My wife scheduled an appointment for last week Friday. We dropped the car off Thursday night. Had a hard time finding the drop off key box so we asked one of the salesman where it was. He helped us get the keys in the drop box and assured us he would let service know the car was there. My wife called after work on Friday after not hearing from them all day, they told her they didn't even know the car was there. Told us they would look at it on Saturday. Low and behold when she called Saturday they said they didn't have time to get to it until Monday. It's now Monday haven't heard a word from them so I called, got voicemail. This is not how customer service works. Very disappointed.
