Robert was my Service Advisor. He greeted me on time when I arrived. Explained to me everything that had to happen with my vehicle and was able to secure me a vehicle to be used since mine was going to be in the shop for several hours. Robert also contacted me promptly the next morning to advise my vehicle was ready. Upon my arrival he again greeted me and I was in and out in 10 mins.

I was out of town in Brandon. My dodge ram developed "the death wobble" in the steering. I took it to these guys, waited 45 minutes for help at the service desk & explained the problem. I left the truck. Three days later they called saying the needed to replace the entire steering assembly, everything at the mere cost of $5,500. Obviously the mechanic couldn't diagnose the cause of the problem so he thought he would play it safe & replace EVERYTHING. I drove the truck home the 600 plus miles not exceeding 65 mph ( very hard thing for me to do) and took the truck to my local, trusted mechanics. The repair & fix cost me $1300. $4200 less.
These guys are real pro's. I think their motto is CYA. May be expensive to consumer but you don't really need to be a mechanic, just a fitter. They also wanted me to pay them for the diagnosis. I refused as I had never agreed to pay that & it was never mentioned

I have been going to Courtesy since I bought my Jeep in 2008. I bring it to their service department specifically because of the great people that work there. In particular, Jamie is amazing! She explains what repairs need to be made thoroughly and even takes pictures to show what needs to be completed. She keeps me informed and in a timely manner. It's nice to have peace of mind when I go in. Thank you to the mechanics as well for always doing such a great job. Keep up the great work

After going to three different dealers I was a bit unhopeful if Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge could help me but after talking to my salesman Ryan Pigott, I was told that they are willing to work with me , my credit was bad because of a divorce two years ago and I needed some cash back for emergency purposes. Never have I been so surprised at how a dealership whole team works to satisfy their costumers. I was greatly satisfied with a great vehicle and a descent value given for my trade in. I plan on future business with this dealer great group of people.

We are new to Tampa, and I was leery of car dealer...

We are new to Tampa, and I was leery of car dealerships because I have been treated badly in the past. However, I needed a new key for my 2009 Journey and was prepared to have to shell out around $300 for a new key. At least that is what the old dealership told me. We went to see Ricardo, the Service Manager at Courtesy Dodge. He found out that the old dealership had not fulfilled a recall for the keys and ignition (like they told me they HAD done). He was able to re-do the recall and give us new keys that weren't falling apart and worked!!! all under the recall. That is an honest person! Quality in service comes from the leadership and trickles down, I can tell that Ricardo is a very good service manager and therefore his team is top notch. I will be coming here for any service needed on my car. Thanks Ricky!

Charlie went above and beyond helping me as a customer. I just retired from the military after 25 years. Being new to the area, he took the time to explain to me the suburbs of Tampa and what each city has to offer. His interpersonal skills allow him to understand customers and deliver top quality service - not a common trait in today's tech savvy nation. This is in addition to the team of professional coworkers in the service department who continue to work hard towards ensuring my Unlimited Sahara Jeep stays on the road and not in the garage.

Garbage. Will sit you down before even offering to let you see the vehicles, just to run your credit so they can prejudge on whether or not to waste their time with you. They will lie and say they are only pulling a soft pull on your credit, then you find out that they've put two hard inquiries on your credit. Absolute garbage. Don't try to have me call you either if you own this place. You had your opportunity to not be a terrible dealership, but you blew it. Do better.

Dishonest- I know salespeople are known to be dishonest. After sales kept lying to me I figured I shouldn't buy a car from this place. Too bad they lost a new car sale from me.

Edit: I came by for an oil change. After waiting a long time and watching other customers that arrived after me I explained that I would go somewhere else. This is twice! Bad sales team and bad service.

We recently purchased our 3rd vehicle (Jeep, Ram and now a Chrysler 200) from Courtesy. Carl Johnson has been great to deal with on all 3 purchases. He is knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We also appreciate the efforts by Antonino Gargiulo-Sales Manager, Brandon Leiss, Sean and a couple other members of the Finance Team in putting together our deal. Everyone we have talked with around the dealership has been kind and courteous. It may be a few years before we are in the market for another vehicle but I would recommend Courtesy if you are in the market for a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram.

