We bought a Escalade Platinum here and paid them sales tax during the purchase for Ohio (where we live). They never paid the sales tax to the DMV.

When I went to the DMV, and the DMV told me I had to pay taxes again, they advised me to pay the taxes there and they would refund me the money.

I paid taxes AGAIN and they NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY. IT HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR AND NOW THEY REFUSE TO TALK TO ME.

I will be contacting Cadillac Corporate. You will not steal almost $2,000 from me. This is ridiculous.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AND ESPECIALLY DONT HAVE THEM PAY THE SALES TAX. DO IT YOURSELF.

Before you say you don t have me on file, the vehicle is under my father s name; Sukhjinder Singh. Look into it!!

We were very happy to deal with our sales person Donna Walker, as we are her returning customer. She respects us and provides all the features, values associated with the SUV, rather than pushing for the sales. She is a pleasant person to work with, and Crestview is fortunate to have her in their Sales and Consultant division.

I'm late posting this.. Last month I purchased a Used Range Rover Evoque from Crestview Cadillac. It was a wonderful experience! I'm a novice car buyer and went in with little knowledge on what to purchase. Brandon Foreman was so patient and helpful. He made sure everything was working properly with the used vehicle I purchased and made the entire process smooth and easy. I could not be more appreciative of his patience and kindness. Thanks Crestview and especially Brandon! I will happily recommend this dealership to anyone on the hunt for a new or used vehicle.

If you like having a superior car-buying experience, visit Crestview Cadillac, and ask for Steven Perkins!!! He is a fantastic sales associate, and will take great care of you...he did for me!!!

Never explained that each separate issue listed on the work order was to be charged a separate diagnosis fee until after work was performed. Charged me to diagnose a fuel gauge on my fuel tank that they couldn't even figure out. But also charged to diagnose the sensor throwing a engine light in my fuel tank that required them to drop the tank to perform the repairs. Also charged me to diagnose a daytime running light that intermently worked on the drivers side that they said was a bad bulb. I explained to them that i had the light out and physically in my hand and was duplicated the problem that it wasn't a bulb. So they argued that with me. Lied and said that they knew for sure and took out the light. I know they were lieing because i put a ball of byutyl on one of the bolts when i took it out and it was still there and dirty. Took the car to Moran Chevrolet in fort gratiot mich.they. took the light out and found the faulty wire inside the light to fix the issue. Scheduling the car to be serviced took 3 weeks because of there back log. Only to wait to be over charged, lied to and disappointed. I not only purchased the vehicle from crestview but have had all the service work done there over the 2 years of owning this vehicle. Never ran into issues like this until the last visit. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out. Also i work as a auto body combination tech. For the past 22 years. In the Rochester and surrounding area. I know many people in and out of the business that come to me for advice. Crestview will not be highly recommended to anyone else i know in the future. I tried talking to the service writer about my concerns only to be blown off and treated as a annoyance. FYI same service writer all 6 visits to the service department. I won't name names because i want this public. It's gonna take some big convincing to get me to ever go back for another chance.

