I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP!

I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP!
I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! This dealership is unbelievable when it comes to customer service. I went into them today around 10am get my oil changed and was told that there was a 2 to 3 hour wait. And when I asked Adam a service writer if it would be better if I made an appointment he said no not really. An appointment only means that they write your vehicle on time but you still are behind anyone that was a walk in. Then when I was waiting to move my vehicle to park to speak with the head manager of service department Shay, my friend and I watched a van being loaded onto a tow truck and the tow truck driver rammed the van into the front of the trailer hard enough for my friend and I to hear it over the radio. I was then asked to move my car up by Brian another service writer and when I told him what we had saw the tow truck driver do he said "that's between the tow company and the customer"! I was like Wow this is how you treat your customers! I finally got to speak to Shay about my issues I was having with his department and mind you we have had this same problem with them before. When we spoke to him prior to today he asked us to give him another chance well today was their next chance and the blew it. I told him I will pay for my oil changes from now on. I gave him back his free oil change he gave us last time. I also told him what my problem was this time and was given the same excuse he did last time. And also told me that he just had a meeting this morning about appointments and well obviously his service writers didn't listen as usual. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to and that's saying a lot considering I'm originally from California!
