The lease on my current car is coming due so I made an appointment to see a specific car at 2pm on a Tues to avoid a crowd. I arrived 5 mins before my appointment with Faraz Louie and waited for the gentleman ahead of me to finish with the receptionist, it took a few minutes. Then, some lady comes through the door and decides to skip the line and walk right up to the receptionist who willingly assisted her. To make it worse, it turns out that the guy the receptionist was talking to before was an employee there. WTF?? But what really made the experience unacceptable is that the car I specified I wanted to test drive and get financing options on was not ready. Faraz tells me the car is being pulled up right away. I then waited 20 mins on the dot and still nothing. I told Faraz s helper to not bother since I did not have to waste. What s the use of making an appointment?? Needless to say, I will take my business elsewhere.

I went to Crevier late January in search of a
1-2yr old 440i convertible with M sport package... I met with Julio who was friendly and knowledgeable and never made me feel pressured to buy. I ve been to too many dealerships where they pressure you to buy which is a complete turn off and makes me lose interest quickly every time. I never felt like that with Julio.
I test drove a few sedans on my fist visit in Jan but really wanted a convertible so I decided to wait.
Then Covid hit and I was in the middle of a major house renovation and months had passed before I got the chance to begin my search again. Fast forward several months and I decided to begin my search again. I had a hard time finding a newer 440i convertible with M sport package online... in fact, there were very few anywhere. I txt Julio to ask if he knew of any available in the colors I was considering and he had one that had just come in. I drove there the next day and test drove the car and bought it.l that day. I decided to trade in my Audi S5 cabriolet and it was such an easy and pleasant process (minus the slight sting of saying goodbye to my old 2014 s5... but that sting was Quickly replaced by excitement when he handed me the keys to my new BMW and I got in to drive home.
Everyone at Crevier was professional and friendly. It didn t feel at all like a car dealership and I will absolutely go back again in a few years when it s time to get a new one. They even stayed late to finish the deal because I took so long to decide. I thank you all for such a great experience and am loving my new convertible!

Great experience! Staff was very knowledgable. We drove 1 hours there to get my car and they already got off. But the staff still waiting for us. They didnt waste our time and we got a better deal than anticipated. Would absolutely purchase another BMW here.

My husband was almost killed due to the negligence of Crevier BMW.

At the end of June, he took his car into Crevier for a drive train malfunction, which caused the car to shut down and go into a limp mode. This was the second time having the same issue in 24 months since purchasing the car from Crevier. He was told the issue was the high-pressure fuel pump and was covered under warranty. A week later, when traveling out of state at 75mph, the car shut down again, and instead of going into limp mode it went into neutral, causing a tractor-trailer behind him to swerve last minute to avoid hitting me. He could have been seriously injured or killed along with other people on the road. The car proceeded the shutdown 4 more times within the next 2 days and each time, he was forced to quickly react and pull into the runoff area of the highway.

BMW and Crevier were both unhelpful and even after escalating the issue to a case manager, BMW NA failed even reach out to him. He called BMW 15 times in a 2 week period and not once did the case manager pick up or call him back. Crevier advised him that they couldn't find a fault and BMW tech support was the one who advised them to change the high-pressure fuel pump at the end of June. They proceeded to change it then give the car a 5-mile test drive. He was told none of this when picking up my car from Crevier even though he asked them multiple times and advised that he was going on a road trip that next week. If they had made him aware of the lack of confidence regarding the root of the issue, he would have avoided going out of state and busy highways to ensure the car was actually fixed. Crevier then proceeded to push the issue onto the out of state dealer.

After finally getting the car to a local dealership, he was advised that not only was the low-pressure fuel pump faulty but also the EKPS module. Thankfully, his local BMW was very helpful and though it wasn't any fault of theirs, rectified the situation for the most part for out of pocket expenses. To this day, he hasnt had any sort of apology from Crevier or BMW Executive Customer. The case managers and BMW Executive Customer representative both fell unresponsive to multiple calls and emails, after initially ensuring the situation would be reviewed and taken care of based on the circumstances.

