After having a poor experience at a different Mercedes dealer, we did not have high hopes when we came to Crown Plaza. However, upon arrival to the parking lot, with no appointment scheduled, we were warmly greeted and welcomed by Jeremy Ellis. He was very helpful, attentive and courteous to find the perfect Mercedes that suited our needs. The entire staff and the process were incredibly streamlined and worry free. This was the easiest and friendliest experience that we have had up to date purchasing a vehicle. We would highly recommend Crown Plaza, most notably Jeremy Ellis!

p.s. As a side note, coffee beans could use an improvement ;)
