What an A+ experience. From the very beginning of working with Crown Mercedes, I let them know how I wanted to work with them to purchase my 2015 Mercedes C300 4Matic and they were 100% on board and let me know we can do it exactly my way without the games and they kept their word all the way. They treated me like I was the most important customer they have from start to finish. Andrew was one of the most professional and thorough representatives I worked with so far. His follow up was on point and on time. Because of their diligence in my request, I was able to purchase my Mercedes within 72 hours of my first conversation with them. Its hard to believe dealerships still give this level of attention to customers given the "turn them and burn them" attitude in the auto industry today; however, it is very obvious that Crown Mercedes still believes in the customer service business model as the most important business to be in.
