Long time customer. My XT5 had an issue with the fog lamp coming off. The clip broke and because the clip broke they refused to cover it with the warrantee. They claimed it was my fault and because the part was broke they would not cover the repair. My question was simple, if the part is defective, is it not a logical conclusion that it would eventually break?
