Went in for an "Express" oil change, two hours lat...

Went in for an "Express" oil change, two hours later and my car still hasn't been started. An oil change, you have got to be kidding me. Very, very disappointing, I left without the service and will not be back. Wouldn't common "courtesy" be to let me know how long the wait would be when I come in?
