It was the most "impressive service" I ever saw in my life. I brought my 2016 BMW X3 there for regular maintenance. After I handed over my car to their technician, I waited in their store for more than 3 hrs till I totally lost my patience. I asked them about my car's maintenance progress. They told me that they cannot find me and didn't know what to do. What a good excuse!! I thought the phone number, email address, and the maintenance requests, which the reservation system asked us to submit, should be meaningful. I sited there and did not receive any phone call or email. Great job, adviser. Fortunately, you only costed me 3 hrs without spending a dime. I believe it is fair to give you one star. Here is a kindly suggestion. Next time, you should really think about calling (or emailing) your customers instead of waiting there and wondering why they did not show up in front of your desk, especially when you saw their cars in your store already.

Sonny M. has the worse service ever, very unprofessional and condescending. Treats you like a #. It seems like everything that comes out of his mouth is to capitalize on his commission. When I asked him a question he would respond with you know it's going to cost you 180.00 like as if I couldn't afford it. My original issue was due to an oil consumption that triggered a chain of malfunctions in my car. Come to find out the 550I has a class act law suit due to oil consumption. which is exactly the problem I was having with my car. When I brought this up to Sonny he became very defensive argumentative and condescending. I can't believe how unprofessional he was. He had a physical posture as if he wanted to fight me. I couldn't believe his reaction. I told him that it would be best that I talked to another representative since he was acting so aggressive. He then slam the paper work on his desk and said fine and walked out. I think he was so irritated that I was asking for someone else that he waited an hour to tell someone else. This guy had me waiting for ever. Every time he would pass by me he would give me a very unprofessional look. I can't believe BMW has this guy working for them. Very unprofessional very rude and very violent.

I was in the market for new/used vehicle that was fuel efficient and most importantly, cost effective. I was a bit skeptical about going alone because I've had my fair share of horrific experiences with car salesmen. When I walked into Crevier Mini at the Auto Zone Mall in Santa Ana, I was warmly welcomed by Rodrigo Vasquez.

Rodrigo had an upbeat and courteous personality which enabled me to automatically become comfortable with him, comfortable enough to advise Rodrigo and entrust him with my situation (I was upside down with my trade in and my credit score was not up to par). Rodrigo assured me with no commitments; he d take a look at my credit score and the negative equity of my trade in, to see how he can help me with getting into a new or used vehicle at the lowest rates possible. Rodrigo did a terrific job at exploring and explaining all my options. He was friendly, professional, honest and fair-which enabled me to make the most financially sound decision. I selected the 2015 mini cooper countryman S.

I could not be happier with my new vehicle and of course, my monthly car payments. It was a pleasure working with Rodrigo, not only did he help me find the perfect vehicle for my everyday needs but he was patient, well versed and well informed of all vehicles throughout the entire process!

Keep it up! Went to two other BMW dealerships, called two separate ones before I found this place and connected with Chase. We chatted about what I was looking for and the price over the phone. He right away told me what he has and what he can do. Went the next day and purchased the car. Very easy process, even finance person Danny helped us get a better APR than expected. Highly recommend them!

Always and excellent experience. My service advisor Ralph Perez treats me more like family than a customer. It s always a big smile and a fist bump ( we practice social distance) when we see each other. Ralph is quick to call and update me on anything to do with the service. Crevier is a great place to service my car, they always have ample loaners and the staff is always friendly.

I still visit my sales person whenever possible, that s how great the experience is. If you need a car, call Alan Huang.

If you need your car serviced, make an appointment online and request Ralph. All the service personnel are awesome to be fair. But holler at Ralph and tell him Garfield sent you.

This place is too busy for its own good. So much wait time. I usually spend on average of an hour from the point of dropping off my car to driving the requested loaner off parking lot. And this is only for simple oil change. And it took them three alignments to find out the car's frame is bent. So they offer to refund all those useless alignments performed? Nope.

Tracy Lee was my Client Advisor and even though we didn t come to terms on a deal on our first go round, Tracy is the reason I came back. ......And we most certainly made a deal. First and foremost addressing Richard Kim in Service for the stellar experience at Crevier BMW.

Secondly, Denise in the loaner department was also very catering to me and got me off the property in a loaner in under 10 min.

Richard's 10 years of developing great esteem and rep at Crevier certainly precedes him. He is the reason why Crevier's high standards for customer service are constantly being met and exceeded - he responded to my needs efficiently but also proactively listened to any concerns I had.

Upon returning my loaner, Richard proceeded to go above and beyond by providing me valuable insight to my current car and how I could navigate getting into a new model. Additionally, he set me up with Sales Advisor Tracy Lee, who continued to set the bar high by hearing me out on my situation and advising me on the next steps.

