I just left there at 4 o clock from a 10am appointment! Jessica Dennis was my advisor and it was less than spectacular! I came there for a recall for the 2016 Nissan Altima, a light on for airbags, and key fob issue since the battery was More

Coral Springs Automall/Honda, I have been a custom...

Coral Springs Automall/Honda, I have been a customer for 20+ years and as of today, YOU ARE NOW 7 for 7!

With my current vehicle s lease ending this month I was initially concerned about how we would go about the process of leasing a new vehicle with the limitations that my health and treatment regimen have necessitated in light of Co-Vid.

Thanks to Nani, Madison, Alex, Mario and of course John I was able to complete 99% of the process from the comfort of home! Once we reached our agreed upon terms, I simply drove to the AutoMall, handed them the keys to my old car, signed the paperwork for the new vehicle, was given new registration, updated insurance paperwork and a quick review of the new cars extras that I was unfamiliar with and was on my way in under an hour! I don t know that it gets any easier than that!

Thank you, Coral Springs AutoMall for not only, once again, making me an extremely satisfied customer but also amending the process to make it as SAFE as possible!

I was just there this past weekend (12.16.12) and had great customer service! Im a first time buyer with zero credit and was able to get a brand new 2012 Honda Civic for a reasonable monthly payment and more than reasonable interest rate with no cosigner. Thank you so much Martin O'Rourke <---------My sales person! :)

My experience at the Coral Springs Auto Mall was perfect. Victor who helped me went above and beyond to help us and get the car I wanted specially being my first car he guided me through everything. I ended up leaving with a beautiful car and extremely thankful for all the amazing work he did. He is the best :)

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE, worst car buying experience I have EVER had. You would need a lawyer with you to uncover all the hidden fees they tag on to the sale price of your car but they try to tell you it's a "finance fee". I was there 5 hours and in hind sight should have just walked away and gone else where and definitely feel I paid way over the value of the car. Luckily I did go over all the fine print and knocked off $1,720 from what they wanted to charge me but I can really see how they take advantage of people that have no experience in car buying and end up paying for services they will never need or use. Shame on their manager Charles for allowing this. Never again and if you are reading this do yourself and favor and go elsewhere or as I said bring a lawyer.

I have been going here for about 2 years. Just recently felt like I got scammed to resurface rotors, when I really should of replaced. I get tierd of going on Google to find real answers. I feel like almost everyone in there is just a robot, with no emotions and really don't care about you. They probably don't know much and just care to meet a quote. This Is the last time I'm going here. If you want a place where they treat you better, I would suggest to go somewhere else

Terrible service. Waited for 10 minutes while the representative was on the phone, which is very rude. Didnt even acknowledge I was there until he was off the phone. Ended up leaving because Coral springs auto mall could not give me a similar SUV as a loaner. I have 2 kids with big carseats and I obviously have the Enclave to accommodate that. Wouldn't go there again for service.

Coral Springs Auto Mall is the best at customer service. Rosie took care of us and knew exactly what we needed. Guided us and made reasonable points to help us reach a decision. Extremely happy with our choice.

Im not the type of person to bad mouth a business, but this is wrong..We went to Coral Springs Auto Mall back in December to get my daughter a car..i explained that i need a safe and reliable car for my daughter and grandson. They assured me that the vehicle we picked was safe and reliable. No issues and has been put through a point check and it was good. They kept insisting it was a great car and that he wouldn't sell me a car that he wouldn't get for his own child. I understand that sales people will say anything for a sale, but when your repeatedly telling the sales person that you need a SAFE and RELIABLE car for you daughter and grandson and the car they provided is unsafe and unreliable car. That is just wrong and unethical.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT...IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A USED CAR DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO CORAL SPRING AUTO MALL!! THEY WILL SELL YOU A CAR AND CLAIM THAT IT IS A PERFECT CAR (CLAIMING IT WENT THROUGH A POINT CHECK). LESS THAN 3 MONTHS LATER AND LESS THAN 3000 MILES PUT ON THE VEHICLE AND THE TRANSMISSION IS BAD AMONG OTHER ISSUES. OVER $5000 NEEDED TO FIX. NOT TO MENTION OTHER ISSUES IN THE BEGINNING.

