On arrival, there were many cars waiting to be dropped off for service. I had an appointment at 10:00am and arrived at 9:50am. It took 15 minutes for me to finally make it up in the line to start the process of my brake pad replacement service.
I think I made the mistake of telling them I was dropping off the car instead of saying I was waiting for it because at 4:15pm, received a text stating that my vehicle was still being worked on and they would let me know of the status. At 6:15pm, after not hearing anything else from the dealership, I texted them asking for a status update. 5 minutes later received a text that the vehicle was done. Extremely disappointed that it took 8 hours plus for brake pad replacement.
Not sure if they overbooked the services for the day but I feel that it was extremely inefficient. I won't be using your services again. Will go to Jerry Ulm dealership in the future, even though it is a further drive.
