I took my vehicle in to have oil change and for them to also check out noise that kept coming from the front end of my car.They kept my vehicle over night to diagnose it then told us it would be over 1200 to repair,said that it needed tire rod n also wheel bearings.They said that they wouldn't charge us full amount if we let them do the work n paid 466.00 plus tax.We agreed n paid it.I thought the vehicle was fixed drove it home.A few days later I contacted the dealership bc vehicle waa making same noise took it back and they said they tightened a bar on the front end.Now I get my vehicle back the 2nd time and it's still not fixed.I then set a 3rd appt for the same exact reason and they told me there was nothing they could do to go get a 2nd opinion and bring it back.They also told me that I would have to pay again to have the vehicle rediagnosed.They never diagnosed it properly took $500.00 dollars from me now refusing to help me at all.I have all my paperwork available as well.

Wow, where do I start? David Wissler was my salesmen and I can say that this was probably the first time ever that my car shopping experience was what I always wished for. He took the time to really find for me the car that I needed and to make sure my must have Options were in it. David went above and beyond to make this deal happen but most of all his professionalism and the ethical and integrity behavior that he always displayed during all the process is what really made this experience unique. 5 stars to David, Todd and Olivia for providing such an amazing customer service!

It was great, the salesmen were very nice. I was a little disappointed with the time it took to get out of there. I discussed what I wanted and that we were trading in 2 cars, provided my VINs days before we arrived to shop. They knew what vehicles we were looking at and it still took about 7 hours. That was the only disappointing part of it all.

I received a offer of a 25 dollar gift card by email. It said if I came into the dealership and met with the sales manager I would receive the card. I was interested in trading in my 2014 Charger for a 2018, so I made the trip. Met with sales manager, had my car evaluated for a trade in and told them what I wanted. I went home and they sent me cars they found that were not what I wanted. I told them to order a car but never heard from them. I found out from another dealer yellow chargers were no longer being produced for 2018 so I could not get what I wanted. Courtesy never had the "courtesy" to even call or email me to tell me this.. I never received my 25 dollar gift card even though they continue to try and scam me by sending me more offers in the mail. In my opinion find another dealer. If this is the way they treat you when you are trying to buy a car, imagine how they treat you after you buy one. They made good sent 25 dollars

Great dealership! Went in to test drive and look at Challengers and was immediately approached by a salesman named Abdul Tamari. Very friendly and helpful from the start and answered any questions I had and took me out on the test drive right away. Ended up leaving the dealership with a 2018 Challenger R/T with the blacktop package. Loving it! If you're looking for a Dodge/Chrysler/RAM/Jeep product, definitely head in and ask for Abdul...He'll set you up with a great deal!

Worst car shopping experience EVER! They were the typical car salesman and used tactics most people despise. They completely ignored my wants and needs and tried pushing me into a $700, 5 year car payment that I was not comfortable with, which I expressed to them over and over again. They just wanted to make their quota. I think they were trying to take advantage of the fact that I was a young girl by myself, hoping I was stupid. One of the salesman had contacted me several times over the past few months about buying a new car. I finally told him I would check out the inventory when I stopped up for an oil change the other day. I NEVER said I was definitely going to trade in my car, I had only mentioned I had thought about it. I told him the current situation with my car and told him I did not want a brand new car, I wanted one a couple years old and did not want my payments to exceed $400. To make a long story short, they offered me a "deal" for a brand new car (which I didn't want) and were extremely pushy by saying "I think you should do it",etc. I had told the salesman that I needed to go home and think about it because it was more than I wanted to spend- if I were to even buy a car that day! He then sent his supervisor over to try to change my mind. They tried convincing me to go ahead with the $700 car payment that I didn't want because I could just re-finance it in a couple months. So I should re-finance my loan so you can sell a car?! Then I insisted I needed to go home and think about the purchase and the salesman had the nerve to tell me "but I spent all my time with you." Like I OWED him a sale! Moral of the story- I should have just walked out, rude or not! Will NOT go here when I am ready to purchase a new car!

The service department here will take you for a ride. Poor customer service, poor communication skills and when they are tired of dealing with you, they are conveniently always to busy to answer the phone or call you back. I've spent over 2 grand here for a lamp out light that's still on.

Bought a new 2013 Dodge Dart. Issues were discovered within a month that made the car dangerous to drive until fixed. They refused to fix or provide a rental. Switched to another dealership and issue was fixed with a software flash. Not helpful at all. Will never buy or service there again.