I would like to speak about my service at Courtesy Chrysler. It was a difficult intermittent electrical problem on my Jeep Cherokee. Steven Peoples was my service advisor whom kept me informed during the process. It took the service tech awhile to locate the intermittent problem but the service and the end result was pleasing. I am looking forward to a good relationship with my first ownership of a Jeep Cherokee and service at Courtesy Chrysler.

Not happy at all. My green handled surgical steel lock blade knife was stolen from my open console dashboard compartment. I understand that you are not responsible for my belonging, but this doesn't give anyone the right to just take whatever they want. Also:. I was told they ckd the air pressure on all tires after they were rotated. This was obviously a lie as the pressure readings were all way off. I don't appreciate this kind of "service"

if you're looking for customer service with your service; look elsewhere. Poor communication skills, managing skills, and overall attitude of Eddie. Ricardo had me waiting 45 minutes before he even welcomed me, but he was more than willing to help someone that JUST pulled up.

Not my first instance with this kind of behavior. I was hoping it was a fluke, but it seems this is a full representation of what they offer for the local area.

I will drive out of my way just to head to Jerry Ulm Dodge. I suggest you do the same.

I just bought a 2013 Kia Sportage from here yesterday. I drove down from Gainesville to Brandon for my car. Had the BEST possible experience buying from this place. From the time I called and spoke to David Montes, who was superb with getting me the info on the vehicle I was looking for, to working with Shawn Travis, who went and test drove with me and helped out with my paperwork, wonderful and personable. He deserves a raise for the customer service he gave! And then closing with Jim O'Niel was delightful. Most people spend all day at the dealership when buying a car, I was there for about 3 hours, max. I've heard horror stories from everyone about going car shopping and I have to say that Courtesy Cars will be the dealership that I do business with from now on. I wholeheartedly recommend shopping here.

I was a bit dismayed at first to find that our previous finance manager Jim O'Neil retired. He was THE most knowledgeable and friendly guy in the dealership. but I must say that he trained his replacement admirably.

We bought the same vehicle in St. Pete for seven thousand less. The only difference was no back-up camera. Their vehicle will sell one day, or go to auction but when it comes down to volume dealer vs happy new car owner.... I had to go somewhere else to be happy. Adding extra costs and then increasing the financing term...?

2 stars because this a good/bad review and I can't give 2.5... and as we all know, one bad experience makes all the good go out the window. This is now the 2nd bad experience with service. I purchased my truck here in 14' and have since referred 3 people whom has purchased cars here. Frank Diaz and the sales team are great. A real pleasure to deal with.

The service department however could use some polishing. Working in service myself, situations that are allowed in their service department wouldn't fly in my field service office.

The first incident we had was one of the advisers (Chris whom I just found out is no longer there. Not surprised) belittling my wife when she took the truck in for service. Treating her like "A female in a truck dealership" I called the dealership and it went all the way up to the Director Shay whom called me back and was very polite and made us both feel better about the situation and the actions that "would be taken" to correct the issue. If those "actions" were ever put into motion, we'll never know.

Today my wife is being denied an oil change we already paid for. The last time I took my truck in for service I was sold an oil change package which consisted of 2 oil changes. Apparently (unbeknownst to me) these packages expire. She was told our package CONVENIENTLY just expired. I may have, who knows. Instead of the dealership making this right, they would rather lose a customer and take a bad review on Google. It's only $20 or $30 but it's principle at this point. I already paid for this in a package, I'm not paying for it again. Luckily, I drive by 2 other Dodge Chrysler dealers to get to this one. Over $20, we will not be back for service nor to buy more vehicles.

