Absolutely nothing bad to say about our experience with Courtesy Chrysler! Although we did not buy a vehicle from this dealership, I would not hesitate to return in the future. Our sales representative, Gabby, was a delight to work with. Their pricing was very fair. We never felt pressured in any way. We highly recommend Courtesy Chrysler.

The only good thing about this place was my service representative Jami, she went the extra mile trying to help me with this bad experience, she kept me update with everything that needs to be done and I know for a fact that she did everything she could within her limitations, excellent person, a really good worker. I had a lot of issues with the Mopar extended warranty since day one. Even when I know it's out of the COURTESY CRYSLER control, I expected a better treatment for me as I bring my car here. I was with no car for 28 days and had to pay for one of the dealer's loaner car. Lack of management support to deal with the Mopar Warranty and only relying on what my rep and I could do. Between Mopar Warranty and poor dealer upper management support, I don't know who's the worst.

Great customer service! Ralph and Albert were excellent salesmen on finding EXACTLY what we wanted. I believe they did everything they could to make sure my boyfriend and I were satisfied with our purchases. Shaw the financial guy was "heaven sent" I believe he did EVERYTHING to get us a great rate with the banks to get us TWO new 2017 vehicles with great monthly payments! EXTEMELY happy with our 2 new purchases wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car. :)

The whole new car lease process took less than an hour end to end, and they even handled my lease return with pickup and delivery at my house. Chris C. with Internet Sales rocks, he is a pro.

The service department here was awesome. We previously lived in a foreign country and couldn t find a place to get warranty work done. While our car sat on a boat crossing the ocean back to the US, the warranty expired. Since we were under mileage and I had proof of shipment and customs clearance, Courtesy Dodge did a goodwill extension on our warranty and repaired the lock actuators on our Dodge Caravan ( although I think these parts should be recalled). They saved me the hassle of arguing with the warranty department. Courtesy Dodge realized our situation was out of our control and got us back in our van in 2 days!!!! My next car will be another Dodge for sure. Thank you Alex!

Brought my vehicle in for service and I noticed later on that my mic (for Bluetooth) that usually sits on my steering wheel in front of the meters, it was missing. There is a dust spot marking it's absence. I called and spoke to a rep who took my information and then was left on read, no one has tried to help resolve the issue. Now I can't speak using my vehicles Bluetooth.

And he let me know what financing was available even though I already thought I had the best available. I found this Toyota on the internet and got internet pricing. Though my time at the dealer seemed long at times, overall was an excellent experience. I'll recommend him to friends looking for a car !

I brought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service and also to look at a Compass or Renegade. I was there 6 1/2 hours but a couple of hours of that was the Service Dept looking for my keys that they misplaced! I had to drive home (in my new 2020 Jeep Cherokee to get the extra key). Meanwhile they found the one they lost while I was driving home. It was ridiculous. That being said, Blake Louviere, my sales professional, was awesome and I would recommend him highly. He's now trying to figure out how to get all of my downloaded music out of my old Jeep onto a thumb drive.

I got an offer to buy back my current car and wanted to see what they could do for me. I was very impressed with the staff and how they worked with me to give me the deal I wanted. Jean Paul was the salesmen I worked with and Jim O'Neil was my Finance Manager. They both cut to the chase and told me what was available and worked out a deal. I was very happy with the service and am currently enjoying my new 2014 Dodge Journey.

Update: Since last night I've spoken with the mark...

Update: Since last night I've spoken with the market director Ruben and he has apologized and advised the vehicle is repaired and being cleaned now. He also promised that the Service manager would call and make arrangements to have the vehicle delivered to me later today.

Since it took up until 11:30 am today to fix an issue with a fuse and the repeated brush offs from my original service advisor Steven, I will not be changing my rating. However, if what Ruben promised comes to pass, I'm willing to give them another chance in the future.

I will update this post again once I've gotten my vehicle back.

