Bought a 2016 titan with Cummins motor 12.28.16 fr...

Bought a 2016 titan with Cummins motor 12.28.16 from Harold at Nissan Grand Blanc. Brought it back about a month after we got it due to it leaking oil and having a burning smell. No major concern as we did have a new truck with a lifetime warranty. Few more months go by and we re due for our first oil change. Called Nissan Grand Blanc about getting the oil change and a woman with a attitude on the phone stated they would need the truck for 3 days. Irritated with the time it was going to take for a oil change we called al pro Nissan on hall rd and they said a hour and were cheaper. Drove from Grand Blanc to Clinton twp for them to do the oil change (also told them about the oil still leaking) just for them to call after a few hours and say they need it for a few days. They said that Nissan Grand Blanc didn t fix the issue that s causing the oil to leak and they would be making the necessary repairs. A few weeks went by and no call. We had to call and ask about an update and a loaner vehicle (shouldn t have had to ask) Mind you, al Serra gives us a vehicle when we drop off our suburban for its Maintenance and oil changes. Anyway, after about 3 months with no updates we called corporate and got a call back from Michele. Shortly after the dealership called with news that our truck was ready for pick up. my husband paid for the $300 oil change and went to leave the dealer in the truck just to see that the dash board was lit up like a Xmas tree. Check engine light and other warning lights were on the dash. He went back into the dealer and told them and asked if he could leave the truck. They said if we left the truck they would charge for storage and car rental. So we took the truck home. Next day we went back to Nisan Grand Blanc. Explained everything. They said we had to wait to see what corp was gonna do. While working with Michele we needed the truck. We closed a store and sold our strip plaza. We had work to be done and needed the truck that was pretty much out of commission but still being paid on and barely used. My husband smashed my suburban doing a tow job that was meant for the titan. Since my suburban was smashed, I tried to drive the titan to work. I made it a mile and it was acting weird and hesitated more than I liked. Since the Nissan dealer is on my way to work I stopped in and asked Harold if I could leave the titan and get a loaner vehicle till Nisan Corp gets their stuff together. I didn t feel the titan was gonna make it and I needed a vehicle to get to work. He said Nisan said to drive it right? So just drive it I asked him in tears and frustrated what was I suppose to do if I break down? He handed me a business card and said to call him. Low and behold I got on 75 and made it 2.5 miles and had to call. The truck shut down on me. Said low pressure and shut just down automatically. Called Harold and Chris came and got me a s took me BACK to the dealer and gave me a loaner. I got to work 2 hours late. Smh. They towed the truck back to the dealer. Now, this is about 5 months in and they finally settle with a date and time for the truck to be turned in and we get a check and the loan paid off. They were doing a buy back for the lemon they sold us. they wanted to try and charge me $2k for the only mark on the vehicle inside or out. I have a dent in the bumper where someone hit me while I was inside Meijer and a pc of plastic cracked on the mirror. This stuff would have been fixed at the dealer (covered and already discussed with insurance) had we even got to talk about that issue. BUT we had bigger issues and totally put this off. Now Nissan is going to fix the truck so it s drivable so I can pick the truck up and have the 3 bumper dent fixed just to return it fixed so they can auction off a salvaged lemon. All of this inconvenience to a good customer as we were called.

I brought my car in to get a small plastic piece replaced underneath my vehicle. Last year this piece came off and within 60 seconds the little piece was popped on and I was on my way, I didn t even have to get out of the car. This time I came in and they ran an entire diagnostic on my car and whatever other inspections they did and left me waiting for about 30 minutes. After I waited for 30 minutes someone finally came in and gave me an update but I was left for another 20 minutes for them to put this piece on. On top of it all I was charged $35 for the labor which normally I wouldn t mind but the fact that it takes less than a minute to put this piece on really upsets me that they have to charge that much........ update! After waiting for over an hour Kelly did reduce the cost for me and I really appreciated that!