*****UPDATE*****
So my wife just called me and told me the Director Shay just came down and chewed out the adviser (Rob). I asked if that happened in front of her and she told me the adviser told her it happened. I can't think of anything more unprofessional than to relay to the customer you were just disciplined. Additionally, she told me the techs in the shop were having a great time playing with my on-board air management system and blowing my train horns. My truck was brought in for an oil change.... not for the techs to play with the accessories on my truck. My air pump switch was left on when my wife got the truck back. Lickily I have a safety switch installed to turn the pump off when max pressure has been reached so the tank didn't explode and hurt anyone. Lastly, my wife sends me a picture (see below) of my truck how it was returned to her. Paper mat still on the floor and the plastic seat cover wadded up still on my seat. I almost feel like I need to go through my truck to make sure none of my valuables are missing. Heads would ROLL if this happened in my service department.*****

We will NEVER come back to this place. What a joke of a service department.

It took them 2 days with another dealership calling them to try and get updates for me....when they finally did contact me the first thing was the guy jibin trying to get me to replace something that already had been replaced and to also get me to do a service before they even look at my Jeep's issue. They couldn't even tell me what they suspected was wrong.... horrible! I took my Jeep right out of there fast!

Even a month later im still receiving emails from them after i told them i wasn't interested anymore. All they do is send generic emails but dont actually read responses. Ronald did everything within his power to get an acceptable amount for our trade-in and was extremely patient while we made up our mind (we were incredibly indecisive) even though it was Christmas Eve. We never once felt rushed or pushed into buying a car. I would highly recommend Ronald and this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

If you are looking for good and honest people to help you purchase a car, without them trying to con you or look after themselves, Jeep Tampa is the place to go. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ralph Bramwell and Saby Peterson as our sale agents, along with Robert as our financial agent. My husband and I were struggling for three days looking for a car that would fit both of our needs financially and materialistically. We found the car we both finally desired at Jeep Tampa and worked with Ralph and Saby for a few hours to get what we needed. Let me assure you that it was my husband and I who were the negotiators that took up the amount of time, but Ralph and Saby went to deep lengths to give us what we needed and remained patient and kind as we kept pushing it further. Ralph literally went as far as he could go with this deal, even though it was already after hours and time for him to go home, so we could be satisfied with our purchase. I must say I am happy with my first ever brand new car and satisfied with my financial amount as well. I'd like to thank Jeep and their employees for helping us get the car we needed, while having great personalities, attitude, and honesty! Robert also worked with our financial papers after hours with a great attitude. Like I said, if you want people who genuinely care about your purchase, and not there end of the profit, come to see these guys. We thank you!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This dealership is a joke. I've always recommended this dealership to everyone I know, but I will never do that again. We brought our truck in to get the fuel filters changed and tires rotated and balanced. Worst mistake. They charged me $451.00 JUST to change the fuel filters. The filters themselves only cost $150 at the dealership, they charged me $300 for the service. That it self is outrageous. They never even called to ask if something that expensive was ok! Then they lied about rotating and balancing the tires. I got there the tires were at the same low pressure as when I brought the truck in. And the sensor was still going off. I got out and asked if it was done they lied and said yes. They proceeded to have me come around the side to fill the tires up with air, and that's where I realized they never even moved the tires. How do I know? Because only ONE had mud caked on it that I halfway scraped off and it was still in the SAME EXACT SPOT!! To top it all off nobody had answers for me. When I called to speak with a manager he responded with "I'll go talk to some people and figure out what's going on, and give you a call back either this afternoon or first thing tomorrow morning at the latest." Needless to say I didn't hear back from him. Have called multiple times and still unable to get in contact with him! This dealership seriously needs better customer service and better managers and mechanics!!!!!!

I purchased a synthetic oil change package for my 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 in June 2018. I noticed that the sticker in my truck said my next oil change was 5000 miles away. Synthetic oil change intervals on this truck are supposed to be 8000 miles. I also noticed that on the work order that I received they used 15W40 and when looking up the SKU, I realized it was regular cheap conventional oil. I called thinking this was a mistake, and my service writer told me that it was just the sticker that was wrong, and at that point I knew he was lying to me. After speaking with the Director of Service at the time, Shay, he promised me a full refund. Well today is August 9th 2018 and still no refund has been given to me. All I get is the runaround and I am out over $200 for the package that I bought. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Very respectably people and we enjoyed doing business with them. Our sales person Matthew was wonderful. They do what they can to get you into the vehicle you're looking at.
If I had to buy again I would definitely go back to Matthew.