I previously leased an 2017 XT5 from another dealership. The lease termination date was April 2019. I had expressed interest in the XT6 that had not been released yet. While in contact with the other dealership awaiting the arrival of the XT6, I asked to speak with Dawn Medecke who was the individual that initially contacted me after I expressed interest in the XT5 at the Detroit Auto Show in Jan 2016. Ms. Medecke was so professional and kept me informed of the arrival of the XT5. I leased the XT5 the day Ms.Medecke contacted me to let me know they had received their shipment. My purchasing experience was seamless and very enjoyable. When I returned the XT5 to the dealership in April 2019, I asked to speak with Ms. Medecke and was informed that she had moved on to another dealership. The name of the dealership was not provided. I was so disappointed as she was the reason I had gone to that dealership in the first place. Keep in mind there are 3 other Cadillac dealerships(Ann Arbor, Plymouth & Dearborn) closer to my home than the dealership where Ms. Medecke was employed at the time. I came home and immediately began my search on Google to find Ms. Medecke. I was so pleased to find her at her new home, Crestview Cadillac. I called Crestview with the intent on giving her a piece of my mind for not contacting me when she changed dealerships. I advised Ms. Medecke that I was waiting on the XT6 and that I would prefer to deal with Crestview Cadillac because of my previous experience with her. My husband and I drove out to Crestview Cadillac (now there s 4 ( Novi MI) or more dealerships closer to my home) with the intent on getting on their waiting list for the XT6. Ms. Medecke advised that Looay Jamoua would be my salesperson who was out of the office delivering a new vehicle and was expected back shortly. While we were waiting, Ms. Medecke asked if I had seen the XT4. There was one on the dealership floor that looked nice. She said it was a fun car to drive and I should at least test drive it while waiting, which I did. I immediately fell in love with this vehicle, I was sold. She was right, so fun to drive and not as small as I previously thought. When Lou returned and went over all of the bells and whistles on the car, I leased it that day and are so happy that Ms. Medecke advised me to just test drive it.

Mr. Jamoua was a joy to work with. He was very informative and extremely knowledgeable. He had my Sirius XM and other bells & whistles set up before I left. He showed me the Service Dept and where to come if I needed service. He also said I would hear from the Service Dept welcoming me to the dealership, which I received a very nice welcoming email from the Service Manager. The purchasing process of this vehicle was the fastest. I don t remember the name of the Financial Manager I spoke with but, he was very informative and didn t try to sale me products and things I didn t want. I did end up purchasing the paint/interior protection that I really wanted. My car has the best shine even when it s dirty. I came to get on a waiting list and drove off the lot with a great 2019 vehicle that I am most satisfied with.

There was a loss of brake assist notification that popped up on my menu and I took the car in for maintenance. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Axel. Axel has the most pleasant personality. He advised that the maintenance would take about an hour and I was actually done in less time. While waiting another gentleman came to say hello and to let us know where water, coffee etc was available. I didn t get his name, but what a nice touch, someone else that s attentive at the dealership. This dealership is so professional and personable. It s obvious they care about you from the time you arrive, up until you leave and afterwards.
This is now my new car dealership. Yes, it s out of my way but, very much worth the trip. I ll see you in 2022 to lease my next vehicle.

Took my car in a week or so ago to change a rim and a tire I asked them to bring me a vehicle to my house. They ended up taking it to another house luckily I used to own that house and the owner of the house called me and told me that the dealership dropped off the car. Later on in the afternoon luckily they brought the vehicle to me. I took a look inside the car not paying any attention to the paper that was in the vehicle it stated The car left the lot with 63% fuel so a week later when they came to pick the car back up I left it at the fuel level it on the paper. Over the weekend I noticed that there was a miscellaneous $30 fee on my bank statement. After further research I realised that the paper they left in the car belonged to someone totally different Melissa and I won't say the last name, her address with her credit card information on the paper. I called and spoke to Dan and he said he would call me back and still nothing,, so Dan if you reading this just know that I reported this as fraud to my bank.

How can you charge a service fee to a customer that clearly never agreed to the terms of the contract because he never signed off on it
How is it the customers fault that the dealership delivered the car to the wrong address 20 or so miles away and having the person drive another 20 miles to the correct address.

Melissa no worries ill throw away your personal information away

OBTW that Survey is in my email waiting to review you.

The staff is friendly and very professional. The treatment of women and seniors is the best I've ever experienced in my 70 years! They did not allow me to even wait 5 minutes before they were offering me a courtesy vehicle for my trouble! And...I was placed in a 2017 top of the line Cadillac for over 2 months because GM recalled my car for a particular part! Within that time Brad, my service manager, kept in contact with me about the delay. He was always apologetic about the delay but I was delighted to be in a vehicle with all the new gadgets in this high tech car! Rolling around town in this 2017 car made me feel 50 years younger! Thank you Crestview! I needed that youthful jolt!!!

