All I can say is WOW!! This dealership has the friendliest salesperson ever Shawn Travis. This guy is awesome. My wife and I were well received and were given an opportunity to check out a few of their vehicles before we chose the best one for us. SUPERB!!

Had a reoccurring electronic issue with our van....

Had a reoccurring electronic issue with our van. 4 months ago, replaced a battery to fix the transmission shifter, at no cost. Same issue presented itself Friday night. Dropped vehicle of at 1030 Saturday morning, not expecting to get it back until Monday, because logically, we are not the only customers. Called at 12 on Monday with a, let us call you back. No one has looked at it yet. A few hours later, called back with no update. The dealership closes in 45 minutes. I guess the expectation to have it back Monday may have been lofty, but to receive ZERO communication from the dealership is unacceptable! This is not the first bad customer experience we have had here, but it will be our last. Thanks, but no thanks!

Wasted two hours with a salesman that dropped a pill bottle with cocaine in it. Made it out that he could get me into any car on the lot and still in my budget, walked out with nothing. Salesman also told me about his health problems (very uncomfortable considering we are strangers). Lastly, the car I was interested in was almost 4000 over KBB/NADA book value and they said they could "take off a couple hundred".

He was assertive , and did not miss a single detail to ensure my expectation were meet. Most important he new the selling process did not end the moment he deliver my keys, he took his time one week after the sale was completed and did a follow up on me. The absolute worst service and management I have ever been exposed to in my life. As a veteran with over 33 years of service I have purchased most of my vehicles new from this place but I wouldn t buy bubblegum from them! I will drive all the way to Tampa to have my vehicles serviced from now on!
Recently I was purchasing a part from the parts department. While I m a conversation with the parts clerk, an employee interrupted our conversation without a excuse or anything else. He had other customers with him that he felt was more important. Even after the clerk helped him and came back to me, he felt it was necessary to step in front of me to get a brochure off the clerks desk and again no excuse me. I said it for him and he looked as if I should not be talking to him. I was absolutely furious. Prior to this, I left my truck to be worked on. I was called with a diagnosis and told under no circumstances should I drive my vehicles because it was a brake problem and a part needed to be ordered. No problem. Well let s just say that wasn t the case. 2 days later I called to get a status and was told that the part was not available at the location they assume so they were ordering it from Orland and it would be there in 24-48 hrs. 5 days later I call and was told part didn t ship. Notice I said 5 days and not once did anyone call me. After voicing my frustration I was told to come get my truck if I needed and they would call me when the part comes in. 2 weeks later I took it to Tampa dodge dealership and guess what? They repaired my problem that day and oh by the way, it wasn t the part that Courtesy diagnosed. And did I mention when I picked up my truck I had a deep gouge in my front bumper which I was told would be fixed. Well yeah no! Then the parts situation happened. Might I say that it was an obvious case of racism. I did receive a
Call from the So called service manager with an excuse of it was a service guy and he would contact sales manager. But also offered a vague apology and reassured me that I was wrong!

My wife and I stopped by the dealership with intentions on looking at used cars to see if we could trade in a car with a negative balance. We were met by a sales rep (Blake L) who was extremely knowledgeable and explained many things in detail. We explained to him our situation and what we were originally looking for. Blake expresses concern, and advised that based on our situation a new car would be better suited for us based on rebates and more. My wife and I were skeptical in the beginning but we took a bite and looked at a couple options. We really weren t interested in having our credit evaluation done as we already had a pre-approval. Blake explained that he would like us to try 1 bank based on achieving better rates- we did. Blake and the team worked with us to the very last deal in order to ensure we were all satisfied!! My wife and I loved the very friendly environment and the people working. We couldn t be happier and left the dealership saying we will buy more cars here and we would certainly recommend them to everyone! Best dealership we ve been too ever!! We re considering trading in our other 2017 vehicle because of how we were treated and made to feel, and we hope we can reach a deal!! Highly recommend to anyone!!

One of the best experiences I have ever had when buying a vehicle. I have always been super defensive when dealing with anybody at a dealership. Tyler Sukop was very knowledgeable about all the features of the vehicle as well as worked very hard to get me a fair rate for my trade and all the options we wanted. He also set me up with Jim O'Neil who I have to say is probably the most knowledgeable finance person I have ever dealt with. Jim O'neal made sure my wife and I were getting the best finance possible and that we were happy with the deal. Courtesy Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge has earned my business now and in the future, thanks for great car purchase experience.

Nice dealership, but my Service Consultant-Antonio, not eagerly helpful. If you don't have your UConnect case number, (from 5 months ago) good luck with getting your vehicle serviced. Luckily for me, I saved a voicemail from UConnect. Even though my account with the dealership was noted with all the needed information. One and half hours later I could leave the dealership knowing my radio repair was going to be taken care of that day; it was and it works great! Phew!!

