Fantastic bodyshop experience! I took my 2016 Chev...

Fantastic bodyshop experience! I took my 2016 Chevrolet Colorado in for repairs to have the front bumper, passenger headlight, fender panel, and grill replaced. The bodyshop worked with my insurance company right away to get approval and the bodyshop manager, Kathy kept me updated every step of the way. Upon completion, the vehicle looked better than the day I purchased it. Well done, Crestview!

I am a small business owner and had very little time to sit in a dealership and wait for paperwork, vehicle prep , etc. I was able to complete a purchase via text and one online application. When all was approved, I drove in without an appointment and was driving my new car within 30 minutes. A simple and easy transaction. As an added bonus, the pricing was the best in the tri- county area. I will be back again.

I had a small issue while trying to purchase a car. I'm pleased to say this issue was quickly resolved by the entire Team at Crestview Cadillac. This is my second vehicle I purchased from Crestview and I must admit they are like family now. Matt Kent is always a absolute Gem to deal with following his team Looay Jamoua and the General Manager; these men stick to there word and they gave me the absolutely best deal you can possibly get... Trust me I double, triple checked... THE BEST DEAL PERIOD!

I was helped by Calvin, and not just in buying a car. I was interested in a manual transmission vehicle, but I did not know how to drive it. On Calvin's DAY OFF, he met up with me and TAUGHT ME HOW TO DRIVE MANUAL! I ended up purchasing the vehicle and absolutely love it. Not many people would take time out of their day off to help a stranger, and it meant the world to me. This place doesn't just sell you a car, anybody can do that. They went above and beyond for me, and this is a car-purchasing story that I will tell my friends and family about for years.

Hands down, the best lease experience I've ever had! Donna is absolutely wonderful! Even before I met her in person, she was really helpful and kind. We got our cars and all paperwork done, including tags and plates, within a few hours. Everyone that helped us was amazing. Thank you Donna so much for the wonderful experience and also everyone who helped us at the dealership. Also can't forget the finance boss who was top notch. Thank you and we will be coming back for more beautiful cars!

My experience sucked rocks!! i received an email at 7:14 a.m. on 3/7 stating that they were unsuccessful in reaching me by telephone. First of all, no one ever called at that time because i was getting ready for work. I called at around 8:30 and left Boyd Childers a message letting him know that I could test drive the BMW X3 around 6:30-6:45 that evening.

I leave work and drive over an hour to the dealership just to find out that the car was being sold. I wasn't angry that the car was being sold, I was PISSED because no one was intelligent enough to call or email me to say please do not drive out this way because the car was being sold. Also, after Kim tells me that the car is being sold, he tells me that I can go see it being sold. How dumb is that?

This dealership disrespected me and my time. This dealership's customer service sucks rocks. No one greeted us at the door, and I had to find my name and sales person the teleprompter.

I will no longer look at this website for cars because they do not care about their customers.

We had such a great experience working with Brandon from Crestview Cadillac. He was so helpful and very responsive to all my (many) questions when buying my latest vehicle. He was also able to have the bumper of the car repainted beautifully due to a scratch. So accommodating and did everything he could to make sure it was a perfect option for me!

Horrible Vehicle Purchasing Experience. Stopped by the dealership on Friday to inquire about a vehicle shown on line. Found the vehicle in the lot, looked it over, went inside and was referred to Matthew Kent in used car sales. Advised him that I was interested after looking at the vehicle, completed financing paperwork, advised him that I was already approved through GM. Ask him to put together numbers and email them over to me. That afternoon I heard back from Matthew with information about pricing. I asked him to proceed and asked him to check with his finance department about a better rate, however do not create multiple credit report inquires by sending out to multiple lenders. I received notifications that afternoon via email that 3 additional inquires were made for my credit report. Saturday morning I received a phone call from another used car employee stating that Matthew was not available, however better financing was found. After a lengthy conversation, I asked to have Matthew call me on Monday to discuss further. I spoke with Matthew on Monday two times and asked him to pull paperwork together and that I would be in Tuesday morning. I arrived Tuesday morning, was greeted by Matthew and asked him to show me final numbers for the vehicle. At that time Matthew informed me that the vehicle had been sold on Saturday. I'm not sure why I was led on or why my time was wasted if they already sold the vehicle. I told Matthew I was interested in the vehicle, at no time was I asked to leave a deposit or complete any additional paperwork. I believe I was very specific in the my request not to have my credit report pulled several times to limit the number of inquires, that request was not honored. I was never contacted to be advised that the car was going to be sold to someone else or to ask me for a deposit. I spoke with Matthew several times after the vehicle was in fact sold and at no time was I told this. What was the point of discussing the purchase of the vehicle after it was already gone. This entire experience was horrible and I'm posting this to warn future potential customers of the simple lack of customer service and common curiosity. As being a Cadillac dealership I expect exceptional service and that is exactly what I did not receive. Buyer beware. Feel free to insert standard canned response of we care here after this review from a non- manager.