In the 2 years since buying this car from Crevier, it has been with BMW service 3 times for the same issue totaling 4 weeks. He has broken down in Palm Springs and been stuck on the road for 4.5 hrs in 115-degree heat waiting for BMW roadside. This was only a few weeks after purchasing the car, so we only can assume it was a known issue at the time of sale. He has also almost been hit by a tractor-trailer and not once have a received a formal apology from anyone at BMW or Crevier. Although we love the look and the drive of my car, we will never buy another BMW. Between the maintenance issues and the service, we will never purchase another BMW. In the last 6 years, we have owned 3 Mercedes and this BMW and, other than basic maintenance, we have had zero issues with the other 3 vehicles. That being said, we will be looking to get rid of the car now due to our lack of confidence in its reliability and its overall safety. I would avoid dealing with Crevier if you are still interested in BMW, as there are plenty of other BMW dealers in SoCal, and, even more so, I hope that you never have to have any interaction with BMW North America!!

The overall car buying experience was good. Although I must say that I was a little disappointed that after spending close to $90k on an M550i Xdrive when I asked the sales person for a Leather BMW key fab cover which probably costs all but ($50) the sales guy kind of laughed at me saying you already got a good deal on the car. Come on - is a $50 item too much to ask for after spending $90k. Instead, he offered me a little goodie bag with a hat and coffee mug in exchange for a pic with the car (both of which I'd probably never use). You would think that after spending that kind of cash they would give you a couple of complimentary items - key fab covers - trunk mat etc. But overall, car buying experience was okay.

This business has the worst customer service ever experienced and to be charged for their rental because they had our car for 2 months is absolutely ridiculous. I understand if the car was returned with damage, spills, order etc I get it. But for normal California smog and dirt charge me $250 is a joke! After having to pay them over $2k for the repair that should of been under warranty to begin with! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! They will rip you off!

I brought my 2020 BMW X2 M35i to Crevier BMW for my first service on 9/3/20. When I picked up my car after the service was done, I immediately found that there were unknown stains and drips all over the panel of my center console. There was even one drip on the passenger side seat as well. Additionally, something like a hair cover was spotted on the passenger side seat.

Before I own a BMW, I had a 2017 Honda Civic. Similar situation never happened to me when I brought my car to a Honda dealer for service. The quality of service at Crevier BMW is simply not acceptable.

Crevier has the most comprehensive inventory of new and used BMWs in Orange County, and we were able to find exactly the vehicle we wanted. Marlene Tapie, Crevier s Client Advisor, and her assistant Leslie, were extremely helpful with showing us the different vehicles we were considering and, were knowledgeable about the specifications and features of each one. In addition, they were very upfront and transparent about the various factors affecting the monthly lease cost of each vehicle. I dropped my car for service Thursday after work and received a loaner expecting to pick my car up Friday after I get off. Not knowing my service advisor was off that day. However, as I'm at work, I never received a call letting me know if my car is done
I had to actually call around 4pm that day to see if it was done. Usually as a service advisor, if your off your suppose to delegate your repair orders to your team partner, so that's where the mis communication is. Spoke to someone in service asking details if my car is done. She had informed me that it was done and I could some pick it up anytime. So I get there around 5:30 and proceeded to the cashiers.. And my paperwork wasn't even ready when I got there. Still had to wait another 10mins or so to finally pay for my services. Reason why I gave 3 stars. I'm not sure if I'll come back..maybe I'll just go back to my previous dealer even though it's a bit further from home.

I just purchased a 428 Gran Coup with the help of Julio at Crevier. This was my 1st time purchasing a car and Julio was very helpful through the whole process. There were a couple small dents on the car that they fixed up for me right away and free of charge. I highly recommend Crevier and ask for Julio because he is the best!

Also dont trust other comments, many arr fake , met a audi guy next door and he has written a 5 star comment for bmw so all fake reviews around.