I went to KBB online filled out all the forms and they said they would pay $11,850 for my vehicle ( a 2012 with 57Kmiles) even though I thought this was low I accepted cause I want to sell the vehicle. So I took it there, after them test driving my car an even inspecting in they're service department on a hoist they said all they could offer was 10k even though the clean car fax values the car at $15,200. I understand people need to make money in a business but don't advertise something if your not gonna keep your word, its all over the show room KBB cash offer program and then they cut almost 2k off of what ever offer they first tell you its worth. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

My experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Mary was quick and helpful by email, and when I came to the dealership, each person I met went out of their way to be helpful and hospitable. Mary, my salesperson, was kind, helpful, never tried to pressure me but did everything she could to make this a great experience and she absolutely surpassed my expectations! Mike and Jane each helped me too, and were warm and friendly. The dealership was attractive and inviting, the service department was friendly and welcoming.
Quite honestly, I have been at other Nissan dealers where my experience was very poor, so was especially pleased with my experience here.

They checked all the possibilities that might be causing the problem and didn't find anything wrong. I had to mention that the mechanic at the Troy Motor Mall said the after market alarm is causing the problem. We had an outside mechanic disconnect the alrarm. After that, Nissan Of Macomb check if the wiring of the alarm was actualy the cause of the problem. So they unwired the alram completely with all the components

They ran a hard credit check on my daughter even though she told them not to as she was just shopping. Told her she needed to sign the form in order to test drive a car there. They sent out TWO hard credit hits (Ally Bank and Wells Fargo), impacting her credit rating. We called the sales manager there and he swore up and down the sales person never ran the credit checks, yet we have the bank letters to prove they did. She got a car and financing through Vyletel VW (and a much better Certified Pre Owned car for the money) later that week. SHADY HARD SELL PRACTICES. Unless you want hard credit hits on your credit rating just to test drive a car I wouldn't advise going here.

Felt welcome when we got there. Everyone was friendly and checked to see if we needed anything. Mike Liagre our sales guy was great remembered what we came for had the vehicle ready for a test drive. He had us done and ready to leave with car that day. Best experience I ve had at a dealership.

And when I called and made an appointment nothing was said on the phone of the charges and nothing was said over the phone different things will be different charges when I took my car for it was not checked for that all they did was just a regular scan which I could ve done the regular scan anywhere else and I would ve been charged $130 and when I had to go and get my car from the lot the guy said it s right out there I had to walk all the way in the back of the building I had to look for my vehicle they were all black Nissan so I had to go look which one is my car so no I wouldn t recommend this place for anybody

I showed up at Maintenance with an emergency at 4:55 pm, and even though the signs said they closed at 5:00,the doors were locked, an employee looked right at me walked over to a bay door going out, closed and locked it and walked off. I have never been there before, and I can tell you I'll never be back.

The dealership has been shut down/ inoperational due to litigation with Nissan. Even though there were all the 5 star reviews there was something off with the way this dealership operated. They refused me on some warranty items which were covered under warranty and Nissan consumer affairs had to ask the dealership to cover that item. Similarly I used to get different answers about servicing from different team members...

First of all, I guess because either Nissan doesn't get it or All Pro Nissan of Macomb - 4 star is a good review.

I lease my Nissan Rogue from All Pro Nissan of Macomb and overall it has been a pleasant experience with the purchase and service. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because of some reason/s. I got my car here and I was asked to fill a survey by Nissan. I gave my honest opinion - i thought that is what the surveys were meant to be and overall it was a positive review if not a 10 pointer all across. If Nissan or All Pro wants a customer to give 10 points all across then it defeats the point of a survey.

However, I contacted the sales person later on to see if I could turn in my lease for an upgrade and he said that he was let go from the company because of my survey. To me this is pretty surprising because 1) I assume and feel that the surveys should be anonymous. I didn't know the surveys that Nissan conducted were not anonymous.
2) If all Nissan or All Pro Nissan of Macomb is asking for is 10 point rating on the surveys, then there is no opportunity to improve. Again as I said my review was overall very good with a few suggestions of how I feel they could have done better or things that I felt were not good. If I didn't like All Pro I wouldn't have purchased my car there, I don't know how else I should clarify it.