We had the worse experience with this Brandon location we will never recommend any one to them.After 2 weeks with no papers in the mail from the bank we started to worry so any one would call mind you I have been at my job 15 yrs my credit score is little over 600 now my husband just started his own business 9 months ago and his credit score is little lower than mine so we knew his may have played a factor but they were 100 % guaranteed so they said asured us of that. They kepted asuring us how they never sent customers with keys and called back well 6 WEEKS LATER and in between that time i blew up there phone with calls with NO return calls back because my insurance company needed to know who was financing our truck! I had no idea. Weeks went by i kept calling till finally 5weeks came and they said they were sorry after 6 weeks But Chris who was our sales guy who we did talk to a couple times would say oh yes every thing is good your truck was finacied with so and so bank and would give us some bank name but was not true so not only did bring the truck back my car that I traded in that has been sitting there not paid for that has now late fees accured that iam responsible for that looks bad on me which i was not late before. We were mistreated very bad with my apologies at all what so ever. From that place. All we were given were my keys back!!!!!!!

My service advisor was Robert Crawford. Mr. Crawford takes care of his customers and exemplifies excellent great customer service. He is the reason that I take my vehicle to Dodge. Otherwise, I'd go elsewhere as I don't see or experience the same customer service with others at Dodge. It's sad that you as a paying customer is just a dollar sign to them. I've had exceptional customer service with Mr. Crawford, but extremely poor with others. The technicians claimed they performed an oil change, checked tire pressure, and topped off all fluids on my vehicle, when in reality, all they did was change my oil!!! Mr. Crawford took the vehicle back and got the service manager involved to ensure that all services were truly completed. Mr. Crawford, or no one else should have had to do that, but he did, and I really appreciate him for ensuring that people are honest with me at Dodge, as I don't trust them, and he ensured that my vehicle eas well taken care of. Kudos to Mr. Crawford and THANK YOU for a job well done.

By the way, I attempted to email and text the number that the service manager provided to me to report my issue, and SHE NEVER CALLED OR CONTACTED ME!!!! HOW SAD!!!

Service center service was awful, had to go there ...

Service center service was awful, had to go there 3 times to pickup car. Was told manager would call me in the morning, never called. Told on next trip that manager would call in morning, once again never called. Finally talked to manager who said she would test drive my car and call me back in 30 min, never called. Called back 3 times over the next 4 hours trying to get in touch with her. Left 2 messages. Finally talked to her and they would not note my concerns on the paperwork and said there was nothing wrong with the car. Had it for 6 days and would not provide a loaner vehicle.

Wonderful, quick and professional experience. I am a Graduate Student attending Auburn and needed an affordable automobile that would last me through grad school. The dealership and staff are awesome. We bought a used vehicle and it needed something fixed on it, they were more than happy to do it free of charge. Thomas and Tyler were our salesmen and were super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle . Customer service is number one for them and quality vehicles too. It did not matter if you were buying new or used we were treated so very nice.

I bought a 2009 Dodge ram with 44k miles on it, with in one month , the AC went out and the dealership covered u Dee warranty, cost them $1200 that Dodge charged them, here it is 5 years later and the AC vaporator goes out again and this time it's $1200 out of my pocket and the mechanics said it was NEVER changed the 1st time, Dodge making a habit of screwing people

I wish I could have the great experiences I'm reading on the reviews. I've come several times since moving to Tampa. Every visit except one was awful. I was either ignored or not even greeted in a welcoming manner a couple times. I made an appointment several days ahead on one visit. I arrived to confusion and a blame game. They didn't have my tire that was ordered ahead right in front of me. On another visit, I was sent to the lobby for hours after being told someone would speak with me. That never happened. I'm just over this place at this point. Next car will definitely be a Honda.