Thanks Matt and Cheryl!!

Thanks Matt and Cheryl!!
I love my new XTS! I received a great price and excellent service from the Crestview Cadillac staff. This is my 2nd CPO Cadillac and 3rd Caddy overall...I love Cadillacs! I will definitely recommend Crestview Cadillac.

I had two damaged tires on the the same side!
Hit a nasty pot hole on an I 75 exchange ramp!
The car has run flat tires! My sales person (Donna) had recommended a tire and wheel protection insurance plan at purchase.
Good recommendation for Michigan roads.

Donna said "bring it in if you can safely drive it"
I did, they gave my a loaner car until my replacement tires arrived!
That is great service!

The team at Crestview gets it done. I worked closely with Rob and Brandon on the purchase of my 2015 Cadillac CTS recently, and it was a great experience. Being in sales/customer service in my own role makes me a bit bias when going through purchases on my own.

These guys were detailed, quick and incredibly responsive. Brandon has gone above and beyond since I've purchased the car. As long as i stay in a Cadillac, i will be buying from Crestview. They blow the other dealers out of the water.

My experience at Crestview was extremely pleasant. We were greeted immediately and able to test drive within 5 minutes of being there. Steve Perkins was our sales engineer and he keep us informed and updated throughout the purchase of our XT5. He really strived to get us the best deal and didn't have to haggle but I still compared prices to other dealerships and Crestview came in beating there price. I highly recommend Crestview Cadillac and make sure to ask for Steve Perkins for your next vehicle.

The body shop is horrible. I took my CTS in for an accident that was covered by insurance. Every time I called I never had any one pickup the phone in the body shop. Several calls went unreturned before I received my car back. When I picked up my car I noticed that my car was two different colors. The manager (Craig I believe, he is a big guy wearing a suit and tie) agrees with me and get the technician that worked on my car. Craig leaves and leaves me with the technician. When I was in the shop I only saw two technicians and the other is the painter. The technician tells me he dont remember what he work on on my car. It was on the shop and being the only repair technician I find this hard to believe.
The technician takes me to the office where Ryan and Craig are in the body shop office. The technician requests a copy of the work and from Ryan. Ryan says the printer is not working and then emails me the work order. While in the office the phone rings and neither Ryan nor Craig answer the phone. I was emailed the paper work which was hard to decipher of the work done. When arriving home I noticed that when I opened my car door it rubbed on the lower rocker. I also noticed that the push pins holding my wheel liner were missing. A week later my wheel liner fell off my car. I called my insurance company and told them of the lack of service I received regarding the work. They reached out to the dealership and said I should call them back. I did and my phone messages were not returned.
Crestview, please dont tell me you are sorry when managers wont handle issues themselves and leave it to a technician who dont have the power to do anything. I will never return to the dealership again.

Craig Muran, General Manager, and his team at Crestview Cadillac in Rochester Hills deliver a first-class luxury car buying experience. Our family returned to Crestview for our second vehicle and was welcomed once again like family. Donna Walker, our customer experience concierge, listened carefully to our needs, anticipated our wants, and exceeded our expectations. Her mastery of the new models and charming rapport further endeared us to both Crestview and the brand. We're customers for life and will be buying our Cadillacs at Crestview from Donna Walker, and you should too.

From the basic oil change to far, far more, the experts here have been servicing my baby, a 2007 CTS for many, many years. Whether you're at 10 miles or 188,000 like my car, you'll get the expert professionalism and care from Rochester's premiere dealer/repair facility.

What an amazing dealership! We ve purchased a lot of vehicles through the years from various dealers (and at some point in life we both worked at dealerships) and I have to say, this team is excellent. Everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable and personable. They went above and beyond to make sure our entire purchasing experience was perfect. A special thanks to Brandon in Used Car Sales. HIGHLY recommend.