I guess the more I think about the survey and what the salesperson told to me afterwards makes me feel more awkward about the whole situation and I am not sure if I should take this to Nissan asking them about the anonymity of their surveys.

However, overall a great dealership - brand new, they have free coffee and popcorn. They gave me a good price, had a good selection of cars.
Not good - I was told all the fees were included but once I was at the cashier, it was like oh the registration is never included, oh you should also consider the premium protection. If someone says to me that "all" fees are included then make sure all fees are included. Again, it was not a deal breaker - I will go back to them for another Nissan, it was more of "I did not like" that aspect. But I guess it was enough to fire someone - if that was true.

I am not upset with the dealership or any employee, but the process. My battery died in my 2019 Titan. 34K and under warranty. I was told to have towed to dealership with no explanation. Had truck jump started by tow truck. Drove directly to dealership. Dealership diagnosed battery, charged it and found no problem. They would not replace the battery because it cost $400.00. I was told to have it towed in again if it fails to start. Now I'm driving around wondering if my truck is going to start! What if it won't start after hours or on the weekend? Am I expected to go all weekend without a vehicle,, All because of a battery?? And what battery cost $400.00??

She was very knowledgeable and between her and the mechanics, as a team they helped me get the services I needed within my budget! I was offered the coupon special and for those reasons I'll be back!!! Oh and this Dealership's service area was Super clean! Someone was cleaning the floors the whole time I was there! That was the Best!

I must say that after reading all the reviews I have to agree. Mary is a gem for sure. I came into the dealership very nervous of this entire process as it has been awhile since I have purchased a new or used vehicle. Mary eased my fears right away! The entire process was stress free and done with ease. To add to the gemstones I also encountered June, who was very personable and very helpful. I did not have to worry about one thing. Sometimes you find those people that you just know are good people and I for sure will say these two are good people. When you go to buy a vehicle you are used to the fast talking sales people that just want the sale. What you find here is a team that loves what they do and it shows. Their reward is the sale but the entire time they are offering more than just a car sale. I will purchase all my vehicles from this dealership going forward. Ladies! Keep shining your lights as your are definitely treasure for Nissan of Macomb.

took our 2010 Nissan Sentra in to be checked due to it stalling, after a day or so we were advised that the transmission needed replacing, the cost was approximately 4500 dollars, I asked about trading it in for another Nissan, but we were offered $500.00 which was insulting. In fact we went to a Kia dealership directly from the Nissan dealership and was offered $3000.00 for our Sentra so of course we made the deal. We had been a Nissan customer for over 30 years and we never had a problem with an dealership working with us to continue purchasing Nissans.

Dealer refuses to stock Full-Size Titan pickups and Armada SUV. I was very surprised to see a car company that allows its dealers to only carry a partial line of vehicles. The last three Nissan Dealers in Macomb went out of business (consecutively) leaving customers high-and-dry. This is Nissan's 4th try in our community GOOD LUCK!!

The young lady(Kelly) was about as friendly and knowledgeable as anyone I've ever dealt with at any dealership. I bought my 2015 Rogue used and was having some issues with the winter operation of the vehicle. She explained everything to me - so I understood it! I also had some scheduled maintenance that was overdue. I don't know how doing some fluid changes could make the vehicle run smoother and quieter, but the mechanic(Dave) managed to do that also! I was purchasing my first vehicle, a used 2014 Jeep Compass. Alex the dealer was very polite and helpful when discussing financing options and just general inquiries. Unfortunately, its been less than 2 weeks and I've had issues with the check engine and battery lights coming on, and just had to take it to a dealership 40 miles away from my house because it overheated on the freeway and there's a cracked radiator hose and somehings wrong with the boot on one of the axles which is gonna be over S1000 to fix these issues. Of course I call to keep the dealership I purchased from to keep them updated and they say "well we did offer you the warranty and you didnt take it so we cant help you at this point." So now im basically stuck with all of these issues they didn't tell me about even though it somehow passed a 170 point inspection. I'm not happy and would recommend purchasing your vehicles elsewhere.