I brought it in for 2 things - Engine light was on...

I brought it in for 2 things - Engine light was on and front tire needed attention - looked like a slow leak. Picked it up the next day was told the tire was fine and they replaced a corroded fuse which was the cause of the engine light coming on. The next day, I drove it for 30 mins and the engine light came back on on the tire was still not up to the right inflation. I had to bring it back and leave it with them over the long weekend (New Years) because it turned out the fuel pump needed something to do with the electronics and the tire needed repair. They eventually fixed everything but not until the second visit -a BIG waste of my time over the New Year's weekend. BTW, I only bought the car from this dealership less than a month previous. Also, the service advisor 'couldn't find my phone number' after I called 4 times and left VM messages until finally he was able to pick up and give me the status on my car. Not impressed with the service department at this dealership, at all! It is unlikely i will have my SRX serviced there in the future. Luckily, there are lots of other Cadillac dealerships in this part of Michigan.

My wife and I purchased a used car from Crestview Cadillac June 24, 2011 with the sale handled by Greg Fodor. I found their listing on the web and drove almost 3 hours to pick up the car. Greg answered all my questions quickly prior to my trip and the Buick Enclave that I purchased was exactly as advertised. The dealership and Greg could not have done more. I am 100% satisfied with the way they handled us, my questions and the entire transaction. I recommend this dealership and particularly Greg Fodor to anyone looking for car.

I cant say enough of, how satisfied I am w/ the attentive, courteous and exceptional customer service received from Crestview Cadillac. I'd been undecided on a new car since May 9, 2019. Other dealers (near my home) didn't have what I was really looking for. On May 15, I googled local dealers and Crestview Cadillac came up, they had a large inventory and rated as 4+ stars. I walked in, met Dawn and John Drummy and took delivery of my new car (within 39 hours) on May 17, 2019. I LOVE my Cadillac XT5. This SUV is beautiful!
Moreover, the best overall experience was working with my Salesman, John Drummy and Saleslady, Dawn. They worked patiently to show the dealer's pristine inventory and to explain any vehicle features. This really helped me find what best suited me & my family's needs.
This was the most carefree, confident, comfortable and at ease car buying experience I'd ever experienced while making a purchase. I must add, AWESOME Teamwork!
And to John Drummy, I most definitely would recommend customers stop by and meet you. You and Dawn, both made me feel confident in my choice and a highly SATISFIED CUSTOMER. Thank you! It was a pleasure doing business with you.
Bonus: I was greeted by the Sales Manager AND the General Manager during my visit.... a very professional and personable greeting that definitely helped seal the deal.

It was great. From the very first call to leaving ...

It was great. From the very first call to leaving my vehicle for repair to picking it up. Everyone was very polite. When I described the issue they had a pretty good idea of what the problem was. (which it did end up being) The loaner vehicle was great, they made sure I knew how to use everything in it and that all of my questions were answered before I left. This is the only place I will take my Cadillac from now on! It was in another dealership for the same problem three times prior to bringing it to Crestview. I am very thankful for their exceptional service, I look forward to the next time I have to bring it in for service!

