Buying the Jeep was uneventful, which was great. However, the lack of follow-up on the part of their financing manager Doug, the lack of taking phone calls, or returning voice mails has left me with my head spinning. I'm into the 3rd week, post sale...and I've had to initiate, and press someone in another department to find out why they haven't processed any paperwork yet...only to find out that evidentially, there is missing paperwork now. And yet no one has initiated contact me or is returning calls. There is no other way to state this...Customer Service, Fail. Without question, my sale has some uniquness to it. But it certainly wasn't something out of the norm for you as a dealer. But the lack of any response, and more importantly the lack of the finance manager to initiate a call, and allowing this process to linger is uncalled for. Period.
