Service department is bad. Had a service appointment at 9 am on Saturday to reprogram a key fob. Waited under the service awning for 15 minutes and no one came to car. So I pulled around and parked, walked to service desk to tell them all I need is a reprogram, for them to tell me I had to pull back in service line and wait. No, thanks won t be spending my time or money at Courtesy.