The worst customer service ever experienced.
This our second Truck purchased from them.
We purchased the second Truck on 2/16/21 and prior of purchase the sells rep promised to get us rubber mats and cargo net for the truck because it didn t came with it. And he told us that he was supposed to have them by the following week of the purchase date. After several phone calls/texting and weeks of waiting he kept telling us that they are getting shipped! And I also called the Sales Manager to make a complaint about this matter and left him a voice mail with no one called us back called again and left a message with the receptionist to the general manager with my contact information and also no one called us back!

I would not recommend this dealership to any one.

After learning that our new Cadillac XT5 (with less than 3,000miles) had squeaking brakes that were to be accepted as ordinary, Cadillac recommended visit to another dealership, wherein we selected Crestview. Crestview took care of the problem and replaced the brakes. Voila--no more brake squeals. We will not go back to the other dealership under any circumstances and will continue to use Crestview. We appreciate everything you did to satisfy this Cadillac customer.

I saw a used 2015 Yukon on their website. I called about it on Wednesday morning, July 10, 2019. I was told that it was in stock, and it was. After work, I drove 1 hr 15 minutes to check it out, arriving at a little after 5pm. It was a beautiful truck...exactly what my wife and I had been shopping for for the past couple weeks. I told the salesman to go ahead a run the credit, which he said he could not do until Thursday morning. Closing time...I get it. He calls me Thursday morning, July 11. "Mr. Jackson, I've got great news. You're approved. When do you want to come and get your truck?" We settled on a time between 5 and 6pm the same evening. He instructed me to put the truck on my insurance and fax him the proof, which I did immediately. I get off work and take another hour ride to Crestview Cadillac. I get about 3.5 miles from the store and my phone rings. It's the salesman and he's apologizing. For what? He told me that someone else was filling out a credit app on the truck. It was only 5pm. I wasn't late or anything like that. Long story short, they sold the truck that they told me to come pick up. They really wasted my time and resources. When I got there, the truck was nowhere in sight which led me to believe that the truck was sold long before he called me. I've never known a credit app to get processed and all paper work signed and out the door in 14 minutes. The manager was real apologetic and was looking to make me another deal, which is the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1....horrible experience.

I purchased a certified used car from this dealership about 5 months ago(which took them a month and half to get my title), and have put approximately about 1300 miles on this vehicle. I recently brought my vehicle in for service, because there was a service light on the dash. While in for service, I had them look at some other concerns that I had with a vibration thru out the vehicle and a noise coming from my left front tire. Well that's when things became interesting, the service department told me that the vibration was coming from the motor mount, it was broken and the service light was on because of a rusted out front shock. I immediately called my salesman and discussed these things with him, he stated that I have a extended warranty, so just pay the deductible. I told him that I understand that I have purchased a extended warranty, but the repairs needed should have been noticed during the inspection to certify my vehicle. I was then told that it was out of his hands and I would have to talk to his manager. I called and left a message for Craig Muan the store manager, but still have not received a return call, I later called and talked with the used car manager(Rob), and discussed my situation; he stated that he would pay the deductible. Adam my service advisor was a great help, he fought hard for me and pushed these repairs back to the used car department, his help with these issues was greatly appreciated. I feel that customers are being cheated by this dealer, when they stamp the certified label on vehicles, because they really don't inspect these vehicles and the customer is left footing the bill in the end; false advertisement!

Steve Perkines, and the rest of the team, is a very professional sales specialist and he did everything possible to give me the best cadillac CT 6 for the best price. Highly recommend dealership. For a luxury car dealer, I sure didn t get that feeling when I took my brand new vehicle with 750 miles on it in for service. Misdiagnosed and the mechanic stated there was no issue . I drove 3 miles away from the dealership only for the exact issue to come back. They had my vehicle for a week and had to put me in two separate loaners. They went through my center console and didn t explain why until after I picked the vehicle up. I live 45 minutes away from this dealer and had to drive there twice, because of THEIR mistake. What a waste of time and they didn t even offer to comp. gas in the second rental as an apology. I won t be returning, and will service my vehicle at ANY other cadillac dealer.

When pointed out the special on there website they responded by saying they have been trying to remove that add but haven t been able to do so. Trevor the service adviser insisted I pay the 109.99! I have leased, purchased, used the service department, and dropped of vehicles in the collision department many many times. Unfortunately will not ever go to crestview again!!

