For a luxury car dealer, I sure didn t get that feeling when I took my brand new vehicle with 750 miles on it in for service. Misdiagnosed and the mechanic stated there was no issue . I drove 3 miles away from the dealership only for the exact issue to come back. They had my vehicle for a week and had to put me in two separate loaners. They went through my center console and didn t explain why until after I picked the vehicle up. I live 45 minutes away from this dealer and had to drive there twice, because of THEIR mistake. What a waste of time and they didn t even offer to comp. gas in the second rental as an apology. I won t be returning, and will service my vehicle at ANY other cadillac dealer.