For all of you reading that have experienced being under water on a loan, you can relate to the difficulties we run into when shopping. Both Richard and Tracy gave me professional insight on how I can transition into a viable lease option and helped greatly in alleviating my worries.

Being in sales myself, I could tell there was zero trace of upsell - I truly felt like they had my best interests in mind. Thank you Crevier, and thank you Richard & Tracy - you have my loyalty.

Spent nearly $70,000 with them and got horrible customer service. After I bought the car they spent no time with me going over the features... here's the key, goodbye was the message. Had to go back three times to meet with a "genius" who was helpful. They didn't even charge it (it was an electrical hybrid) even though they had over 24 hours to get it ready. Then they screwed up the DMV paperwork (one of the reasons i chose that car was because it was an electric hybrid and is allowed in the carpool lane...) about 10 weeks later and i still don't have the tags so I can go to the DMV and get the correct stickers for the car pool lane. The finance person basically told me a lie about the finance... on and on and on. Ugh. I will go elsewhere to get it serviced. I do have to say that I get lots of empathy when I speak to a manager, but that's about it.

My car has been serviced here, first time after serviced it comes back with a curbed wheel. Also no explanation that fits the story needing to drive close to 80 miles on a test drive. What was being fixed was a rear door seal.

Second time, when returning to fix my curved wheel and adjustment for the rear door seal, another 80 miles was out on the car. That time I had a dash camera, they camera only recorded on very short test drive while the tech blared country music. How could have be heard the leak from the door seal while music is blaring? Then the dash camera was disconnected before leaving and then reconnected on returning it to the dealership. Makes absolutely no sense.

The tech that had possession of my car took it or 160 mile joyride.

Not bringing my car here for service anymore.

Initially I want wait but the job this appointment will more than half a day so he suggested alternative for a loner which he was right. He seems knowledgeable in this. On Jun 1, I brought my car in for an annual servicing. My advisor, Jimmy Parker, was excellent. He got me in and out very quickly, respecting my time. He resolved some small issue I was having pairing my phone with my Bluetooth personally before I left.

He explained with clarity everything that was going to be done to my car during the service. He made sure my car was washed and cleaned upon my pick up which went very smooth as well. I was once again in and out very quickly.

I was super impressed with my entire visit/experience.

I arrived early for my appointment but you would never know it. A service rep got me started right away, and said Paul would be with me as soon as he was finished with another customer. Not more than 5 minutes later Paul came out and started the service process. As always he was great. He was friendly, helpful, and efficient. He explained the service to be performed, informed me of a recall I wasn't aware of, ordered the part, and estimated the time required for service. He said it would be ready in the afternoon, but if I waited it would be about 2 hours, so I waited. During my wait he informed me of another part that the service tech said I needed but estimated it would increase my wait substantially. Not an option, so we scheduled that service for when I returned for the recall item. Service took 2 hours as estimated. A Perfect service experience, and Paul was terrific.

Service advisor Rafael Perez is the one you should go to. He s been my service advisor for the past couple of times. I had a radiator leak and I didn t even notice it! There is no lack of communication from him as he kept me updated throughout the day. Concierges and greeters are always on their feet to try and help you out as you pull up to their service drive. Brisa in their rental department was also helpful. While doing the walk around of their rental, she pointed out and noted any marks that were on the vehicle to make sure I was aware of them. So in the end huge thanks to their service team, I ll definitely be going back to this dealership for my services.

They work diligently and get your car ready in a timely manner. They are always accomodating. Brought in my X5 for oil change and to check on a window and received top notch service at Crevier. Everyone was so friendly and all smiles. It was very welcoming the moment you drop off your car. And my service advisor Richard Kim was awesome! It was a busy day and Richard was very helpful and efficient with the entire process, checked on my issue, and got me out with a loaner ASAP so I could continue my day. Also, there weren't any X5 loaners available at the time I came but Crevier was also very accommodating with moving an X5 out from behind their rows because I had baby stroller and multiple items I needed transferred. They went above and beyond, I couldn't be happier!

Professional, engaging and truly worked with us to make the purchase happen. During our inspection of the car, my wife found a small chip (and I mean small) on the windshield. I returned to the dealership a few days later so they could have their experts fix the chip but it couldn t be fixed so the dealership sent a glass man to our home to replace the windshield at their expense. Worth noting, when we shopped for our new car, we tried a local Lexus dealer for options. Sadly not one sales person had any interest in helping us (their loss). Oh wait, one guy did come out while talking on his cell phone, yelled at us from across the lot, if you need anything, let me know and went back to his (what sounded like) his personal phone call. Thanks Nick @CrevierBMW !!!