I went looking for 2019 Nissan Rouge SV AWD. I communicated the specification that I am looking for clearly to the sales representatives (three of them). The car they gave me is 2020 Nissan Rouge SV AWD for test driving saying both model year car is similar. Then they gave me the deal for 2020 and was trying to convince me. I was really not happy with them as they didn't care about my preference.

During my experience at Macomb Nissan while purchasing my new vehicle it seem to be a good one Alex my salesman was very nice and courteous. But when we got to the financing part is when it got sticky and uncomfortable. I have a credit score of 801, upon running my credit and applying for financing with the financial manager ( June ) she came out with a paper saying that I was declined. Immediately I knew this had to be a mistake as the only debt I have is my home. She explained to me that sometimes this can happen that she has a score rating for me of 716 all the way to 801. I asked her if she had taken off the lease that I would be turning in? She said yes, but give her a minute and she ll try to see what she can do for me. Needless to say after playing the dog and pony show for several minutes she said she was able to get me a loan with Ally. Now remember Ally is a company for people with terrible credit keep in mind I have a credit score of 801. I accepted the loan knowing that I was going to turn around and refinance with my credit Union. I told June of my intentions and she asked me to wait 90 days till I do so, I didn t question why but I should have. I received a rate of 5.14 for the loan with Ally. I am able to get a rate of 2.74 with my credit union all I need Is the RD108 validated which should ve been in the folder with all of my paperwork but was not. After a couple days I drove back up to the dealership spoke to the general manager Cliff and June as well and was told I had to wait 3 to 4 weeks to receive it in the mail, this is a lie. I have called around to other dealerships and Southfield Nissan and all have told me that the dealership receives that immediately or 2 to 3 days later. I have since left a voicemail with the general manager Cliff Anton and have yet to receive a call back. Oh and by the way, June ( financial manager ) ran my credit 5 times while I was there, with a credit score of 801!!!! I feel betrayed taken advantage of and now discarded with no Call back from the general manager with my concerns.
One more side note, while there I asked for assistance in setting up my remote for garage door and June who seemed irritated with me at this point told me it s in my owners manual! REALLY??? Cliff immediately told me how he did it with his vehicle, but unfortunately I still am not able to sink it up with my remote.
Frustrated, irritated and I feel Ghosted by the dealership I just spent over $25,000 with.

Bought my 2011 Subaru outback from here about a month ago, I knew it needed a little work but the suspension quote was $2500 which was a set back but somewhat expected, but the car just recently over heated and it's just now been confirmed that the head gasket is no good so now I have to have that fixed which was quoted another $2700, so I have to pay about an additional 5k for a car I paid 6.8k for, I haven't even put a thousand miles on it yet and I can't drive it! There's no way this wasn't known car fax proved all the engine and cooling system was inspected before and after the previous owner traded it in, I understand that I bought this car with no warranties but this things basically a lemon, I can't express how badly this transaction has affected my financial stability especially since I'm laid off from corona I'm making payments on a car I can't use and I can't afford to fix it in any foreseeable future at this moment, thanks

The salesman Kirk was one of the best salesman of have delt with to date. He knew exactly what we wanted and didn't try to upsell us on anything. He worked with the finance guy (I believe his name was Chester) who was also wonderful to work with. Within the hour of us being there my wife had test drove the car she wanted, payments and terms we're figured out, as well as they were able to get us a 7year 100,000 mile warranty for the used car we bought at fraction of the price that orgianlly came up (this wasn't an upsell on their part, I made it clear from the beginning that I wanted the car to come with some sort of warranty). We will be buying our next car from them for sure.

I told then I would be back to get a newer car when ready. I already have it picked out!!!!. Thank you Mike and Mark you guys were so wonderful to me.