Worst service department in the Tampa area! My Jeep Compass is 3 years old and suddenly went into limp mode. Fortunately (or so I thought at the time). I was right by the dealer ship so I pulled right in. This was at 11 am. (They are open until 9pm). I called at 2:00pm to see if they had any updates. The girl who answered said my service advisor was with a customer at the moment and he didn't have any updates at the moment. No problem, I can check back in a few hours. So, at about 5pm I call and the same girl answers and says she is going to check with my advisor. She places me on hold and then transfers me to someone who is not my advisor and doesn't want to help me. The gentleman takes my cell number and says he will have my advisor call me back as soon as he is done helping the costumer he is working with.

1 hour later still no call back. I call again, same girl answers, puts me on hold, comes back says she doesn't know where my advisor is and asked if I could call back. At this point I'm very upset. I advisorher, I will not call back I need someone to find out what is going on and talk to me now. She advises me she can't leave her desk, but, she would see if someone could locate my advisor and bring him to the phone. She puts me on hold again and finally, my advisor steven answers. Says he text and left a voice mail 4 hours earlier that they wouldn't be able to look at it today.

I NEVER GOT A TEXT OR VOICE MAIL MESSAGE! Also, if that is so, why didn't the other people who answered the phone just say that.

On top of all of that you had 10 hours to look at the vehicle and you can't get it done. I'm not expecting it to be fix same day. But, you should be able to tell me what needs to be done. I can't even imagine how long it will take to fix, and of course I'm now at their mercy.

I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. Clearly, no one working there cares about you once you drive your car off the lot. If you ever need your vehicle serviced, I would advise you to go anywhere but here.

I like there was no pressure when I went to this dealership. Russell Larkey made the process very normal. Great knowledge of Wranglers. Carl did a great job when Russell was off. Worked out a good deal. Shawn Kelly (finance) had my paperwork ready to roll fast. In and out in 10 min. He is also looking out for our Military. All and all it was the best experience I've had at a dealership. I highly recommend.

After I posted a 2 star disappointing review, the GM followed up, they came to my home, picked up my car, left a loaner and returned it today GOOD AS NEW! I don t usually post reviews but it s sure nice to know they care about them at Courtesy Chrysler. Thank you Chad and team!

They can get the job done. But integrity seems questionable sometimes. Like when I'm told my rear diff is leaking, so when I got around to fixing that myself 6 months later, I carefully measured the amount of oil I took out and it was exactly the amount that was supposed to be in there.

Terrible sales people, bought a truck and started wondering why after 3 months of excuses I still didn't receive my hard tag. After 4 different employees tried to bully me into leaving with a truck they couldn't get to stop stalling and said it ran fine that I would have to leave it for a week with no rental offered. After 4 months of the worst vehicle buying experience I've ever dealt with the cherry on top was I found out when I went to purchase a house, Courtesy ran my credit 25 times and lowered my credit 200 points. All this with me only consenting to 2 hard inquiries. Then after receiving my truck the last time from the service department it had extremely loose steering. I bit the bullet and cut my losses and took my truck to a capable mechanic they said they did a hack job on my vehicle. Be forewarned and save yourself a lot of time and drawn out pain.

i was searching and searching for my dream car a 2006 Mitsubishi evolution. found it at this dealer, everyone help out sooo much to get me my dream car. i even bought a extended warranty for it. i left the dealer with tears of joyness because i finally had my dream car and they help me get it. 3 weeks later the timing belt snap and the extended warranty did not want to cover it because the vehicle had illegal mods even though we bought it as it was in the dealer and not changed a thing, so we fought and fought and they finally cover it. a month from that the headgasket went bad. and this were repairs done at a place that the warranty approved to take it to. they didn't want to cover the head gasket so we had to pay out of our pockets. the dealer offered us 500 so we took them to pay towars the bill. 3 months from there the engine goes.at this moment because of the repairs we got late on payments and did not have any choice but to give in the vehicle

