I had an amazing experience with Fabio and Kimo. I came into the store, some money down but my credit was not the greatest.. I was also upside down on my car. Fabio treated me like family and made me feel like everythng was going to be okay. Never once did he put me down for my bad credit and he tried to help me in every situation. Kimo who was my sales guy also kept in contact with me and reassured me everything was going to be okay with my approval. I couldnt speak more highly of these two guys and I will reccomend anyone to go to this dealershi to buy a car. If you think your in a tough situation dont feel bad because these guys will do everything possible to get you in the car that you want.. I am now a proud owner of a 2017 Jeep Renegade! Love this dealership and couldnt have dont it wothout them.

Took my new Ram 3500 for initial checkup with 2300...

Took my new Ram 3500 for initial checkup with 2300 miles on it. Told the service lady that i had a vibration at about 70-75 miles an hour. Felt like tire out of balance. She said they would have the mechanic check it out. Mechanic stated he could find anything wrong. I actually spoke with the mechanic, i beleve his name was pete. He told me it drove like a truck does and felt no vibration. Then proceeded to insult my intelligence by telling me that it was different than the one i traded in. I told him it was the exact same truck but 6 years newer, same trim. He said that...well a long bed and short bed drive differently. I reiterated to him i traded the exact same truck. That was no big deal really. Then this morning i decided to check the tire pressure on my truck because it was driving strange. Discovered he had put 120psi in my front tires and 110 psi in all 4 rear tires. The monitoring system only goes to 101 psi. Actual tire guave read 120 and 110 respectively. This mechanic is an idiot. Recommended tire pressure is 80 psi on front and 65 psi on rear. Max pressure on the tires is 80 psi. Guess they are trying to kill me and others on the road. Good thing i didnt put a load on it. Will never take back to them. Even if voids the warrenty.

My 1 star rating has NOTHING to do with the AWESOME service I received in the buying process!! Danny (who s no longer with the company) and Shaw (finance dept) both did an amazing job assisting me and giving me a KILLER deal on my Citadel Durango!

BUT... The service department is HORRIBLE!!! I ve owned many cars and this is by far the WORST service department I ve ever dealt with!!! I have to find another Dodge service shop ASAP!!!!!!

Courtesy treated me extremely well from the moment I walked in the door. I called ahead of time because the vehicle I was hoping to testdrive was not available at another local dealership. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jeff over the phone and shortly thereafter met Paul at the dealership. Both gentlemen assisted me throughout the car buying process and were knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly, honest and forthcoming. I didn't have to do any of the typical car buying haggling or posturing. I explained to both of them my car buying goals and they came back with numbers that corresponded to my research and expectation. I would gladly recommend both of them individually and the dealership as a whole as a place for you to purchase your next vehicle. Once I opted to purchase my new jeep I met with Shaw, who impressed me instantly with his calm and professional demeanor. He simplified the financial aspects of the car buying process and made it truly enjoyable. I truly felt like I could enjoy the car buying process and that I still had time to enjoy the rest of my day. Five stars!

I arrived at my appointment time of 9am. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman , checked in for my appointment and the technician would be right over to take the car. Victor asked what I was having done with the car ( oil change, tire rotation , and recall ) and said he would contact me when it was finished. At noon, I received a phone call saying my car was finished. When I went to get the car , I was greeted immediately , paid for the services, and on my way . Great experience !

Service is not great. I only go because it s close to my home. Every time I ve been I have to wait at least 10 min before I m helped. The service advisors are not helpful and seem annoyed and frustrated when you speak to them. When I bought a new tire from them, they put a Jeep emblem on my Ram tire! My other car is a Nissan. I m comparing my experience with them. They could really learn from them. I love the brand but service is pretty bad.

Went in to buy parts for one of the vehicles in my inventory. As I was there the Dodge Ram I was driving had a slow leak in the front tire. I asked the service guy if they can fill the air in that tire for me while I"m buying parts.

By the time I came back my tire was filled.

This is old school type of service that is so great to know still exists. Even though I too am a dealer, I wanted to give two thumbs up to this great location and the stellar customer service they gave me.

Courtesy Chrysler on state road 60 is what defines an honest dealer....a rarity in this age.

Wish I had gotten the tech that worked on Saturdays. 13 days later got my work van back. Over all I really respect Jammie my service advisor that kept me updated ever day and the shuttle service was amazing.

