My service advisor was Robert Crawford. Mr. Crawford takes care of his customers and exemplifies excellent great customer service. He is the reason that I take my vehicle to Dodge. Otherwise, I'd go elsewhere as I don't see or experience the same customer service with others at Dodge. It's sad that you as a paying customer is just a dollar sign to them. I've had exceptional customer service with Mr. Crawford, but extremely poor with others. The technicians claimed they performed an oil change, checked tire pressure, and topped off all fluids on my vehicle, when in reality, all they did was change my oil!!! Mr. Crawford took the vehicle back and got the service manager involved to ensure that all services were truly completed. Mr. Crawford, or no one else should have had to do that, but he did, and I really appreciate him for ensuring that people are honest with me at Dodge, as I don't trust them, and he ensured that my vehicle eas well taken care of. Kudos to Mr. Crawford and THANK YOU for a job well done.
By the way, I attempted to email and text the number that the service manager provided to me to report my issue, and SHE NEVER CALLED OR CONTACTED ME!!!! HOW SAD!!!