Kara was on the ball, responsive and creative in fitting our needs. When the XT4 we wanted wasn't on the lot, Kara found it on an inbound shipment and let us know how we could claim it. It was a strange experience buying a car before seeing it, but we couldn't be happier with it! Our process was multiple days (test driving, trade in evaluating, finance, pick up AND coming back for the demo at a better time for us) and Kara was always accommodating. Kara was personable, funny and made the whole experience fun and stress free. She is an asset to your team and Cadillac. When it is time to buy our next Cadillac, we will certainly call Kara at Crestview.

I don t post reviews often, but I had the good fortune to get a new vehicle from Crestview Cadillac yesterday and it was such a positive experience that I feel like I owe them 5 stars. I arrived with a good idea of what I wanted and it would have been very easy to take my order and make a sale, but Instead they asked me to drive one of the cars and asked a lot of questions to make sure I was looking for the best car for me. The salesperson (Donna) was very open with me about what was good and what wasn t so good about the car. After that we had to do the trade-in showdown usually the worst part of getting a new car! The conversation did not start with wrong season to sell, too bad its not red, if it was only one model year newer They evaluated my trade, gave me subjective reasons for the offer they were making and we got on with it from there. I felt treated very fairly and they showed a very high level of integrity in that transaction. Past that the General Manager, Sales Manager and Finance lead all took a minute to offer some suggestions about buying and owning a Cadillac that really helped improve the experience. In the end, I feel like a got a great car and a great deal!

Called in to schedule an appointment to come in to look at a XT4. During the call I inquired about lease payments and stated I needed to purchase a car in the next few days. I was told someone would call me back. I get a phone call about 30 mins later from the same person they asked questions and said a sales person would contact me. 4 days later and no call back. Apparently they can't be bothered. I've since reached out to another dealer and make my purchase.

From the moment I walked in I felt the professionalism. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and took us to our salesman immediately. All the paperwork was ready. Also, showed us how everything worked on the car and were not rushed. The salesman was outstanding. This was my son's car but that's where I'll get my next car for sure.

I visited Crestview Cadillac during my search for an ATS. After a brief search, I located the vehicle I had been looking for, a 2015 ATS4. I sat down with the dealer and got some numbers on paper. I told him that I would be calling or visiting the following day with my decision. As the deal he offered was decent, I decided to purchase the car. When I sat down with the manager, however, the car had magically become about $2,000 more expensive. I had a written sales order (I still have a copy, but the manager conveniently kept the original), but that didn't seem to make a difference to anybody in the shop. I understand that the dealer needs to generate income in order to operate, but operating with this complete lack of integrity is very poor business practice, to say the least. I will still be purchasing a car, but, as I will only deal with honest businesses, it will not be from Crestview. Very disappointing.

I ordered the CT6 3.0 TT sport in mid Feb. 2019, though it took longer to arrive, Kevin Lewis and Dave Fischer made the purchase experience very pleasant for us. The whole Crestview team were very courteous and greeted us with a smile during the many visit we made to the dealership. We have the car for about a week now, it is the best car I have ever driven over the past 30 yrs. My wife love it too. Cadillac need to continue making this "Baby Ghost".

My family and I drove an hour to test drive a used SRX. Received a fair price on our trade-in and they worked with us on an amount we were willing to pay, so we purchased it. Ray A. was great to work with in the used car department.

This is second time I had issues with my car within 6 months.First water leaking from ceiling, now alarm and heater comes on whenever and sometimes volume on radio wont work. I was put in a small suv, the reason for owning escalade is because we have 4 children 3 in car seats. There was a part ordered that had no delivery date. I was forced to come get my car with repairs incomplete because there wasn't a loaner that fit my family. When I got there their main concern was gas tank was half full in the loaner that was insufficient in first place and charged me extra $4 a gallon in gas. I have bought Lincolns for last 8 yrs and they have never treated me like that nor charged me for gas in a loaner.

