I received a notice in the mail that my 2016 Jeep Wrangler had a recall. I made the appointment at this dealership and showed up on time. After initially being ignored in the service lane for 15 minutes, I went inside and spoke with Ricardo Mussenden. He promptly dropped what he was doing and attended to my needs. I worked at a dealership so I know how busy it can get. The way Ricardo took care of my situation made my prior frustration a distant memory... He called me the moment the vehicle was ready. I will be back for future service.