I just got a used 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee that my friend gave to me as a gift. I took it to this dealership s service department and ask for a complete diagnostic for the car. A week later, I brought my friend with me so that I can get an update on the car. When me and my friend went inside to get an update on the vehicle, we were greeted by the service department manager. As he was explaining all the things I need to get it done, I asked my friend what his opinion was. When my friend approached to talk to the service manager to get a better understanding, the service manager just looked at my friend and said You are not the owner. I need you to be quiet. When he had said that, I politely asked for a cash out and not to do any repairs. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS! Worst customer service experience!

Went to look at a 370 Z. Price on lot was $2,000 more than advertised online. Also, online vehicle was listed as a touring, when it was really a base model. Car has multiple large scratches on the hood and both doors, and major scratches on the interior. Car was over priced. Told dealer that I looked at a car at Dimmit that was 1 year newer, similar mileage, a touring, and no scratches for $25,000. They pretended to play with numbers, talk to the manager and all that, but came back with the internet price and unwilling to negotiate any further. Conclusion: Car was over priced, damaged, dealership unwilling to negotiate, which makes we wonder if their customer service would be "non-negotiable" as well. Most likely never visit this dealership again. Also, I noticed that cars in Tampa are about $3,000 more than in Pinellas County.

One of the worst experience I've had in over fifty years of purchasing vehicles. Went three times; each time the service was worse.

On third visit, I told them I was ready to buy. After waiting over an hour had to track down the salesman twice. He never gave me a status update and reason for the delay. During the visit I never received pricing or other information I requested. Never was offered anything to drink

Not wanting to waste anymore time, we left the dealership with the promise they would send the pricing same day. It's been ten days; no email, no contact from dealership. They lost the sale. I no going to Courtesy for maintenance!

Purchased my vehicle from another dealership. They were more professional, had pricing within 15 minutes and was able to complete the entire process in less than 90 minutes.

We bought the 2017 Grand Cherokee and a 2017 Dodge Challenger after months of searching from dealership to dealership and hearing the same speech over and over again, Ed truly gave us the best price and customer service around for the exact cars we wanted. Great customer service, price and quality what more could you ask for. We will definitely be coming back for our next car in the future.

I have purchased several cars from Courtesy group in the past which is why I was so shocked at the treatment I received when I recently tried to buy a used Mazda from them.

Most of the staff was nice but when the deal got to the 'let me get my manager to approve this' stage a very rude and arrogant man came over and made it sound like he was offended we had made an offer on the car. The offer was reasonable.. $1k off the asking price. We were willing to negotiate on that but you have to start somewhere. The manager said he'd rather 'Take his chances' on getting the sticker price on the car instead of dealing with us. We told him we'd go elsewhere.. he said fine. (!)

So we went elsewhere and bought the same car for a better price. (Vetrans Ford in Tampa) The car at courtesy? Still on the lot 30+ days later. Guess taking your chances doesn't always pan out.

I'll never buy another car from them.

The service staff is always very helpful and I never feel they are trying to sell me something I don't need. My current Dodge is nearly 10 years old with 100,000 miles and it looks and runs fantastic. Courtesy has been instrumental in keeping my vehicle in great shape.

I was charged over $1200 to get my Dodge fixed . Two weeks later our Dodge started cutting off in the middle of traffic. We just bought a new battery last year. We took it to advanced auto and the gentleman told us that our battery was fine but the person working on your car did not tighten the screws back and one side of the battery is completely loose. That was sheer negligence and could of caused myself, husband, or small children a major injury or worse

Virginia always lets me know what s going on before I have to lift a finger to call myself as well as being considerate of my schedule that I may need a loaner she always does her best to accommodate my requests. I've had good experiences, and bad with car dealerships or repair shops, and this was definitely in the top 3 experiences I've ever had. When I need another service or even trading in my vehicle, I'll be stopping here first as their customer service was top notch.

I was very skeptical about coming into a dealership due to very poor customer experience from my previous car. I can tell you that this time, it was the complete opposite. Corey Gray is an outstanding sales consultant. He listened to what i was interested, I didn t feel forced to do anything at any point, he provided me with any information I inquired about and overall, he wanted what was best for me. He has changed my opinion (of at least that dealership) that there are honest people, who want to help get you get into the car/truck that you want without making you feel that something isn t right. I never felt like I was being taking advantage of or that I was being pressured into a specific vehicle because of a price I was asking for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an overall great buying experience.

