I went in for an oil change while they advertise a special on there website for 49.99 they charged me 109.99. When pointed out the special on there website they responded by saying they have been trying to remove that add but haven t been able to do so. Trevor the service adviser insisted I pay the 109.99! I have leased, purchased, used the service department, and dropped of vehicles in the collision department many many times. Unfortunately will not ever go to crestview again!!
