Ralph, our sales rep, was excellent. He took the time to get the car and deal my wife was looking for. Finance was horrible. We waited for a very long time because they were having problems with the state license registration system. We finally got in and were pressured for different packages and playing with the interest rates, we should have secured financing ahead of time. Being our finance rep, Shaw, was unable to process the registration transfer, he gave us a temp tag and said we'd get the paper registration in 2-3 days and could put our plate back on. Registration didnt come in and we realized the dealer still had the plate, not a biggie. My wife called Shaw several times, he was always with a customer. She left a message last Thurs, I called Sat and left a message, called again this Wed and left a message, called the Finance manager yesterday, still no call back. Our insurance company called and said the transfer was not processed in the DMV system and so they had to get supervisor approval to keep the insurance current. I called and left a message for the GM, Mr. O'Niell, we'll see if anyone calls back today. Incredibly poor after the sale support from finance tarnished an otherwise decent experience.
