I was very hesitant to purchase a new car, and honestly the only thing that helped me decide was knowing what outstanding customer service my dealer would and has provided. CJ Sexton at Crown Mercedes Dublin is truly one of a kind. I have never had such nonstop, sincere, above-and-beyond customer care. CJ always makes sure both my husband and I are taken care of, that we never have a bad day or a bad experience. Car problems are the worst, but CJ makes sure that we both don t waste time worrying about it. He ensures that our cars are functioning perfectly, and every time we need a service done he is on top of it with quick turn around and a loaner whenever needed. If it weren t for CJ, I can say 100% that I wouldn t own a Mercedes. He is not great at what he does, but he becomes your friend in the process. Truly a win-win!