SERVICE Review: We brought our brand new Dodge in ...

SERVICE Review: We brought our brand new Dodge in for it's first service, with 4,000 miles on it, 7 days ago. We had an 8:00 am appointment to drop the car off for the day for an oil change, tire rotation, and dysfunctional seatbelt. I waited 45 minutes in line, in the vehicle, before they could even get to me to take my keys and my information. They had to order the seatbelt part so we expected to return again. The next day, I noticed the vehicle pulling to the right when going 70+ mph on the hwy. We called a few times during the week, leaving voicemails, and received no calls back until days later. We rescheduled for today, Saturday. We left the car at 9:30am and did not get it back until 3:00 pm. When we came to pick it up, they said the car was not pulling, that it was driven twice, and nothing was done to the vehicle. We agreed to continue driving it and see if we notice it getting worse, or notice it at all (since they said it wasn't happening). Annoyed over the loss of our vehicle for nearly an entire day for no reason, I drove home. On the drive home, I noticed that now my GPS/Radio/Climate screen has three lines of scratches dug into the screen all the way across. I called immediately and the response was "I can't imagine how they could have done that" and "there is no manager here today and I cannot order the part until a manager sees it". First of all, I can't imagine how they did it either, but I can assure them it was not us. And secondly, no manager there on a Saturday - the busiest day of the week? We will be returning to have them fix this extremely disappointing damage to the interior of the car and taking all future service issues to the Dodge dealership in Tampa. What a huge headache for no reason - we are very disappointed with our experiences at this location. Never again.

My experience at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was horrible, I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early only to wait for someone to come to check my car in after 20 minutes of waiting. As my car was being checked in by a lady wearing a juicy jacket (very unprofessional), I told them about the contract I had with the dealership because I had just purchased my Jeep about a year ago. The contract states that I have 5 time free tire rotation and oil change, every couple months, I have went in for a free oil change and tire rotation at different dealerships and this dealership would not honor what my contract stated. I was told I could only get the oil change and not my tire rotation, after fighting with the lady for 5 minutes I agreed to get my oil changed only. After 15 minutes they finally realized that I did indeed have free tire rotations and then decided to add it on which that was fine. For a service that was supposed to take up to an hour it took 2 and a half hours or maybe even 3 before I was even able to get my car back as I waited in the waiting room. After receiving my car I was told it was the girls first week which I didn t believe at all, as I got in my Jeep I came to find out that all my belongings were not where I left them in the glove box, also my tire key was not in the proper place. I also found that all my doors were unlocked, including my truck which was not open when I gave it to them either. This was the most horrible experience I ve ever had, I would have gave them a zero if it was possible.

Overall the experience overall fine, only complaint I have it it took way to long for a simple oil change (hour and a half). I purchased my car several months back so this is my first time coming bring it to the dealership. I don t know if this is the norm or if it was just an outlier.

I was told my car would be done 4 days ago but it s still there. I called today and was told paperwork needs to be completed. Absolutely ridiculous that it takes that long to fix something when it should only take a couple days.

Let me start by saying I love the Jeep Renegade I purchased. However the buying experience was HORRIBLE the salesman left me sitting for almost an hour while he went and showed someone else a vehicle, stating the finance person would come get in 5 mins. Then when I said I was leaving to my amazement the finance guy and the salesman show up as I am ready to walk out the door. Both of them extremely apologetic offering additional service on the vehicle, Which was not helping the situation an admission of guilt, in my opinion. So a month later I needed an additional form from the dealership, I called to no surprise I got the run around again from the finance department at this dealership. I had to get the General Sales Manager Antonino Gargiulo involved to get a response and get the form I needed. I will say speaking to this general sales manager ease my intense disappointment in the assistance I needed. But to little to late for me If your staff says they are going to do something they should follow through and do not leave your customers just sitting and hanging. If I could have given ZERO stars I would have.

After months of searching for the right vehicle I made an appointment to test and most likely buy a vehicle. Unfortunately after driving almost 2 hours to arrive for my appointment 30 minutes early they were signing the vehicle to someone else who did not have an appointment. I don't understand why they couldn't have at least given me a call when whoever decided to buy. What is the point in an appointment.
Manager said "tough luck, happens all the time. Hope to earn your business in the future"
Waste of almost 4 hours of my life for a very sorry excuse of a business.

I'm sure this won't affect their business but I suppose I'll share my thoughts.

