I bought a brand new dodge journey in 2015 with an extended warranty and several free oil changes. Since then i have been bringing it to dodge to get any work done. Let me tell you, I am relieved my warranty and free oil changes are up beacuse i have never ONCE in 3 years had a customer service representitive call to update me. I have to call them. For instance i made an appointment for a check engine light and oil change today at 11:20am. I still had heard no news by 5:00pm. When i called the representitve told me they had done the oil change but no one had looked at my engine light yet. Then he proceeded to ask if i could leave it overnight. I said yes but i would need it back the dollowing afternoon. I was then informed that a service technician might not be availavle for a check engine light tomorrow and i would have to get my car on Monday. Are you kidding me!!?? This is not the first time this has happened in fact everytime this seems to happen i even requested when dropping it off to please keep me updated because in the past i do not reciece any communication for at a minimum of 5 hours. I would highly reccomend going ANYWHERE ELSE besides here.I will NEVER purchase a car here or recieve work done. Completely unprofessional and LACK of communication and consideration is blantely evident.