The experience that my family and I had with Gabby G. was fantastic. She displayed great knowledge and was very professional. She went above and beyond our expectations. We bought two vehicles from her last year and walked away very satisfied. We were so satisfied that we brought one of our relatives to Gabby to purchase a vehicle and they walked away with the same satisfaction as we experienced. Service Department is not a good experience. We usually wait 30 minutes to be seen once we bring in vehicle for a scheduled repair. During the repair process no one ever calls to give you updates. We was told the vehicle was ready, stood at the desk 2 hours and overheard they lost the vehicle, found the vehicle but lost the key, all while thinking it was amusing until they noticed us leaned against the corner hearing it all. Guess what, the vehicle was still not operational after all of that. Our vehicle has been in for three weeks straight and we still don't know the status. And yes, we call and get the "we will call you back". Very frustrating. This is a Jeep we bought brand new in January 2019.

We had horid service for a routine oil change & tire rotation. 5 hours with an appointment with no apology. We had opted for an additional service (a $300 fuel filter change) which they hadn't even started at the five hour point & with that, we bailed. Had we not checked in several times, I can't imagine how much longer we had been made to wait. Each time we checked on itn were told it would be about 15 more minutes. We will never return.
12/17/17 UPDATE- After speaking with Andrew Dunton (General Manager) per his request from my original review, he connected me with Shay (Service Manager) after conveying the issues we had. Between the two, real efforts were made to find a mutually agreeable solution.

I interacted with Jeff and he is very nice and will go an extra mile to search the car you like and makes sure that its delivered at the promised time (even a bit early). only thing I didnt like is that around $400 were added after the final price was agreed as the vehicle was not available with them but was available with some other sister company.

Brandon from finance team was also very nice and provided all the information required.

He asked what we are looking for we both told him we are looking for a used pick up truck and gave him a price range and he shows us a Dodge Durango that's has the bells and whistles says jump in I'll drive you behind the shop we have trucks back there and drives around the back lot 3 times he keeps asking me if I like the Durango and I'm like yes but it's not what I want he stops jumps out looks at one truck says oh you don't want that one it has allot of miles comes back in drives me back to the front keeps asking me about the damn Durango I told him no I don't think so my husband was inside with our baby so I had to step inside he wasn't in the Durango with this salesman. So the guy insist for us to sit and try to fill out paper work I'm like no I just want to leave I didn't come here for a Durango my husband says she's done we leaving the salesman starts to raise his voice needless to say we left. If you didn't have trucks in our price range you could of at least politely say we don't have any at the moment but maybe we could work out something close to our price range or say can I get your number and leave you with my card if we get something that your specifically looking for I can contact you. But no he put me in a vehicle I didn't want and try to sell me the first vehicle he shows me that I don't want and he wants me to buy it I don't think so. I don't remember this salesman's name but he totally lacked customer skills! We went down the road to Ferman and received excellent customer service saw MULTIPLE TRUCKS I got to pick what I wanted without feeling haggled into something I didn't want.

Came in to test drive a 2017 Trailhawk they had on display with little intention on buying at that time since I really liked the Jeep I was currently driving. After reviewing the numbers and really liking everyone at Courtesy Jeep that I spoke with I pulled the trigger and could not be happier. Paul in sales was excellent and extremely knowledgable about the product with outstanding followup. Shaw in finance gave me everything I needed and made the whole process a breeze. I highly recommend this dealership when considering a Jeep or Dodge vehicle.

Went to service area to do a warranty claim on a new vehicle. The car technician explained they needed to keep the car as it was an engine and transmission problem. Dealer was not able to provide a "loaner" car as the OEM warranty does not cover car loaner while your vehicle is in service; eventually this was taken care of by the dealer. Picked up the car 4 days later and was left stranded on the highway with an engine light on and inoperable vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the nearest dealer; the error code on the computer was the same problem it was brought in the dealer to begin with - nothing was done.