This is my second visit to Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge to purchase a vehicle. My salesman, Carl Johnson was friendly courteous and very involved in my decision to purchase a new vehicle. I enjoyed working with Carl to find the vehicle that I wanted and to consider my two trade ins.
When it's time to trade up on the Dodge I just purchased I will go straight back to Carl.
I appreciate the dealerships reminders for maintenance and the service center is easy to work with.
Very happy with my choice.

I can t say enough good things about my experience here this past Saturday. David Montes gave me a fantastic deal on a brand new Jeep Wrangler! He was kind and honest and easy to work with. I had been searching for months at other dealerships and was not treated well at all. Hidden fees, not coming off the price of anything, the typical negative things you hear about having to go buy a car. But NOT at Courtesy Jeep. Their customer service is excellent. The experience was great! No pressure no hidden fees. I was able to go in by myself and felt I got the best deal and was treated with respect by David and everyone I talked to that day! . The other places treated me like I didn t know how to add and wasn t serious about buying a vehicle. Their loss! I will definitely be recommending Courtesy to anyone who is in the market for a Jeep!

Husband and I bought a truck 2 weeks ago and it was an unpleasant experience. The sales man, Armando, was terrific but, the finance personal was where this deal went to the traditional stereotype of shady car dealership. Went in with preapproval, to which I was told it was not authorized and was told to reapply for the loan through them. THIS IS THE SCAM, they want you to apply for the loan through them to collect a finders fee for originating a loan knowing I was already preapproved for it. Went a week with the truck and was called and told that my loan wasn t approved and that I had to return the truck because they decided to use the new loan they created. Wish the customer service in the finance department was as good as the latte machine. Please beware was not a pleasant experience.

Poor customer service. Workers argue and raise their voice to customers even with young children( 3yrs) present. Would never use the service department and would highly recommend you find a different dealership if you have any kind of warranty or recall work. Very unprofessional.

Before buying my Challenger, I shopped on local dealers (10 mile radius ) and internet for the best deal for over 60 days. But could not get a deal that would fit my situation. After expanding the search I met an amazing Sales person - Mr. David Montes and despite the deal not being exactly the best I decided to buy from Courtesy (27 miles away from my home) because of the way he made me feel. I not a rookie in car purchasing (10 cars in the last 12 years) and the relationship built with David and Courtesy is by far the best ever. Based on my experience, the name Courtesy reflects what I experienced on my Dodge purchase and COURTESY a very appropriate name for the business.

Not too pushy and very helpful with negotiating. He wasn't your cheesy user car guy trying to get you to buy everything. He was able to get me a great deal on the car!

I never write reviews, but this is the worst car dealership. They lied about what my payment would be a month just to get a car sold. My payment is 90$ more a month than the salesman said it would be and was supposed to be more, but one of the higher ups had to clean up the mess.
Now, my car that is a 2016 had to get towed there. My spare set of keys are now missing. They don't appear to care about their customers. I went to get my free oil change that came with my purchase and even though there was an appointment it would take 2 1/2 hours to get it done. The person at the desk said that's normal wait time. We've had such pleasant experiences other places, that it's so frustrating to not have quality care. We probably now have to purchase another key (which costs over $200) because no one will take responsibility.

When I met with the advisor they had no clue why I was there. So had to explain why I was there. Advisor was very nice but I had to go through the whole scenario of why I was there.

I pulled up to the "express" service area about noon on a Tuesday for an oil change. I've generally taken my Jeep back to where I purchased for good and reliable service. Another woman pulled up behind me with her Jeep. We were told by a young man that someone would be out in a couple minutes. After 10 minutes nobody walked out to help us. I walked into the service shop to ask if someone would be helping us. A nice man told us that he was the only "express" person working and he'd be with me soon. I walked out and stood by my car for another 5 minutes. I then walked back inside past the original guy that said he'd help me and asked the lady behind the cashier desk if I could see a manager. She got up and seemed concerned, but never got a manager. I heard her ask someone to call "Angelo". Nobody came to talk to me about the standing outside for 15-20 minutes. Once they took the car, service was fine as usual. Lack of communication and staff recognizing 2 ladies standing outside is extremely poor. I even saw my old salesman, who asked how I was doing. I shared the service experience. He also did nothing to escalate. Not sure if I'll be going back for my next service or my next Jeep. What a shame.

I had an appointment at 10:20 am . I got there at 9:50 am and waited for 20 min for someone to Approach me. Being that I had an appointment I thought I would be attended to fairly soon. no one told me for 3 hrs that nothing had been done to my car. When I finally asked , they were waiting for the next Technician that was available and were unable to tell me when. "Why make appointments "Jami my so called abvisor did not speak to me once until after 4 hrs i saw my car still parked on the street and i asked for my keys. She rescheduled me for Tuesday at 9:30 and now she sends me a text its for 11:20 . If it wasn't for the recall i would never go back to your service department. after speaking with a sells person ( being i was there for over 4 hours ) they told me that was the normal around there. So sad. I will make other arrangements with a different dealer. No one is asking for Miracles just a heads up as to what's going on when you cars being repaired.