Pre sale experience is worst , forget about post sale. they want the money and then want people to wait for 10 days and then take a decision whether to give car or not.

if you want to use your bank for finance they will mislead you with so many wrong info and make you to take loan from them.

test drive is the last thing , they expect you to pay before taking test drive and take too much pride working at w where customers are not even treated well.

What a nightmare and total inconvenience! Bought my Certified Pre-Owned car from Crevier BMW approximately a month ago from a salesmen I will not mention out of professional respect. After a week of driving it, I started to notice engine vibrations and steering concerns. As I drove the car over the last few weeks, those concerns became very apparent. I took the car into another local BMW dealer with the request to check the motor mounts for the engine vibrations and engine movement while driving. The local dealer called me days later informing my that the engine mounts were both gone and going to be replaced. Days later, I picked up the car and notice the steering issues even worse. So now, not only were the engine vibrations still present, the engine mounts replaced, but now had steering binding issues more noticeable. I went back to that same local dealer and had them look into the steering concerns. They contacted me informing me that the steering component now had to be ordered and replaced. So here I am with a Certified Pre-Owned said to have been inspected rigorously, with the car that was purchased with 19K plus miles and not even my first payment made dealing with all this. What kind of dealer sells a CPO car with torn motor mounts and a broken steering rack??? I am not a mechanic but I am mechanically inclined and have common sense. How was this car Certified and placed on the lot for sale? I am not sure how Crevier will compensate me for my now 2 weeks of being in 3 different loaners while my 1 month old purchase is being repaired. I have lost time from work, stressed out about a unreliable recent purchase and no real attempt by Crevier BMW to make this very negative experience any pleasant besides being told, I can t do anything for you, you should have brought it back here to Crevier . No one should have to experience this... it s just not right! I think I have been more than patient. What ever happened to true Quality Control and pride in Workmen Ship. Let s see if the management at Crevier compensate me some way for what has been a waste of mine time and a nightmare. Do the right thing and make it right!

I recently switched from going to Buena Park BMW (Previously known as Shelly BMW) to Crevier as Buena Park BMW no longer provides loaner vehicles for scheduled maintenance. The moment I pulled in to the service area, someone greeted me and had my paperwork ready for my scheduled Service Advisor Israel Garcia who was efficient and got me on my way. My vehicle was serviced on the time promised and the whole experience was efficient with a friendly attitude by all employees I interacted with. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommended Crevier!

Well Crevier has done it again! First, I had an amazing experience getting a Mini Cooper S from them earlier this year. And now, literally, today, I just picked up my brand new 2017 custom ordered X5M from them. I only say "custom ordered" to highlight that I came to Crevier for a reason -- to order a car to my specifications and work with their fleet team (Ken, Justin and Alex) who I have heard so much about through friends and people I know in the car world. And these guys did not disappoint. Not only was the deal I signed today better than the deal I initially agreed to back when we ordered the car in September (because of BMW Financial lease promotions that later became available), but everything was succinctly and easily explained to me, and I was in and out in less than an hour. The car had a full tank of glass, they handled my window tinting and it was spotless! Yes, these are all things you expect from a dealership when you get a new car, but as we all know, this isnt always the reality. So yeah, a car dealership that bucks the negative stereotype deserves praise when they demonstrate outstanding customer service and give the customer exactly what was agreed upon (or better). I drove all the way up here from downtown San Diego -- a 180 mile round trip -- to get my car and I wouldnt hesitate to do it with the next cars I get from Crevier BMW either! I've bought 2 new cars from Crevier BWM, the sales of the cars went fine, until I found out they did not pay off my lease in full. I wrote them a check for thousands to turn in my leased car/excess mileage and a down payment on my new car. Turns out Crevier kept the cash and didn't turn it into BMW financial to pay off the older car.

Now I have BMW financial's debt collector calling me demanding an additional $2,000 for unpaid excess mileage. I am being told that the dealer and BMW Financial are two separate companies and neither one is willing to call the other and both are passing the ball to the other. The sales team at Crevier will smile to your face, then stab you in the back.