After having spent two days dealing with the worst customer service at Bill Buck Chevrolet(Venice) and Regal Chevrolet (Lakeland), Joey Barbosa assured us that we had traveled too far, and that we needed to come see him. We arrived, and Joey showed us exactly what we wanted and got down to business. The car was full of gas (see my Regal Chevrolet review), the price matched and had all the options mentioned online (see my Bill Buck Chevrolet Review). Joey knew his vehicles and was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle (maintenance, complaints, additional options, etc). Professionalism is paramount and respect goes along way when you arrive at a dealer and how you treat the family. Joey set the bar high and has earned my business on the next vehicle I purchase. He fought for our numbers, gave us a great price for our trade in, and got us to where we wanted to be going out the door.

When it came the final paperwork, Shaw Ekeocha is the tip of spear. All of our paperwork was processed quickly and efficiently. The systems he has implemented to ensure you get the best rates is untouchable. Even with one of our children with us, he was accommodating and friendly. Although we pushed towards burning the midnight oil, Shaw got us done and complete in a timely fashion, exceeding my expectations as this isn't my first time buying a car.

These gentlemen set a tone that resonates and my family and I are extremely thankful for their efforts to bring what has been the most difficult and horrible car buying experience at Chevrolet Dealers, to the standard that all people should experience. Thank you Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, but most of all Thank you Joey and Shaw.

They called me to schedule an appointment to have my oil changed. When I arrived today, I was informed that they don't take appointments for oil changes and the wait was almost 2 hours. I went inside to see what was going on. I was told I had to go to the express desk. No one was at that desk. On the other side were 6 service advisors who had no customers in front of them. I waited almost 10 minutes before one of them finally came over to ask if I was being helped. Wow!

I've been dealing with the same rolling of a nut or bolt that has come loose in the passenger side rear door since I purchased the vehicle in Feb 2016. I've brought it in several times only to be told since they couldn't hear it that they wouldn't remove the door panel because it was too time consuming. Well I finally got them to look at it this past Friday, 6 Jan 17, only to be told it was a "loose bolt" in the door handle which caused the noise. I took off work three hours early to have the problem "fixed" only to hear the noise again on the drive home. Because it was so late in the afternoon, I was told they would not be able to look at it again that day and that I could drop the Jeep off on Saturday where I would have to wait for it again. This is the worst service department I've ever dealt with. It's honestly not worth the one start I had to give. Very disappointed.

I have been researching vehicles for almost a year and the Jeep Patriot was at the top of my list! I was lucky enough to spot a new arrival at the Courtesy Jeep dealership in Brandon, and they were nice enough to HOLD the little cutie until I could get there and do "the" test drive. RV was my sales contact and he was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. The whole staff was very professional and great to meet. It was definitely worth the hour drive! I started with Courtesy via the internet. Within an hour of sending a request I had some information back from Kenneth in the internet department. I gave him an out the door number I was looking for. He immediately came back with a price and asked about my trade. I gave him all the information as I had been at Jerry Ulm and had an offer for my trade. Kenneth came back with everything worked out and a number that I could not pass up. I am now driving my new 2014 Dodge Charger and love it. Through out the entire process everyone I cam in contact with was amazing. I never felt any pressure and was always surprised at how quick Ken responded, even on his days off. If you are looking for a new or used car and they have your not going to have a better experience or price then at Courtesy!!!

I had to make an Appt for 2 weeks out to get my Journey looked at(alignment was off and had recalls for it). Drop it off first thing in the am. Didint hear from anyone all day. I called late afternoon to see what was going on. Thats when they told me my car warrenty was up. So I go get my car after work when I had a ride and they charge me 114.68(without asking if I wanted to proceed with inspections) for them to hand me a paper letting me know whats wrong with it. I would have just picked up my car at lunch and had the repair done somewhere else. Its the holidays and I have 4 children to buy gifts for! Sorry for the rant but I dont feel that was fair!

David Montes and the entire team made the process smooth. I actually flew up from S. Florida for the good deal they were able to give me and all told, was able to spend less than an hour in the showroom. (That's a compliment!)