Their service department wants me to pay almost $500 to replace a gear shift cable when all that needs to be replaced is the bushing, which is at MOST, $30 (and that's generous). But because they don't sell it separately, they have to replace the entire gear shift cable. This only needs to be $30 at most and then 30 minutes to replace. And this isn't covered under the power train warranty either. They really do like to rip people off.

Best car buying experience i have had. Overall process took 3 days as I looked at multiple vehicles at this and other dealerships. Matt Steel was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process and with his help found the right truck for us. The sales manager Brian was also very helpful making sure the entire transaction was a good fit. Transaction was wrapped up by Serg who continued to provide great customer service. Courtesy has a culture that every dealership should have.

Very patient while I figured out exactly what I wanted and they were able to correct a previous mistake made at their dealership and make it right. worst customer service EVER! Made an appointment, showed up 30 min early and my assigned service rep was never available, already behind at 10am in the morning. Someone else took my keys but never had me sign anything. Never got a call from the service rep EVER! After 3 calls to the dealer, being put on hold for over 30 minutes, I finally got a hold of Jamie at 6:45PM, only to be told they could not look at my car yet. Why make an appointment if they are too overworked to honor it? I will make sure to tell everyone to stay away from this dealer. This was not my first poor experience. The dealer is just very disorganized. Oh and tell the slimy sales guy standing in the service area, I DO NOT WANT TO UPGRADE MY CAR! Geez

I made an "Appointment" about 10 days prior. Switched my services from Jerry Ulm to this dealership. "Appointment" was for 9:40AM and I received several text reminders. Arrived on time. Vehicle didn't move an inch towards being serviced until about 12:50. When asked status, several times, was told it was first come, first served. That is not an Appointment by any means. And for the service itself, the air filter was taken out, looked at and put back in. That is substandard as it should have been replaced. Lastly, the Covid 19 measures described by phone weren't practiced. No sanitization after people vacated seating, etc. An overall horrible experience and I am questioning why I changed my services from Tampa to Brandon.

After that small mishap the entire process was very quick as it took just a few hours to get my car back and I could see the care they took to make sure it stayed clean. Came in for a warranty repair and had a great experience. Our service adviser is Rob Crawford and our tech was Jeff. Both very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. They were both quick to help me with questions and notify me immediately when new parts were in so they could get me rescheduled. Once rescheduled for an additional part that we needed, Rob was able to schedule me right away the next day. From the porters to the advisers to the techs, this is definitely a better experience for me when it comes to car issues.

We went in to buy a new car & absolutely had the best experience our salesman Jeremy Boone was very informative & made sure the whole time we were there that we were comfortable. We bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee latitude & love it. After we got home we did notice that the passenger window tint was torn, so we went back the following day & Jeremy greeted us & I showed him the window, he went right inside & got Jim O'neil to come take a look and without hesitation he said we will fix it! Just overall best experience. This is probably why we returned to buy a new car here because we had the same experience when we bought our Jeep Wrangler in 2008!

I recently reached out to my previous sales representative, Albert Myrick, looking to purchase another car. I left the lot with another Jeep. I initially left with a 2018 on my first purchase. I left this time with a 2020. My entire experience from selecting a vehicle, to driving away with the vehicle was pleasant, a smooth transition. Once again Albert knocked it out of the park exceeding my expectations. I am extremely grateful for him and Nabil for making this happen for me. I drove away in my vehicle beyond satisfied, loving my SUV, as well as my experience with the staff and company. Purchased a new vehicle yesterday and for the first time I was not hassled by salesmen. I have never been treated so nice. My salesman was Wesley Edwards and I honestly bought the car because of him. I had another appointment at a different location but needless to say I cancelled that appointment. I was suffering from back pain that morning and later in the day I ended up with headache & slight nausea. Wesley brought me several glasses of cold water during my visit and walked down the street to a nearby gas station in the hot sun & bought me some Tylenol. Now I've never had anyone do this for me. This meant so much to me and showed me how much he really cared. Also, our financial guy, Jim O'Neil made the financial process so smooth. He explained everything to us & made sure we understood what it meant. It was such an easy process and I recommend Courtesy for anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

MORE CUSTOMERS THAN THAY HAVE TIME OR VEHICLES DOR: I went to this dealership last Friday looking to purchase a four-door Jeep Sahara or Rubicon. They had a very limited selection when I ask sales person about inventory his response was we only have a few. Since the vehicle is a birthday surprise for my wife I had a couple of months to play with so I requested a brochure to review option packages and order the jeep. The salesman s response was we have been out of those for about a month and he kept walking. I headed over to Jerry Ulm Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Tampa and found exactly what I was looking for on the lot. This dealership obviously has more customers than it can accommodate save your time and go to the Jeep dealership in Tampa or Wesley Chapel.

They took the time to listen to my concerns about my not so great credit and staying on budget with my monthly payments.
