a competitive price. I shopped around and received quotes from other dealerships outside my area. I was willing to travel to another State to buy a car at the right price. Fortunately Crown was very competitive and fair and I know from my previous experience that the service is first rate.

I recently purchased a new Mercedes E350. I was considering a slightly used one, but after speaking to Doug Horner, of Crown Eurocars of Dublin, I decided to purchase a new auto for the same price. Doug was personable, very sharp, and professional, and systematically showed me what he had available at the dealership, explaining and demonstrating many of the features that I was unfamiliar with. Although there wasn't a vehicle at the dealership that had the specific features that I wanted, Doug worked "outside the box" searching the Northeastern part of the USA to find me what I was hoping to buy. He was able to get just the right car for me, within days. All during the process, Doug communicated with me, and went out of his way to help me, and to be sure I was very satisfied. This was my first time at Crown Mercedes for a service visit for my ML350.
From the moment I drove my car up to the bay doors, I was treated like a VIP.
A very nice gentleman, forgive me I forgot his name, greeted me politely, asked me my name, then took me in and introduced me to David Kohler, who was going to be my service contact while I was there.
David was exceptionally polite, efficient and went over everything that was included in the service package I was getting done.
He also printed out and explained other services that my car would be needing, so I could plan and prepare for these.
David even talked to my husband on the phone, when he had a question.
Crown Mercedes has a very nice, quiet, comfortable waiting room, if you choose to wait for the service on your car.
AND, they have homemade cookies, which are fantastic!!

David was wonderful about keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle, and he promptly came and got me when it was all complete.
He printed out the service report, went over it with me and explained everything.
David then proceeded to walk me out to my waiting car, which was all cleaned, inside and out.

I truly felt very special at Crown Mercedes, everyone there went above and beyond and I truly appreciate that.
No one likes to have to take time out of their day to get service maintenance done on their vehicles, its like going to the dentist, haha.
But I have never had such a pleasant experience at any other dealership as I had last Friday, at Crown Mercedes!

I can't say enough about my experience with CJ Sexton at Crown. I have 2 full time jobs, and was about to go on vacation (a rare thing!) when my car broke down. CJ made himself available at the last minute so I could take a look at the car on my lunch break, and then made himself available on HIS DAY OFF so I could come back for a test drive! This is the first time I've ever felt like the sales person was on my side - he recognized that I put lots of miles on a vehicle and really worked HARD to get me the best deal. The salesperson I worked with was Seth Held, who did a fantastic job of introducing me to the A2204M, which I purchased after a single test drive. Seth spent some time following the sale showing me all of the features of the car and making sure I understood all the technology. I'm delighted with the car and with the shopping experience at Crown.

I was in no way looking forward to purchasing a vehicle because of my experiences in the past with other dealers. My mood was changed from the minute I walked into the dealership as everyone I came into contact with was very pleasant and friendly. I had been given Tom Sands name by a friend who has had many memorable experiences dealing with him. I contacted Tom and let him know my situation and the budget I had to work with and Tom said come in and I will have a few cars ready for you to look at. When I arrived at the dealership I found Tom actually shoveling the snow off the walk before the dealership opened and he greeted me and took me inside. We spoke for a bit then Tom introduced me to Dustin . Dustin took me into the service area where there was a car for me to look at and then Dustin went into the lot and brought two other vehicles in for me to view. Dustin went over every detail of the vehicles with me and I then I was able to make an informed choice. Dustin then introduced me to Matt who worked very hard on the financing portion of the deal. I actually walked out with a vehicle I was extremely happy with and the exact payment that I had asked for .
All thee of these men made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I would also like to mention that I purchased a used vehicle form them and it was a Ford. I have been extremely happy with the experience and the follow up from everyone involved. I tell everyone I know that this is the place to buy a car because they are honest, friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable purchasing from them.

I worked with Andrew Ruck, and he presented my wife and me with the best experience we've ever had getting a new car. We were in and out in the span of a few hours so that we could make it in time to the OSU game. We went back a few days latter and he spent a great deal of time showing off every feature in the car. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

After weeks of searching for a particular car, I found that Crown Mercedes in Dublin had a vehicle that matched my criteria. I called the dealership and was fortunate enough to speak with Bill Stevenson. Bill was professional, courteous and extremely helpful all without being pushy and without using any of those "cheesy" car salesman tactics. He took a video of the car and sent it to me so I could see what the car looked like as it was on the lot. In addition, he sent me the CarFax report of the car and a link to the photos. We made an appointment for my family and I to test drive the vehicle the following morning. Since we were over an hour away from the dealership, he told me he would let me know if the car was still available at the end of the day. True to his word, he texted me later that evening to let me know that the car would be there in the morning so we wouldn't waste a trip.
As soon as we arrived, Bill had the car already waiting for us. In order to save time, Bill asked if we wanted to start the appraisal process on our current car (trade-in) while we took the car on a test drive, which we greatly appreciated. We had 2 kids in tow and buying a car usually takes quite a while. However, this was the best and quickest car buying experience we have ever had! The entire process went smoothly, it almost felt unreal. We never felt that "I can't wait to get out here" feeling that we have had in the past at other dealerships. Even the finance portion with Wayne M. went so quickly!
The customer service that Bill S. and Crown Mercedes provides is above and beyond. And it didn't stop after we walked out the door - Bill reached out to us to ask how our drive home was and to make sure we were happy with our choice. In a year or two, we will be in the market again to buy a car and we already know where we are going to go and who we will ask for - Bill Stevenson at Crown Mercedes!

