When I pulled into the EXPRESS lane I was greeted by an employee and told that my assigned service writer would be out shortly, well 25 min later no one came out so I finally asked and someone else was sent out. They did not start the oil change and tire rotation for 2.5 hours, so.....When I called to make the appt i was told it would not take more than an hour to an hour and a half. So they finally bring it back and their oil pumping device breaks, they tell me it will be quite a while before its fixed, so after waiting over three hours for a simple oil change I told them to just give me the damn jeep back and I would go somewhere else......Ridiculous !!!!!
