I just leased a new i3 and had a wonderful experience. My sales rep was Kevin Le and he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He gave us a great deal on the i3. Kevin even patiently keep me company as I nervously learned how to parallel park with the parking assist feature on my new car and made sure I had all my questions answered before I left the dealership. I highly recommend you see Kevin at Crevier BMW! :)

My name is Yiannie Medenas. I want to direct this review for Richard Kim. He is always exceptional. Good communication and is always letting me know what's going on step by step. Its obvious he's passionate about his job... he's not just there to make his $$ and go home. Ive had past experiences with other service advisors where I've been lied to about having to change a part that wasn't even broken. Luckily I know about cars, so nothing gets past me. But with Richard Kim, there's no shady business. Everything is straight forward. It really seems like he's on your side and just trying to help... as a service advisor should.

Everyone I have dealt with at Crevier BMW has been friendly and helpful. The staff even remembered me from purchasing my first BMW in 1996. I have always had great service here and they are priced fair. We just purchased our 3rd car from here for our daughter because I wanted a safe reliable car fo her to drive. Highly recommend this dealership!

I was interested in a 2019 BMW M2. After contacting the dealership online, I was emailed by their Internet Manager. We worked out pricing on the car, and I was ready to make payment and take delivery.

And boom, that's when the internet sales manager tells me there's a 10K markup on the vehicle. Absolute bait-and-switch on pricing, sad to see what is supposed to be a reputable BMW dealership using these tactics. Will never attempt to conduct business with this store again.

Great dealership for BMWs. They have the largest inventory in the west coast. Service department is fantastic as well, prompt and no pressuring. Jason beers is THE service advisor to work for. I've been working with him since he was at Crevier MINI across the street. Overall great experience.

So far it has been an excellent experience. Booking the service online was very easy, quick availability. Once I made it to the service department my service consultant (Mike) was very professional and quick. Car loaner was assigned to me very fast as well.

There was no sales pressure , many outlets want to know ahead if you would buy or lease, they were ok to help me with both numbers and had the option till the end to switch.

When I went there it was around 8pm I walked in and told them can someone helped me I was looking for brand new cars no one helped me for 20 min. I just walked away and drive directly Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz dealer. I arrived there around 8:40 PM when I parked my car 4 sales person come and try to help me. They were about to close. There was a guy in FJ his name is "JB" he helped me for find a car. And he sold his car in that they. When we finish everything it was about 12 AM they are really helpful. If you want to get BMW just go for different dealerships or of you want to get really good service just go Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz dealer.

Bought a CPO BMW here a month ago and the car is great, but what I'm really impressed with is the service AFTER the sale. I discovered a couple of super minor issues that most dealerships would probably blow a person off for, but my salesman took care of them as if my last name was Crevier.

My AV smells so the service advisor(John) charged me above $200 for cleaning the vents and housing without recommend replacing cabin air filter, also he promised that my car was all good to go and fixed.(Under warranty). 2 weeks later the smell came out again so I just DIYed the cabin air filter, and the smell never comes back. I had good experiences with sales department at Crevier but this time really makes me feel bad.

This is one of the few dealerships I have ever been into where I felt the customer was treated with genuine respect. Santiago did a good job finding the car amongst the 400+ CPO s, easily arranged the test drive and exerted zero pressure to make the sale. Two days later when we went back to purchase, Israel and Rick were very professional and kind in getting us in and out within our time schedule. Hands down- the best experience my wife and I have ever had at a BMW Dealership or any dealership for that matter.

Set my appointment during my lunch time. I was able to get through the entire process and be back to work on time. This was entirely possible because of the efficient team at Crevier. Nothing but smiles and greetings. The team there looked like they enjoy working there which made me feel welcomed and at ease. My courtesy vehicle was ready. I was given a call the next day and was given an explanation of the service that was performed and what still was left to accomplish.
Good job Crevier! This is definitely the reason why is worth purchasing the extra servicing packages and insurance from you. This is my second vehicle from you and will definitely not be the last.

Me and my wife went to check BMW X3 35i. There we met Wayne Whitesides who helped us introducing the car. Wayne is the best sales person. He has a lot of patience and extensive knowledge on the latest car technology. He literally explained and showed us every single piece of unit in the car. We really had a wonderful experience checking cars at Crevier BMW. We decided to get the Car from this Dealer only .I strongly suggest Crevier BMW Dealer and Wayne.

My husband and I just leased a second car from him and we are very happy with his pricing and service. He is very straightforward and does not play games with you. My husband and I normally do A LOT of research before we go into any dealer and Anthony always gives us best deal out of 10 different dealers. I know I can trust him and that's the big thing for us. I would definitely recommend Anthony to any of my families and friends. You should definitely contact him before buying or leasing any BMW's in Orange County.

Again! The same thing. What is wrong with your phones? Is it what you call `premium service`?
