My appointment wasn't showing up in the system, e...

My appointment wasn't showing up in the system, even though i had an email confirmation, so one of the other advisers handled my service. it was fast. He honored a service discount that was sent to my email. It was probably the easiest transaction I've ever had at the dealership. He took time to explain questions i had about my car services. I didn't feel rushed or like the system scheduling error meant i wouldn't be prioritized.
