Service is horrible i will never take my car there...

Service is horrible i will never take my car there again i would drive to another state before that happened. I am currently on hold for 30 minutes i have 4 kids including a sick newborn i have made numerous attempts to find out when my car will be fixed and if i can get a rental as my warranty that i paid a ton for includes it i have gotten nowhere its ridiculous firkins is a looooot better.