First time i ever walked into Crestview cadillac i was kindly greeted by the young lady at the door. she offered me a refresher while i waited for a salesmen. I was highly recommend to see Mathew Kent as a a colleague of mine just purchased a car though him and recommended i see him. Mathew had kindly introduced himself and he showed me my dream car. He was very kind, polite and not pushy as most salesmen are. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He began to show me around the dealership and introduced me to the serveis team witch was very kind and polite as well. After all said and done i ended up purchasing my dream car from Matthew and i couldn't be happier. This Dealership is a class act all around. I highly recommend them.

Excellent Products but very poor Delivery Of Car! I am a first time leasee and was very exited for leasing a Cadillac brand .After price negotiations , I arrived in the showroom the paperwork was easy and quick. I was explained the features and was told to take the delivery of the car which was not clean as per Cadillac standard. I am sure even if we buy a preowned from any non brand dealer too the interior is very well detailed but the delivery I took was disappointing with dust and unclean mats and had dirt on the doors and the sunroof . This was made worse after they promised me to take care of it on another day So I went there on a Monday and was promoted a loaner for day but at the last minute they promised me to get it done in 15-20 minutes which I was ok with too. I was expecting them to get all the detailing done and clean the dust. I had to tell them to clean the car 3 times after every time they took the car by making me sit in the showroom for more than an hour by just cleaning the exact spots I pointed but missing all the other unclean surfaces. Really disappointed with the way they treated this particular delivery process. Also had to point them to a scratch on the dashboard of the car too. Crestview Please don t take customers for granted!!!

Very helpful sales staff. Courteous and knowledgeable. We didn't end up getting a Cadillac but the experience with the dealer was still very pleasant.
The salesman was great to work with.
Showroom was set up nicely and we had no trouble with test driving the vehicle we were shopping.
Next time I am in the market for a Cadillac, I would definitely shop here.

HUGE NEGATIVE review for Crestview Cadillac's Body shop (Rochester, MI) - last Monday took my SUV there for the body work from when my husband was rear-ended; I called last Thursday & spoke to the Body Shop Manager Tony to check on the completion date.
He said Wednesday or Thursday of this week. We called today & found out they have NOT even started on it and no has called us. OH? And Tony has quit and NO ONE has taken the initiative to look to see what work they need to check on!!!!
We leave Sunday for FL for 2 weeks - now we have to drive an hour each way, go back and pick it up; we get to drive to FL with a wrecked SUV, and then we have to go back mid-April for their 2nd attempt??????

The worst experience of my life. I took my 2012 Cadillac to get fixed at this location. At first they told me it would be $2200 for the repair and I paid it. The dealer claimed they fixed my car so I went to go pick it up. I didn t even pull out of the driveway and we still had the same problem. They charged me another diagnostic fee for the same issue and refused to waive it or to give me a refund. The manager and Trevor were very disrespectful. I will never recommend this place to anyone again.

They claimed it was my fault and because the part was broke they would not cover the repair. The car has run flat tires! My sales person (Donna) had recommended a tire and wheel protection insurance plan at purchase.
Good recommendation for Michigan roads.

I should've known when the credit was pulled 6 times this wasn't the place. Credit that is above 750. Not all inquiries were Automotive and therefore this caused multiple dings to the credit. The customer service is not there. The honesty is not there. The integrity is not there. We were told lie after lie instead of just being told the car we wanted had been sold. A car that we had insurance on at that point. The communication just stopped all together. Finally on Saturday we were told by the used car manager that the car was sold. He also stated we didn't put down a deposit. A deposit that was never requested. We thought this was a done deal. Our salesman Brandon refused to get back on the phone and say anything to us. The finance manager Ryan just let his phone ring and ring even after the receptionist stated she thought he picked up. It became clear we were being avoided. All because they were not honest. I wouldn't count on Crestview. Look elsewhere.