Came into Crevier on saturday morning to test drive some cars to help make my choice between the 5 series and X5. I arranged my visit in advance and Florin was very helpful in emails and then in person on the morning.

Never felt pushed / rushed or hassled in the process. I have bought a number of cars over the years and felt this was the best experience yet. Test drove 5 cars before making the decision to buy a X5 35d.

I would recommend asking for Florin and dealing directly with him when purchasing a car in Crevier, great buying experience and attention to detail. A nice little touch is free car washes at the dealer for Crevier BMW customers.

When I need to have my BMW serviced Brent Kutz always does an amazing job. He is honest and up front with me and always keeps me up to date with the status of my car. Going with Crevier BMW has had to been one of the most quickest and simplest car purchasing decisions ever. I was not ignored (due to looking very young, as i'm in my earlier 20's) and was presented with the utmost respect when asking about vehicles and packages. My Sales rep ,Israel Hernandez, has had to been one of the most professional Sales rep I have ever dealt with. He made sure I was happy with the vehicle and was fully aware of all of it's features. My business partner Frank first turned my wife and I on to Crevier BMW. He told me they would provide the best service for BMW dealerships in Southern California bar none and be extremely competitive on pricing.

We were a bit reluctant to start the process knowing how tedious it can be to have car dealerships hounding you down:-) Nonetheless, my partner took it so far as to talk with Crevier s sales rep Kevin about a car that I was interested in. Kevin s initial offer was very solid and he organized everything in writing site unseen. This started things out with a very professional tone.

I then made arrangements over the weekend to go see the car (BMW X4-M40 Sport/loaded best car ever!). Unfortunately Kevin was not in the office, so the very helpful sales director, Megan, put me together with Otar to show us the car and it couldn t have been better! Otar knew the car backward and forward including all specs, features and how it departed from the base model as well as other vehicles in the car industry. He was ethical, easy to talk to, non assuming, jovial and knowledgeable. A true professional. Otar really stepped-up to the plate as an impromptu sales rep and help me mentally lock-in on my car. My wife then worked her magic negotiating a bit back-and-forth with Otar, Megan and others and we got the final package and price we were looking for!

Finally, we worked with their finance manager Jimmy who was amazing. He really can truly make financing fun and we laughed the entire time we were signing all paperwork! We even came back a second day to add gap insurance to the car and he had everything ready to go.

Crevier really has the right staff. Thanks Kevin, Megan, Otar, Al and Jimmy!!!

I m so excited to have my new car and I would recommend Crevier to anyone and everyone who is looking to buy/lease a BMW!

Sonny was great. He was a life saver. I had a flat tire on my M4 while heading to my best friend's mother's funeral and I needed to have my car serviced quickly. Sonny was sympathetic to my situation and went out his way to get me out as quickly as he could. Crevier service is awesome!

I came here I've the a few weeks before Thanksgivi...

I came here I've the a few weeks before Thanksgiving and again on Thanksgiving weekend. The first night I went, I wanted to test drive the 2019 X3. I was not greeted by a salesman, but rather a technology engineer or something like that. I guess that's the new way of doing things, so that's alright. This person only knows information about the car's features and does not discuss pricing at all. This was all fine. I just wanted to drive the car. FYI, it drives amazing.
A few weeks later, I wanted to make a deal and purchase an X3. I made an appointment to see a salesman and also 2 vehicles with specific features I wanted. I was told the vehicles would be ready before my arrival, they were not. The first vehicle was ready to see, but it did not have any of the features I wanted and not even in the color I wanted. I had to wait for another 45 minutes to see the next vehicle that was already supposed to be ready, and again it did not have 70% of the features I wanted, but right color this time. Not to mention, there is no beverages or snacks during this 45 minute wait except for water and a Starbucks that you have pay for. I immediately left without saying goodbye, because the salesman never came by after greeting me over an hour and a half earlier.
I went to Riverside BMW and made an great deal with a latte and cookies provided the very same day.
I'm extremely disappointed with Crevier, especially since they are the major provider of BMWs in the Orange County area.

Susan was very helpful and worked with me to get my BMW for the price I wanted. She was very responsive to my emails and questions. Everyone there was very nice. They have the largest inventory, so finding the BMW you like is easy there. I would recommend Crevier BMW to everyone.

Jason (service advisor) and Mike (service manager)...

Jason (service advisor) and Mike (service manager) were amazing to work with. Kept me updated every step of the way, were welcoming, and very kind. I'll definitely be bringing my car back for any future work.