So I call back to have my door panel replaced and they have notes for my door pin strip... Not what needed to be fixed. So finally my husband gets to talk to service manager and he makes us an appointment for 11am on Thursday. I show up on Thursday at 10:45am and they know nothing... So service guy comes out to car and sees I have computer updates and he will get those done and look into the door panel. My husband calls around 2:30pm to make sure door is getting done and no one can give us an answer. Service rep says someone will call us back. So hour half goes by no call, we live 30 minutes away and at this point we drive home.. Get home and services manager calls back . Tells my husband everything and manager says car will be ready by 5pm. So a little before 5 we get a call from service manager saying car is ready. On our way to courtesy the service supervisor or someone calls and says car will be ready soon and apologizes for delay in call. At this point I'm like whatever I'm almost there and see the wonderful communication between managers and front line.... No one informed the service supervisor my car was ready or that someone called me back. So I get there car is ready, it's busy I sign papers and out the door. The service lady that checked me out was wonderful but no one told me what was done with car. I get to my car and clock is reset, everything reset and I now know that's what happens with updates but no one gave me the courtesy and informed me or bothered to ask if I knew. So I get home and see they could even check my fluids and ran out of washer fluid. Not a huge deal but after the experience I had you think the car be on point. This was a free abd first service, I can only imagine what a paid for experience would be like. Not looking great!

Service department is bad. Had a service appointment at 9 am on Saturday to reprogram a key fob. Waited under the service awning for 15 minutes and no one came to car. So I pulled around and parked, walked to service desk to tell them all I need is a reprogram, for them to tell me I had to pull back in service line and wait. No, thanks won t be spending my time or money at Courtesy.

On 2/21/17 took my 2015 Jeep Cherokee for an oil chage and regular check up.. Jeeps was shutting down on me while driving, came to find out that engine needed to be replace and i did not get to drive it home till 39 days later, sadly but my
18 month old Jeep should not be in shop that long it . Bad experience over all. I WILL not take my car there again or buy my next jeep there! - customer service was terrible they dont care about making customers happy even after they know they are at foult they had my jeep unsecure/ unlocked in lot when i when to get my personal things. Was and still am very upset how i was treated. My jeep even had one extra door dent, i lost few things car charger had alot of coins and all where gone... poinless but true!!!.. "why take something that is not yours.."
I would not recommend this dealer for any business, take it down the street on 60 in brandon u have many other options. This place need proper training, starting with management.

We bought a used Dodge Durango through David Montes at Courtesy, and had a really positive experience! We called david on short notice, telling him we would be there in about 2 hours. David had the car all set to go when we arrived, and already had everything started on financing and the preliminary work for the trade-in value (I sent him a picture of the VIN of the trade-in, and a couple pictures of the outside). We ended up with a great price on the trade, and are happy with the purchase price. I bought another used dodge durango from a different dealer about 6 months ago and the experience with David Montes and this dealership was far superior to my previous deal with another dealer...I would highly recommend this dealership and David. From driving in, to driving out with the new (used) car was about 2 hours (it was 4 hours at the other dealer for the last deal)...that includes the test drive, them reviewing the trade-in vehicles condition, some quick negotiations, completing all the paperwork, them doing a final detailing on the new car, and transferring everything from the old car to the new. Very smooth. Car runs great too, zero issues!

I received a notice in the mail that my 2016 Jeep Wrangler had a recall. I made the appointment at this dealership and showed up on time. After initially being ignored in the service lane for 15 minutes, I went inside and spoke with Ricardo Mussenden. He promptly dropped what he was doing and attended to my needs. I worked at a dealership so I know how busy it can get. The way Ricardo took care of my situation made my prior frustration a distant memory... He called me the moment the vehicle was ready. I will be back for future service.

I was treated professionally from the time I walked in the door and thru the entire process. Terrible service and overall experience. I've purchased 5 new cars in my lifetime so far and this experience was the worst by far.

I was seeking to purchase a new Dodge Challenger. I obtain online quotes from 4 local CJD dealerships to compare. I contacted Courtesy online sales manager and was told a quote would be given to me. 3 days later, I follow up and then was told I had to go to the store to get a quote. Courtesy was the only dealership that required me to come in to get a quote. What's the point of having an online sales manager if they can't even price/sell a vehicle online? Since I was going to be in their area one weekend, I went ahead and made an appointment at the dealership to discuss what I was looking for. I was invited to what they refer to as a VIP experience.