Mike Gale was extremely honest and accurate with all his quotes and figures. I had done extensive research on the vehicle I was looking for and he responded to all my questions and concerns far quicker then any other dealer or sales person. I was looking for a unique vehicle and he was able to locate, quote and lease it to me within 18 hrs. of meeting him. His ability to "sharpen his pencil" right off the bat made the process even quicker. I look forward to working with him in the future on other cars as he is a true professional with great knowledge if the line.

Hidden Gem! Car shopping has never been fun, until now. We had the privilege of working with Don Meyncke of Crown Mercedes-Benz in Dublin. What an amazing experience. I first met Don w/ my two daughters, we were just looking, and he made them part of the experience. He asked them questions about what they wanted in the car and made sure they were comfortable while we talked about options and models. Don listened carefully and never once pushed for a decision. He was very responsive, delivered on his commitments when he said he would, was timely with his feedback, and when we were ready to take the jump, he was very supportive ensuring we got what was right for us and needs, and also understanding the process. CJ Sexton provided excellent customer service and I was very pleased with my overall experience at this dealership. CJ made sure that all of my concerns were addressed, that I absolutely loved my car, and made my purchase as easy and convenient as possible. They are good at sales, sure but once the papers are inked signed you are no longer a priority. My experience with both Melisa and whoever the service person Brian is ( who heard my voice and decided a minority should be talked over instead of listened too. Only the majorities get to vent their frustrations I suppose. This will be my first and last Mercedes.

Doug was terrific to work with - he listened to what my needs were and helped to deliver against them. Good communication without unwanted high pressure, he was very effective. I left the dealership with a car that I love!

I have reached them via service center website where I left my contact number with a simple inquiry on their services and to schedule an appointment. The NEXT day, I received a call from a sales rep who was trying to sell me a car instead. Word of advice: If you want to sell me your product, first get me to be your customer when I am willing to be one.

Daniel Hawks gave excellent support in a timely manner. He was also a calming and supporting influence that reduced my stress. In addition, he patiently explained and adjusted several maintenance problems, e.g., how to deal with the tire pressure indicator that I had found difficult to manage. I had previously called AAA when I had difficulty starting the car, but I found Daniel Hawks far more knowledgeable, prompt and supportive.

Melisa Greenberg is the most knowledgeable car sales person I've ever dealt with when buying a car. She knows her product inside and out. Melisa is very helpful during and after the sale. She is the reason I brought from Crown Eurocars. I would give Melisa a 10 star rating if I could, so 5 stars will have to to do. She is the best of the best. I would highly recommend her when you're in the market for a new or per-owned Mercedes.

We brought out 2015 Sprinter in for an Air Bag recall. The service department was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we got the air bag replaced quickly. The other Mercedes dealer in this area couldn't make an appointment for me because they said that air bag replacements for our model weren't available and they had no idea when they would be available. Crown Mercedes of Dublin not only had the air bag in stock, the Parts Department set one aside with my name on it until my appointment. Overall a very satisfying experience.

Visit was rough first day but second day I was told the brakes were fixed. Long story short I purchase the car and have it examined. Rotors and calipers are all rusted and brakes and pads were not fixed as I was told they were by Corey. The ultimate failure was my own for believing the salesmen.

I came to Crown Mercedes with my wife looking for a good deal on E class and couldn't be happier with the experience. Konstantin was friendly, honest and extremely easy to work with. He was very informative as to our options - which models were the best value, should we lease or buy, etc. She drove several cars until she found just the right one and Konstantin made closing the deal easy. There were no surprises, no hidden fees, no pressure to buy add-ons. Just straight talk, a fast and easy buying experience and the satisfaction that comes with knowing we got a great deal. My wife and I were shopping for a new vehicle during the COVID-19 pandemic and Crown Mercedes-Benz of Dublin made the process extremely easy. Our Sales Associate, Jeremy Ellis, answered our questions via email to ensure we had as much information as possible to conduct our search remotely. When it came time to visit the dealer, everyone was friendly, helpful, and most importantly hands off. Craig Brooks was also great and made closing the deal a breeze. Jeremy Ellis personally delivered the vehicle to our home the following business day and we couldn't be happier.