Just went in today for an oil change. Took 1.5 hours but they got me in lasr minute. They cleaned my Cadillac too. Everyone was super nice and they did everything for a good price. My only complaint was that the bathroom and waiting area were VERY VERY dirty!

NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP! It took over two months to complete the work that needed to be done. During the two months I called every week, once a week, to ask for updates. No one ever called me back and only provided my insurance company updates every two weeks. My insurance company had a hard time getting Crestview to call them back. And when someone finally decided to call us, each conversation ended with Crestview promising the car would be done the following week. This promise was made 4 different times. The worst part was being promised that they would give me a call when the vehicle was ready for pick up but no one called to let me know. It was even more surprising to find out that the car was done and ready to be picked up on a Thursday but they never told me or my insurance company until the following Monday. Terrible customer service.

The experience I had was awesome! I would definitely recommend Kevin H (my account manager), and Mike (Finance) to anyone I know who is in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. They were meticulous, friendly, and simply took great care of me. A highly recommended, reliable /trusted cadillac source.

I had the worst experience at this dealership. They don't treat you with respect and tries to use all kinds of tricks to confuse you. I'd avoid this dealership and go to others.

First, they told that if I use GEX number (GM executive discount), the price will go up instead of going down. They insisted that I pay a down payment instead. I paid $2,000 and asked them to hold the car for 2 days. When I called another dealership next day, they were able to apply the GEX for about $4,000 discount. When I called back Crestview, they said "oh, now we can do that too". I was so frustrated that I asked my money back. They said it cannot be returned unless I come to dealership by 6pm in rush hour traffic from 30 miles away. I repeatedly asked to return over the phone and they declined. I instead went to other dealership and bought the car. When I called next day, Crestview returned my money without any fuss.
This experience falls way short of what I would expect from Cadillac especially compared to my experience with Lexus.

My Mercedes needed some body work recently, Tony was very accommodating getting the vehicle into his shop as quickly as possible. The shop had done an excellent job timing and performance wise. I would bring my vehicle anytime back to the Crestview Collision Center.

Horrible sales experience. Purchased a car from John Drummy. He was horrible at returning calls when he said he would I had to keep calling him. Then finally get the deal setup and scheduled a time to come sign papers at 4:30pm and nothing was ready when I got there. He spent the first 25 min outside trying to sell a car to someone else while I was waiting on him. Then seen there was a bulge in one of the tires they said they d take it $250 off the price or replace it I told them I would get it replaced when I got home. So then I finally start signing the papers after 6 pm and going over the numbers which were higher than what I was told over the phone and now there was an out of state fee that was conveniently $250 I live in Ohio and have purchased over ten cars from Michigan privately owned and from dealerships and never had this fee this dealership is a joke STAY AWAY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Now 2.5 months later still don t have the memorandum title to get plates and I ve requested another temp tag twice now and nothing most definitely worst experience ever buying a car thanks crestview

Came in for brakes to be inspected and new led lights since one of mine were out and oil change. Left after paying little over $1400 lights still not working and my left rim has paint on it that wasn t there before and it won t come off. They said they would not give a refund but would look at car again. Wish I could get serviced somewhere else! I honestly think they did not fix anything and just pocketed my money and the car has a weird sound that it didn t have before!

Car buying can be the one thing we all don t look forward to with the long process and all. BUT at Crestview that s not a thing! Super friendly staff all around willing to always lend a hand to help or answer any questions! Made it not only simple fast but STRESS free! Thankful for all the help and thank you to Brandon and the whole team for helping me get into a Cadillac that will last!

