Garbage, rudest people ever for the most part. A handful of people there are good and professional. Julia Aldman is horrible at what she does there, very rude and disrespectful! Service manager in new car sales needs to be more in tune with what the customer has gone through in that BMW dealership. I would like someone from BMW to contact me so i can explain with detail how infuriating my experience has been, just to say the least my family and friends will not go and buy another BMW from these people ever again, so rude, so unprofessional and condescending was our experience. Julia Aldman should never speak to the public/ customers, as she is an infuriating person to deal with and very rude and mouthy. No concern for the paying customer.