Made a recall appointment 4 weeks ahead of time. Took the day off work and drove 1.5 hours to drop car off. 2 hours later I'm notified they didn't order all the parts and they need my car for 4 more days. They had my Vin number and the recall info to order parts for 4 weeks and couldn't get it done. I couldn't leave my car for 4 more days 1.5 hours from home. The entire time I was dealing with the service manager who obviously has no idea how to run a service department. I will never step foot in crown again. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

As stated, you had my Vin number which shows EXACTLY what car it is. If everyone there knew how to do their job the parts would have been there. I have worked in the automotive dealership industry for 20 years, I know how things should be done. NEVER did anyone offer me a Mercedes loaner to correct the situation. My account of the events is near exact except I left out the fact that you tried to cancel my appointment 2 hours before because a service writer called off work. Again, unacceptable.

Once again Todd Johnson has out performed my expectations as a customer service representative for Crown. My 40,000 mile check up was completed on time and by using Todd's suggestion for selecting the prepay plan, I will continue to get excellent quality service at a reduced cost.

They did some warranty work, no other local Mercedes dealers would! I am truly Thankful for the staff and people at this dealership.

I recently had an issue with my vehicle that required a substantial amount of repairs and other than having to deal with the unpleasantness of an expensive car repair I could not be more pleased than I am with the treatment that I received from Crown Eurocars and more specifically my service advisor Bryan Moser. I had to have my vehicle towed to Crown Eurocars and upon arrival I was immediately greeted by Bryan. He asked me about the issues I was having with the vehicle and even went outside with me to better understand exactly what the issues were with my vehicle. It was late in the day close to then end of the service hours so Bryan was unable to get an estimate to me that evening which I knew would be next to impossible but to my surprise he was able to get me the estimate early the next day. Bryan was extremely professional and through his actions he let me know that he valued me as a customer and wanted to make sure that all my concerns were addressed in a courteous and timely manner which I greatly appreciated. Bryan gave me an estimate on the time for repairs and surprised me again by having my vehicle repairs completed almost an entire week sooner than what he had anticipated. I highly recommend Bryan Moser and Crown Eurocars for any service needs you may have.

My service experience with Crown Eurocars via Brian T. was courteous, quick, pleasant and expedient. Brian was friendly and helpful. My loaner was waiting for me and I returned to my car conveniently parked outside his office.

I have been bringing multiple vehicles to Crown Mercedes for several years now for routine maintenance and other service needs, none of which I have purchased from them. I have never had less than a 10/10 experience. Although typically more expensive due to manufacturer, I actually look forward to my trips here as opposed to the typical dread with other dealerships for other non Mercedes cars I own because of the service. All of my interactions have been and will be with David Kohler. He gets it. They are generally very busy, however, David always makes and takes the time to make sure all my questions and concerns are answered and addressed no matter how ridiculous they may appear to be. He has a ton of experience, but does not misinform when something is outside of his purview and requires further consultation. He is very accommodating and flexible with pricing, loaner vehicle considerations, and always makes sure to cover past and future services during each visit. He provides daily follow up to make sure I am fully informed and updated as work is performed for each visit. On a couple occasions, I have had somewhat odd or un-explainable issues. As a result, I typically take a video or picture and send to David. He makes sure it gets to the technicians which results in the issue being resolved correctly the first time every time. I highly recommend Crown and specifically David for any and all Service Advisor needs. Keep up the great work!

I brought my car in for routine maintenance and Bryan Moser and the crew made the process flow seamlessly. Within ten minutes of arrival at the dealership, we were given keys to a loaner car and on our way. When Bryan texted later that my car was ready to be picked up, I was able to sign the invoice digitally on my phone, so there was minimal paperwork and wait time upon return. The next day, a manager called to follow up and verify that everything was completed in a satisfactory manner. I would highly recommend this dealership.

The car wash service at Crown Eurocrats Dublin is very disappointing. First, the timing is from 9-4. So all employees who have Mercedes should leave their job and come early to get car wash which is very difficult. Second, zero flexibility . Once when I came during lunch time I was made to wait for 30 minutes and no one came. When I went to see what happened my car was left alone and no one attended my car and they had no idea. Then a person came and told me the washing system was not working. He waited 10 more minutes to get a coupon for outside car wash. When I talked to service they told me it is good to get a car wash outside as their car wash sucks!!. It s horrible service and pretty disappointing and no value added at all.

I want to share a great service experience I had at Crown Euro Cars of Dublin/Crown Mercedes Benz. Todd Johnson, Service Manager has handled all of my service needs since he arrived at Crown in 1995. He is the main reason that I purchase my cars at Crown. Todd Johnson is a very genuine person, he not only takes the time to make sure that my investments are protected, but shows an interest in my family. I know that he understands my needs and is always available to answer any questions that I have regarding any of my Mercedes. On my most recent service experience Todd Johnson was able to make my appointment for my C300 4matic to fit into my schedule. When I brought my car in for service, Todd Johnson came out in the service lane, did a walk around the car and then sat down with me to see if there were any other issues that I needed addressed at this time. One of the great things about Todd he is able to find the most affordable service packages for my cars. I know when I pick up my cars after service that Todd Johnson has made sure that everything was completed properly. Todd Johnson is a great Service Manager and a great asset to Crown Euro Cars of Dublin.