I had identified the car on the Courtesy Website and got a no BS quote for their best price within 24 hours. It blew away anyone else in the state.

It was worth the trip up to Tampa, and David was able to prep all the paperwork and get what he needed from me before I walked thru the door. Our new Jeep JL runs great and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had.

I wish I could give less then a 1 star review. Where do I start. I felt like I was discriminated against to start. I pulled in and the car that was behind me was addressed before mine. OK I didn't say anything here. Next I took a full day off and had a service appointment. I dropped my car off at 9AM and was not notified that my car had not even been looked at. I found this out by calling in myself at 4 PM and I was put on hold for 40 minutes. Called back in and the next service representative told me that my car had not been looked at. I asked for a loaner car and they stated they did not have any available and would call me if one became available. I just want to mention that I actually purchased my car there too. I feel racially profiled and provided with horrible service. Now I have to take a second day off and the dealership cant even put me in something for me to get from home to work. I will update this post if service changes for the better.

UPDATE:

Spoke with the director of the Service Department and he shared some things he is working on to fix the service issue at the organization. He did call me the next day after I complained about my treatment. He provided me with his business card for any other issues. The communication from him was a lot better then it was from others at the organization. A shuttle arrived at my home to take me back dealership to pick up my car and the processes on the inside was seamless.

The service department has horrible customer service. They kept our vehicle almost a week longer than what we were originally told. Then I could never get ahold of our rep. Now our vehicle is back at the dealership in less than 2 weeks for the same repairs that they failed to fix the first time.

Additional comments. We had to take our Jeep back for a third time for the same problem. When I called to speak to the GM or service manager, the receptionist refused to go and get them. She left me on hold for 15 minutes. When I called her back complaining about what she did, she hung up on me. I have had it with this dealership. Apparently the could care less about about customer service.

With all that being said, I will say our service representative David is the only one that has my respect.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I have had in 20 years. My wife and I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica and we could not be happier with our choice of dealership and vehicle. We worked with Carl Johnson (Sales) and Antonino Gargiulo (General Sales Manager), they went above and beyond to find us the best deal in the Tampa Bay area! The customer service was outstanding and all future vehicles for our family will be purchased here period!

I was looking at the Jeep Gladiator on the show room floor. No one asked me if I needed assistance. The only person that greeted me was the receptionist. I did speak with one salesman, they asked me to move because they needed to put another vehicle on the showroom floor. So the vechicle I wanted to purchase had to be removed from the showroom floor to put another vehicle on the showroom floor. Ummmmmmm no one ask me if I wanted to test drive or if I needed info on the Jeep. I guess I ll take my money elsewhere

Outstanding service by Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Ram Tampa....had a recall on my 2016 Jeep Renegade and our service advisor Anthony DeVincent was excellent. Had a day long job done in less than three hours. He even arranged a loaner so I wouldn t be inconvenienced. Anthony went above and beyond....told him I was only dealing with him going forward. I was told I was approved for financing thru Chrys...

I was told I was approved for financing thru Chrysler. I already had preapproved loan thru Capital One but was told I had to use Chrysler to get price I negotiated. Thought I closed on 10/31/19 but finance department kept requesting info on my old lease on my Infiniti QX70 which I provided then after 30 days finance department asked me to come back and turn my car in that I wasn't approved. I was forced to write a check on the spot or accept a 15% car loan my credit rating was 710 at the time.

I had an appointment for service with Brandon at 8:20am. Another gentleman took my information because Brandon was not expected till 9am.

I made it clear I had to be gone by 9:45 am. Brandon arrived at 9:30 am. I got my vehicle back at 10am.

All I had to do was get 1 new tire. 1 hour and 40 minutes. Disappointing!

Even though my credit was not great, my trade-in was poor, and my down payment was lackluster, he moved heaven and earth to get me a great deal on my Dodge Challenger.
