I had an appointment for an Express oil change which 1 hour & 45 minutes. The service counter staff said that I had to wait behind all walk-ins, despite having an appointment & confirming in advance that appointments trump walk-ins. They blamed their call center for making the appointment; however, it is their fault they did not honor what was already in place.

If you don't like your own system, change it, don't inconvenience & blame the customer. This is the 2nd bad service experience I have had out of 2 visits to this dealership. Saying sorry doesn't fix things, fix the problem so it doesn't continue to occur.