Two weeks ago we purchased our 3rd vehicle in the last 3 years from Courtesy (Jeep Wrangler, Ram 1500 & now Chrysler 200.) Carl Johnson has been great to deal with on all 3 purchases. He is knowledgeable, patient and friendly. On this purchase we also appreciate the efforts by Antonino Gargiulo-Sales Manager in getting the numbers right for us. Also many thanks to Brandon Leiss, Sean and a couple other members of the Finance Team in putting together our financing. Everyone we have talked with around the dealership has been kind and courteous. When it comes time to buy our next we will come back and see Carl & the rest.

Our stay was really not that long of a stay, he found us a RAM truck 4X4 w/ Hemi fully loaded.
He was very personable, and knowledgeable about all aspects of his vehicles. We would send anyone to see him about a Chrysler product.

Chris Chong was our sales person and he was very friendly and did what he could to get us in and out of there as soon as possible. The finance manager was great! He took his time in finding us a great deal. We love our new car and we will certainly be going back to buy my Trackhawk! Haha! Overall I was pleased with our experience at this dealership. I'd recommend them to friends and family. We will be back for sure!

So, originally, they had actually talked me into writing a good review for them....(hence the response). So, don t believe the good reviews you read. They are Coerced. However, after looking back through all my paperwork. They charged me for thousands of dollars worth of optional things that they said they were throwing in .
Don t trust them. I will be going in tomorrow to try and have this straightened out. Just like every other dealership. Be careful. This was the WORST car buying experience I have ever had! The first car I was buying ended up having a recall and after being there all day, I couldn t buy it. Then I LITERALLY PURCHASED another vehicle and when I went to pick it up they told me they accidentally sold it to someone else!! Then, after doing all the paperwork over and over and over.....they offered to throw in some oil changes etc..which I now see I was charged $990 for 3 years of oil changes!! And an optional maintenance plan for $2100! After I said I didn t want anything extra. And a fabric protection plan which I was led to believe was included. Also....my old bank keeps calling me because the forgot to send the check to pay off my trade in.
To update: I went in today and they said the will refund the extras that they added on. I have to wait 8 weeks to see if that happens. I will update.

Horrible! Used to be Brandon Dodge Now Courtesy. Their name could not be further from the experience I had. First Ram 2500 $45K truck I bought here had a bad computer. Took them over a month to fix. Traded a week after I got the truck back for a 2011 Ram 2500 $50k again from Courtesy. We worked out the deal finally around 1030 pm. I took delivery. Two weeks later they had me come back to sign a new contract for a supposed $100 credit. They had my salesman give me the paper and I trusted him and signed it (stupid I know). I then received a call a week after that to bring in a check for another $6k! They changed all the numbers and added in another 6k down. Doug the sales manager said to the finance manager in front of me "I don't care what the customers financial problems are I want my F***ING money". I promised at that point to never buy from Courtesy again. I have now bought 5 Fords as a result of this. I still have my Ram and it is a great truck and should I need to buy another one I would travel to buy as this experience sticks with me and I will not forget. I really feel that Doug lacks class, tact and basic customer service skills much less treating people as people. I don't think a lot of this dealership after this experience and hope this helps you with your buying decision. Oh, and with Ram coming out with the new 1500 diesel I will be buying again soon. JUST NOT FROM COURTESY!!!

If you are deciding to buy a vehicle that is not already on the lot during a PANDEMIC! you will have to practice patience as COVID has effected EVERYTHING! I was initially working with another dealership and was getting close on settling for paying more than I wanted, I receive a call from Courtesy Chrysler Jeep. The salesman Jiovanni was able to beat the original deal i had In 10 minutes and was very nice and polite. When I called the other dealership to let them know that I had a new deal and was going with Courtesy the sales manager began dissing Courtesy and using scare tactics saying they were never going to honor the deal, that I was being lied to, and being rude in general and then willing to match the deal, that the other dealership wouldn t honor . Needless to say, I decided to go with Courtesy and am an owner of a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. There were some delays on vehicle delivery due to COVID and the Manger Joshua Scutt kept me informed every step of the way and made up for the wait. The negotiation and financing process was the easiest I ve experienced and left feeling great about my new purchase. I highly recommend purchasing from Courtesy. ASK FOR JIOVANNI!