The VIP experience is a complete joke! Nothing special as well. Might as well just of been a walk-in situation. I was not greeted at the reception, had to wait 10 min while they found my salesman, no food/beverage offering, and couldn't even find a place to sit down while waiting on my salesman. After spending 2.5hrs discussing what I'm looking for, signing documents, and negotiation price, I decide to go ahead and give Courtesy the benefit of the doubt and purchase a vehicle from them. All they needed from me now was a deposit. Even making a deposit with them is a hassle. Receptionist decided to take 2 customer that were behind me. When I asked why, she stated (and I quote) "I'm going to do what I think is best to get my job done." Apparently a person trying to make a 1K deposit to the dealership is less important then someone that needs new tags on a car or someone asking where the vending machine is.

When the car I ordered arrive, It was discovered that all the prep paperwork that I conducted when I order the car, Courtesy lost it somewhere. Besides the fact that I had private information on those forms that went missing, I now had to repeat all the work that I did 6 weeks prior. I had to negotiate the price again, re-sign forms, etc. And everything I signed, they wanted me to sign 3 different times. One for the dealership, one for the salesman, and one for me. Ever heard of Carbon copies Courtesy? Very inefficient. It took 4.5 hrs that day to purchase the car that I ordered. Extremely slow and no VIP treatment as well (not greeted at door, no drink/food offering, etc.). Left the dealership upset, thirsty, and hungry.

They had signs in every cubicle that state if you don't feel like you're receiving a 9 or 10 ranking in service, please let us know. So I did exactly that during my entire process. They tried to explain their self-admitted bad service in my case was a 'rarity' and all they could do is provide empty apologies (which doesn't mean anything to me as a customer) and offer me to swing back again if I'm ever in the area for a free tank of gas. Ridiculous. Will not conduct any more business with this dealership and I recommend all others to look elsewhere.

I showed up for an "appointment" to be told a simple oil change would be 3-4 hours. The reservation said customer waiting. They expect people to wait half a work day without notice?

More so, I sit in my jeep for several minutes not being acknowledge by anyone. I go to the counter to be asked if I had appointment as if they were hoping I would say no. I left frustrated going somewhere else with great customer service and it took 15 minutes there.

A few hours later I missed a call from the dealership assuming it was an apology for a 3-4 hour wait for my appointment. The voicemail was a sales call. I will not buy a jeep from this dealership.

On March 10th and purchased a 2018 vehicle at the dealer on the 13th I brought it back to the dealer because of an issue and it's been there since, I can't believe that as of today Apr 8th they are still holding me without my car , one excuse after another , tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow, I just about had it. I'll wait till tomorrow to see what's their decision or I'll take this matter to the next level .diplomacy can only be hold for so long.

He communicated with me on what fixes were required with my vehicle. He even helped me with a courtesy vehicle during the fix. Ralph, our sales rep, was excellent. He took the time to get the car and deal my wife was looking for. Finance was horrible. We waited for a very long time because they were having problems with the state license registration system. We finally got in and were pressured for different packages and playing with the interest rates, we should have secured financing ahead of time. Being our finance rep, Shaw, was unable to process the registration transfer, he gave us a temp tag and said we'd get the paper registration in 2-3 days and could put our plate back on. Registration didnt come in and we realized the dealer still had the plate, not a biggie. My wife called Shaw several times, he was always with a customer. She left a message last Thurs, I called Sat and left a message, called again this Wed and left a message, called the Finance manager yesterday, still no call back. Our insurance company called and said the transfer was not processed in the DMV system and so they had to get supervisor approval to keep the insurance current. I called and left a message for the GM, Mr. O'Niell, we'll see if anyone calls back today. Incredibly poor after the sale support from finance tarnished an otherwise decent experience.

I brought my jeep patriot in for service when a humming noise started while driving over 40 mph. I was called after my car was checked out and notified that both rear wheel bearings needed to be replaced. The estimated cost quoted to me was just over $1100. Not having the money at that moment, I decided to not have the work done and pick up my vehicle. I went to a different local mechanic and they also checked out my vehicle. After evaluating the car, they determined it was only one wheel bearing that needed to be replaced, not both of them. The cost of replacing the one rear wheel bearing, parts and labor, was only $350. I am absolutely not opposed to paying for the care and maintenance of my vehicle, but such a disparaging difference between what I was told at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge, versus the other mechanic is incredibly disheartening. Not only were they overpriced, they were dishonest in saying that both of them needed to be replaced.

This dealership is a joke! It s the second and the last time that I will have my Jeep here. It took 3 1/2 hours for an oil change & tire rotation after being told it would be two hours even though I had an appointment. The service rep texted me 45 min after I got there and said if I needed anything I could call or text at any time but never responded to any messages. When I left the dealership the speakers in my Jeep no longer worked they had messed with the fuses. I recommend going to any dealership but this one!! These are just the major issues I had.

