Edit: the service of the dealership has greatly improved. The communication with the vehicle has actually become really great between texts, email, and phone. The shuttle service they offer to pick up your vehicle is beneficial as well. You can still expect long wait times for routines services.

I have used this dealership for routine service as well as trying to complete fundamental recall repairs to my Grand Cherokee. This is a terrible dealership. Even scheduling a head of time I have waited 2+ hours to get my oil changed. When you have a major service scheduled they won t give you a loaner vehicle unless your car is almost new (super low miles). Recently I tried to schedule a major recall repair that could have lead to a catastrophic failure. They wouldn t even attempt to schedule me sooner than 10 days later. Long story short: terrible service, long waits, high prices. Go to the Tampa dealership instead.