CORAL SPRINGS USED AUTO MALL IS THE WORST!!

My wife and I have leased 6 cars since 2008 till n...

My wife and I have leased 6 cars since 2008 till now from Coral Springs Nissan and Honda. This last deal we leased a 2016 Nissan Rogue. After we met with the finance manager Alvaro and signed all the paperwork we left and realized that we're missing some copies of the paperwork. Shame on us for not checking the envelope and trusting. That deal was on a Sunday, we called on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday left messages and no one called us back. I showed up on Thursday and was told by another finance manager Omar that paperwork was already filed at the office and they needed a day to retrieve copies from the office. I went back Friday and no one knew what I was talking about. I was told to speak with the GM Mike, I spoke to Mike and he had the worst attitude of all! Miserable SOB, he did one of my deals at Honda a few years before same attitude, he said he could not help me and to speak to the sales manager Alain, he seemed to want to help at first and gave me some hope asked me to give him till Saturday and when I went back he could not see me. I left, I called and finally spoke to Alvaro the finance manager and he was very unprofessional over the phone, honestly at that point i drove to the dealer and this time I was so upset, but I knew I had to keep my composure. I went back and just as before nothing came out of it. I have no paperwork. Fast forward 6 months and here we are today, as part of the whole mess I never realized that the registration they gave me was for my old trade in, I realized this because I renewed my insurance and when I took the car for the inspection the inspection shop told me I had the wrong registration. After doing some research and trying to print a new registration from the Florida motor vehicle website I found out that my new 2016 Nissan Rogue that we have leased for the last 6 months the plate that was transferred from the trade in and that we were charged over $300 for the plate transfer had never been done and it still shows under my old trade.

These people at Nissan are the worst I have ever dealt with. I don't understand how people like this can be representing a company. I would assume that the ownership does not know what is going on with their business, I would hate to think that they are ok with this behavior and how they business is managed.

I have a lease expiring in six months and you will never see me going back to coral springs Automall for anything I know it's just one deal but I rather take it elsewhere.

I am giving this post one star because I have to rate it otherwise I would give it none.

Buying a car from a dealership is a breeze most times, but it's the service end that tells the real story. I got my Juke serviced at this Coral Springs Dealership for the 1st time since moving from CT to FL. and boy am I impressed! Shai Brodny was my Service Advisor. She had serious attention to detail, and great follow through. When I initially got there she saw that I was somewhat lost and proactively stepped up to help me out. ...that speaks volumes to me. This operation is top notch! Thank you Shai!

I purchased a Lexus there paid cash. And in my contract I was promised a new windshield. So of course when I call to set up an appointment I m being given the run around and no one knows what to do or who I go to for the windshield. So I called Tania the so called VIP manager and when I got upset that no one was helping me about my windshield she had the nerve to tell me I needed an education and she hung up on me and when I texted her that I was going to tell her boss she texted me back to go ahead and tell her boss and yes I have the text message to prove it.

I went to get a car here .the guy Fibbo was not very helpful he had me waited 4 hours to get a car he wanted to sell me a 2015 honda hybrid new car i said no he did not want to show me anything else he never showed me any thing then he tell me that's the only car he can sell me the guy did not want to do any other deal with me. he pulled my credit. I don"t recommend this place i went to motor house and they were very helpful

I agree with Thomas' review below regarding the "Reconditioning Service Fee", which I believe is now referred to as an "accessory package". The floor manager explained the charges as follows: when they bring in used cars they are brought in to the service department and they have to replace brakes, rotors, etc. When I asked to see the service work performed on the car he stated "no, I won't show it to you". I am assuming because this work was never performed other than detailing the car. I found their floor manager, John, to be arrogant and condescending. We could not leave the dealership fast enough. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

What a bad trip this was. I was told to come on do...