Mark Rogers and everyone at Crestivew was stellar. I received a friendly welcome at the front door and from that time to the vehicle delivery of my vehicle of choice everything was great. I stopped in twice a a dealership less than a mile from my home and never had a greeting and was ignored the entire time I looked over an XT5 at that dealership. When I was leaving out the door, finally someone asked if I had questions. I said no and resolved to not give the other dealership my business. Thank you Crestview for your attention and professionalism.

My experience sucked rocks!! i received an email at 7:14 a.m. on 3/7 stating that they were unsuccessful in reaching me by telephone. First of all, no one ever called at that time because i was getting ready for work. I called at around 8:30 and left Boyd Childers a message letting him know that I could test drive the BMW X3 around 6:30-6:45 that evening.

I leave work and drive over an hour to the dealership just to find out that the car was being sold. I wasn't angry that the car was being sold, I was PISSED because no one was intelligent enough to call or email me to say please do not drive out this way because the car was being sold. Also, after Kim tells me that the car is being sold, he tells me that I can go see it being sold. How dumb is that?

This dealership disrespected me and my time. This dealership's customer service sucks rocks. No one greeted us at the door, and I had to find my name and sales person the teleprompter.

I will no longer look at this website for cars because they do not care about their customers.

Was buying from out of town. Got an out the door price that was supposed to include my state's fees. Signed a purchase agreement and sent it in via Fed Ex. When I flew there to pick up the car, I was told they needed to redo the purchase agreement because they couldn't cover all of my state fees. I was told I'd need to pay more when registering in MN but the amount wasn't much and it took a bit off the loan. When I registered in MN, the DMV told me I owed significantly more and not close to what Crestview had indicated. I was just going to drop it, but got a text from Crestview basically telling me it was my fault. So here is the one star review and pics of the texts showing what was supposed to be included in the out the door price before I traveled, and the response I got after getting home.

Might have to click my name to see pics.

I bought my Cadillac SRX through used car sales in...

I bought my Cadillac SRX through used car sales in July of 2013. They were unfriendly and rude and sold me a 2 Wheel drive car when I wanted a 4 Wheel drive car scamming me by saying they drive the same in the snow. They also didn't have my second key-FOB for my car and told me they'd mail it to me because it was "somewhere in the shop". They never mailed it. I called and called and had to come into the dealership to confront them. Finally talked to the Used Car Sales Manager who ordered a key-FOB for me. Then they called to say it was in, I drove in only for the blonde service adviser, Mary Atkinson, to tell me with a snotty attitude that I needed to make an appointment to program the key-FOB. Are you joking? Guess what Mary? When I was 18 and in college, I worked at the Lexus dealership doing your exact job, and I know for a FACT it takes 15 minutes to program a key-FOB. So just to pick up the stupid key-FOB took almost 4 months and about 5 separate visits to the dealership and to wait for almost 2 hours when it was finally done.

Now I come in again last week at 1p.m. which is plenty of time for them to do a diagnostic on my car, and again Mary has an attitude from the get go. After seeing my car was not under warranty, she immediately tells me before I get out of my car that they would not be able to even look at my car for weeks much less give me a loaner car. A mechanic came up with a clip board and said to Mary in front of me "is anything staying" meaning should I look at the car or not since I'm CLEARLY not busy. She says no of course because she doesn't want my business. She then berates me after I ask her about my discount since I'm a REAL General Motors employee, telling me that in "all her years of working at several dealerships no one has ever gotten that discount. It doesn't exist. Ok maybe it does it exist but no one uses it. Ok maybe only 3 people ever used it. Ok it's only up to $25 off anyway." and on and on and on. ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME??? I literally laughed in her face and left. I did not feel comfortable leaving my car there.

I called Suburban Cadillac in Troy and Tom in Service Department was nice and friendly and told me they would take me in a few days later and give me a loaner car.

Crestview Cadillac is a joke from the front of the house to the back. I literally have no idea how they stay in business since when I got back to work on Monday and told everyone how I was treated, 2 other people said they had similar treatment from Crestview employees.