My family and I went to all the dealership in Brandon and couldn't help us out. Even their salesman was horrible until we stop at Chrysler jeep dodge. We meet with Albert who understands our needs as well as taking the time to show us all options with the cars. Fabio work with us and Put use at ease with the finances. Jim was also great and also break down all finances and educate my family how it works. They are the best with customer service and educate the customer. Thank you all.

Worst service department ever.

Had an appointment for 12:45 PM for check engine light (second time). Arrived at 12:20 Sevice Manager tells me they are booked and can not tell me when will be done if at all that same day. When I booked my service appointment I was asked if I was going to wait and I said yes. So waste of time and money driving to and from the dealer because at the end, they didn't know when they could take my car for service and offer to reschedule, why take appointment then?. Reschedule for what ? They do not honor previous appointment schedules and customers time does not means squat to any service member. 7 out 10 times i go to this place for service is some issue. And the wait times are insane. So if are forced to take your car here and wait good luck to you. Else stay away. Will not buy any more Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep in the future since the service is horrendous. The nearest Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealer for me is 40 minutes away.

No return calls. Told by advisor an appt was not nec for oil change. Instructed to use their "Express Service" and I'd be "in and out". Drove from Apollo Beach to Brandon. Waited several minutes to be approached. Then told "Express" would be approx 2 hrs! Spoke with disinterested manager. Terrible. As bad as Lakeland Chrysler. Wish I'd never purchased the Jeep solely because of dealership.

Chis was our sales person and was awesome. When it came to finance we got a good rate but somehow they lost our credit app and did not enter correct info. When it comes to service they don't have anything organized. I came in Friday for a tire and was told by Ramon it would be in Monday. .. Surprise like everything else here the follow through on the dealership is lacking. So once again you can beat them down on a price but don't expect anything to go right after the sale. You get what you pay for so I suggest to avoid this place.

Update: I called and left messages with the receptionist to have Robert contact me. He never did. I was going to brush everything off and forget about it but. ... Today I called to find out where my replacement plate is and find out it has not been ordered. I informed the sales person (Chris Chong) and finance guy (John Bulbul, who I'm told no longer works there) "I have a plate but it's too damaged from the wreck and will need a new one." Unfortunately this dealership is not worth going to avoid it at all coats.
Also be sure to double check your paperwork. .. I see I am charged tax on 5 tires but my renegade has only 4 tires plus the run flat kit. ...

Don't bother making an appointment for service her...

Don't bother making an appointment for service here. Got here for my appointment, which is for when they opened, and there's no less than a dozen cars here already. Finally got tired of waiting in the non-moving line and left. I'll go to Jiffy Lube. Every time I come to this service department its a ridiculously long wait for something as simple as an oil change. This was also after driving an hour to get there. Never again. I'll go to another dealership.

I have to admit I had a bad experience with this dealership under the previous GM s leadership. But Fred Noyes has created a totally different environment in this dealership. He is very customer centered and works to make a great experience. As long as Fred is the GM at this dealership, I will remain a customer.

My wife and I brought or 2014 Cherokee in for repairs. While we were waiting Thomas Murmon brought us a pamphlet about getting a new vehicle and having about the same note or less. We looked at each other and laughed like, yeah right. We figured we would give him a shot since we where waiting anyway. Thomas asked all the questions and got us into a new Cherokee Trailhawk. Rob kept us informed on what was going on With our jeep as we kept working a deal on the new one. In the end, we got a new Jeep Trailhawk for 6 dollars more a month. Thomas did a great job and the time with the finance lady was brief and painless. I am not real good with names but she was originally from Michigan also. Thanks To all For a job well done. We are happy campers. One thing I really did drive away with, was the feeling like no one else in the world as important as us being happy.

Had a wonderful experience with most of the staff. One sales manager was extremely rude but our salesman and the sales manager the following day were very pleasant to work with. Overall we would do business with them again as long as we never had to work with or hear from Joey the sales manager again.

I brought my Wrangler in for its first oil change and to get a recall completed. Rob Crawford took great care of me. I wanted to wait and he let me know the recall would take a while and gave me the choice of waiting or rescheduling the recall work. I was very appreciative he asked instead of just moving forward once the oil change was completed. Great service and a great first experience! I'll definitely be back to Courtesy for all the service work needed on my Wrangler.
