They were very thorough, especially when it came to explaining the different options you can add and to the financial aspect. I would only suggest that they check their detailing job of the vehicle itself when they are getting ready to hand it over.; I'm probably just a little picky but there were some spots left behind from the wash and the door trim should have been cleaned.