When i left my other one star review, they decided to remove it. and i had my girlfriend leave a review after mine got removed, they also removed hers. this place is a horrible excuse for a cadillac dealership. most unprofessional place ive been too. there was a recall on my 2015 escalade so i took it in to get it checked out. my radio has been bugging out lately which i found out is a very common problem with cadillac touchscreen radios. i told BRAD about the problem he automatically says i need a new radio and that its gonna cost $1700. so i said ill get it somewhere else for cheaper because he told me i didnt have warranty. 10 mins later i remembered i did still have warranty so i asked him to check again, and he says i do have warranty. seems like theyre playing games with me at this point. then i asked him to order the radio under my warranty and he says he will order it but doesnt know when its coming in because GM is on strike. and i understand, but my dad called prestige cadillac and they said they had the radio in stock and that gm on strike has nothing to do with them recieving parts. anyways, my dad calls crestview about a week later to check on the radio, the parts dept says they will call him back, they never did. i called a couple days after and they did the same exact thing to me. then i called again and they said the radio is on backorder! why didnt you just say that before ! these people play games and only want your money. STAY AWAY!!

I tried to book appointment for oil change using website. All Saturday appointments are blocked saying call in. For rest of the week only three time slots available! This the case of you check for one month in advance. I had to book for oil change with another dealer 20min further away who had all options open including Saturday. Something is not right with service at Crestview. Not happy customer.

Awesome service department. I have been in twice and both times I have been more than satisfied. This most recent trip - my wireless charger pad was giving me problems, Emma was able to get my vehicle upgraded to a Gen 2 charger pad which works perfectly! Keep up the great service Crestview!

My brother works here. The only reason I have taken my car here was because of him. I always took my dads Cadillac or my hummer to the Cadillac of Troy. I drive a hummer so it s a little harder than others to find a place that has employees that work on them. This place has employees that actually worked on them and knows the problem. But my brother had always spoken good about this place and highly recommended them. The workers/mechanics had always fixed the problem on my car fast/perfect. It takes good workers and management to finish something faster when they have no loaner cars available! So far I have no problems here. They are the best Cadillac dealership in Michigan! Will always go back to them whenever I have a problem! Prices are good! Might be higher than others but when it comes down to doing the job, it s always perfect! I highly recommend them!! I have never written a dealership reviews but this place actually does the job right than going back for problems like others! Good job!!!

Everything was fine, then 3 weeks later, they call and say the monthly price was going up because someone in finance messed up and the price was actually $240 more per month. So the lease payment went from $240 to almost $500. I had a signed contract and they wanted to raise the price after I was driving the vehicle for three weeks. They said the reason was something changed on my credit score. I don't understand why the price would change after 3 weeks of having the vehicle. I don't get how that was my problem. The sales rep Don harassed me for almost a month asking me to sign a new contract to agree to the higher price. I refused to sign, so he then told me a sob story on how he was suspended from work because they lost so much money on my deal. Fast foward 3 years later, same dealership continuously calls and emails me after I told them I no longer have a Cadillac. They don't bother updating their records, they just continually call and email me. This was hands down one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with in my life.

I contacted the Crestview the morning after I experienced mechanical issues with my vehicle. My call was received and was handled in a very professional manner. I was asked if I could bring my vehicle to the service center as soon as possible and they assured me that they would have a loaner vehicle ready upon my arrival. I dropped off my vehicle, they informed me that they would call me either later in the day or the following morning. I received a call the following morning and was informed that my repairs had been made and that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I can't say enough good about Crestview. I appreciate the service that they provided.

I got into a car accident in December and had my car towed to them. Not only did it take more then 3 times to fully fix my car, they gouged out my center console...they wouldn't take responsibility for anything until I threaten to sue them and spoke with the general manager of the entire dealership. The entire experience was very disheartening and frustrating. The whole process took about 3 to 4 months. I had such terrible service my insurance company black listed them...

In response to the owner I don't have German made car. It's a Cadillac that's made right here in Michigan. As for the time frame it took...multiple trips and multiple phone calls from I and my insurance agent to get anything taken care. Oh and one specific phone call to the general manager of the dealership threating to sue you for damaging my car. Again I stand by what I said. WORST SERVICE EVER AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Owning up to your mistakes is the 1st step in better service and your response was all excuses no apologies for the level of frustration your dealerships negilance caused me.