I have trained so many people throughout those decades and glad to be the recipient of an obvious man who exceeds customer's expectations. Rob Crawford is a definite asset in that department. Took my Ram truck in for some warranty work the week of November 7th. It started out rough as there was no one there at 8 AM to help me. In fact, the one service attendant that did walk out decided to help the person that arrived after me. How does that happen. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I said something to one of the service employees and he said he was trying to find someone to help me. A few minutes later, Rob finally came out to help me and he was fantastic. I have no complaints wit him or the service. It appears the dealership may need to work on service employee staffing to help customers in a timely fashion.

Carl in Sales was easy to work with and we were able to make a fair deal. Everyone I had contact with was professional and nice. The only area I would rate lower if I could separate reviews is how long the transaction took, long wait times while Carl met with the sales manager re: trade in allowance and then the way too long process of being repeatedly offered all the add ons (maintenance plans, windshield treatment, upholstery treatment, extended warranty, on and on) that I had no interest in purchasing so had to decline several times.

Great experience, pleasure working with Tom Murman. I have been shopping now for months, and I'm sure a lot of people can relate to this, I came across so many unpleasant reps that it was frustrating. But here I was listened to, they got me the car I wanted, they showed they wanted my business, they showed respect and professionalism. If you want somebody experienced, that knows their stuff, and that shows respect to you as a person, look for Tom.

My mom had been discussing vehicles with one of the managers via email for about a week and upon arrival we were greeted and demonstrated excellent professionalism by the staff here. Lloyd Pilcher became our sales representative. He was very understanding and accommodating when trying to understand my wants and needs for my future vehicle. He was knowledgeable with the variations in model type and even accessories. Another staff member to be noted was Rafael (Carbello). He's another salesman and assisted with Lloyd during the end of our time here. Rafael was helpful and the overall welcoming of the staff will have my family and business again.

Be sure to read everything they have you sign. This one sneaks up on you.

As I looked thorough the reviews I only wondered why I didn't read about Brandon my sales guy He was so helpful polite and patient with me. I was dropping off my 2016 Crysler 300C for repair and while I walked around in waiting for service he approached me and asked if I had been helped, I told him I was just looking and he asked me what I drove etc and anyhow I told him I did want to get the Chrysler 300S in the future for that' the model I really liked, needless to say I drove off the lot with the car I told him I wanted the black one and he pulled it up so I can see it Be careful with Brandon you might just get exactly what you want before you ecpect it or even think you are ready, I didn't think I was ready but I Was talk about temptation at the right time, he did not skip a beat and nor did I. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEA...

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They told me they had a right hand drive jeep. I went there spoke with Joey he had all the paperwork even a vin number for the vehicle. He said it would be there is 1-2 days. Next day I could not get anyone to answer my calls on the final number to get my bank pre-approval letter. After numerous calls throughout the day, I finally went there. THERE WAS NO VEHICLE ! They made up excuses that maybe the dealership they were getting it from sold it. I said you have the vin so find the jeep. Oh I can't do that said a sales manager. I put down $200 to hold the car and since it was late in the day " they had to cut me a check the next day". Went back the next day at 3:30pm (after they never called) and still no check. The deposit was on 8/1/16 and as of today 8/4/16 I still don't have my deposit back on "THE NON-EXISTING VEHICLE"!!

I previously left a good review on Yelp, but I'm taking it back. I scheduled an appointment on 12/30/16 for rear brake pads; it was supposed to take about 3 hours and my appointment was for 8:20 am. I arrived at 8:15 and wasn't greeted until about 8:30. I told them that I had an appointment and explained what I needed. They couldn't give me an exact price but estimated about $230-$240. I got a ride back home and at about 12:30 pm, I started calling to check on status. They didn't get get back to me until about 1:15 pm and told me that they hadn't got to my car yet and they would call me and tell me what they were going to do and how much it would be. I told them that my ride was leaving so they said they could have their van pick me up. I was contacted around 2 pm and told that my car wouldn't be ready until about 4:00-4:30 pm (8 hours after drop off). At 4:20 they called and told me it was ready and I reminded them that I needed a ride. They said someone was being dropped off and I was next and the van driver would call me to get my address/directions. At 4:45 I hadn't heard from the van driver so I called the service dept again and they told me the same thing and said the driver should be at my place in a half hour. I told them to cancel that and I took an Uber instead for $9.29. When I got there, the van driver called saying he was on my driveway. I told him I had cancelled the request. When I went to get the car, there was an awkward silence and nobody said anything other than how much I owed. No apology or anything. When I got in my car and drove off, I realized that my car air freshener on my air vent was missing. Also, my brakes are super loud now. So... if I could give them zero stars I would, but unfortunately 1 is the lowest.
