When i left my other one star review, they decided to remove it. and i had my girlfriend leave a review after mine got removed, they also removed hers. this place is a horrible excuse for a cadillac dealership. most unprofessional place ive been too. there was a recall on my 2015 escalade so i took it in to get it checked out. my radio has been bugging out lately which i found out is a very common problem with cadillac touchscreen radios. i told BRAD about the problem he automatically says i need a new radio and that its gonna cost $1700. so i said ill get it somewhere else for cheaper because he told me i didnt have warranty. 10 mins later i remembered i did still have warranty so i asked him to check again, and he says i do have warranty. seems like theyre playing games with me at this point. then i asked him to order the radio under my warranty and he says he will order it but doesnt know when its coming in because GM is on strike. and i understand, but my dad called prestige cadillac and they said they had the radio in stock and that gm on strike has nothing to do with them recieving parts. anyways, my dad calls crestview about a week later to check on the radio, the parts dept says they will call him back, they never did. i called a couple days after and they did the same exact thing to me. then i called again and they said the radio is on backorder! why didnt you just say that before ! these people play games and only want your money. STAY AWAY!!
