Started out helpful and friendly. I was not happy that they would not adjust price according to Blue book and should have stopped. Was extremely unhappy with the payment set up and the fact that I still have no information on how to know what is covered under the wrap around warranty that I purchased through the financial person. I even had to go up to the dealership (waited over 30 min to talk to Katie) , because my car broke down ( I had only had it for 30 days), she was very impersonally dismissive and made me feel as though my business was not worth her time. I still have no information on the vehicle purchase or in regards to my warranty. I would not recommend this dealership to a friend.
