As a long time customer I have to say the service ...

As a long time customer I have to say the service has always been outstanding. However, I ve notice over the past several visits communication between the service advisor and customer has deteriorated. The straw that broke the camels back was during my last visit for a standard oil change and tire rotation. Routine. Spoke with the advisor paid the bill and went on my way. Approximately 30 minutes later I get an email request to approve additional repairs found during the initial inspection which were significant requiring immediate attention. I was setting in their facility for over an hour and during check out nothing was ever said. Then two days later I get another email saying something to the order since I decline service offered they are giving me a 15% discount. Once they get their act together on communication I might change the rating
