I went to Chrysler on 12/1/16 because I had a dead battery two days in a row. Chris Cantu was the servisor advisor I explained the problem with no appointment he taken the car in. I also asked if they had time to do a recall
For trans axle wire harness and a oil change.
He said no problem he can have it done.
He was a great employee friendly and very caring about fixing the problem. He arranged round trip transportation for me and called my bact by 2:30 saying my vehicle had been completed. Couldn' ask for better service or
a better experience at any other dealership.