What a bad trip this was. I was told to come on down to Coral Springs Auto Mall by my brother for Repair on my car.
I had an air condition problem. I had to leave my car there all day. When they called me back to tell me my car was fixed and ready for pick up I asked what the price of the repair bill was?
The man that I dealt with Tom Pasquarella, the service boss for Kia and Nissan was very evasive
( He would not tell me) He just told me to get there quick, because of the time. He wanted to close this out personally. When I got there I WAS FLOORED. MY BILL WAS ALMOST $600 DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!
I told him that was outrageous!!!!! He told me I should have taken it to someone else then.. He threaten to enforce a mechanics lean against the repairs.[ I paid them because I needed my car to get to work and for my family. My father was ongoing chemo treatment for cancer.
Well that was that. The next day the air conditioner blew warm air and nothing was resolved or fixed for the $ 600 dollars I spent for them to fix it. So I called to complain and was told to bring it down again. This time they told me $1,200 for repairs.
This was there solution, Tom had a salesmen escort me into the dealer ship and try to sell me
A NEW CAR, THAT IS WHAT THEY WANTED ME TO DO. To forget about my air problem and buy a new car. WOW What a con job this was- spend $1,800 dollars for repairs or $22,000 for a new car.
I was appalled at the low life con job he pulled on me and my parents.

I had the car fixed by some one else. Part cost less then $50 bucks repair about $75 more. The $1200 repair they had quoted me was REALLY ONLY a $125 dollar job.
OK FOLKS GET SMART DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE EVER,
As for my car drove it a few months more. Got a bonus at work. Bought a new car for $25,000
AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP OF COURSE............... They lost my $25,000 sale.
BIG LESSON HERE................ They got me for $600 dollars and not a penny more.
Instead of a new car when I was ready. I GLADLY spent my money at another dealership.
They should fire this guy but they wont his Wife is CEO of of one of the car dealerships Coral Springs Auto Mall owns. So he is protected. I also found out through a reliable source that Tom Pasquarella gets an additional bonus if he can get you to buy a "NEW" car from his dealership.
IF YOU NEED A NEW ONE OR NOT!!!!!!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS OR BUY A NEW CAR!!!!!!

We had an amazing experience. I came looking for a affordable car for my family and the service was excellent and as quick as possible. They even have a cute cafe area (with delicious icecream flavors). We didn't starve ourself while waiting. Definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Coral Springs Auto Mall is the best. If you go I strongly recommend that you ask to speak with Jimmy Rodriguez, he is the best! As we all known car buying can be a long and tedious process but at Coral Springs Auto Mall everybody is working as diligently, efficiently and swiftly as possible to make this long process move along with ease. I was in and out in no time. They even worked hard to find me the best deal possible. needless to say Coral Springs Auto Mall Is the best, you will not be disappointed.... and remember don't forget to ask for Jimmy!

DISCLAIMER ***This review is for their used car center - I cannot attest to any of the new car areas as that was not what I was there for.***

I honestly will not ever buy a car here. Let's start with first impressions - I drive in trying to figure out where to go for used cars and there is no signage except for two tiny little 9 " x 11 " cardboard signs out by the bushes that say "Used Car Parking Here" but it's in front of the Kia building so you would never know where you have to enter. Then as I exit my vehicle I see three sales people just loitering and smoking - one has a button down shirt with the buttons halfway undone looking like a character from Scarface only it's not 1983 anymore and this guy was no Tony Montana. Then once I got inside I inquired about a car listed on their website only to be told that it had been sent to auction that day. The salesperson tells me that they refresh their website every 24 hours and so he was very sorry but if I had checked the website the next day it wouldn't be on there anymore. Ok fine, so then I inquired about another car also listed on their website. He told me that the car had been sold the week before. Now wait a second...if you're following along he JUST 3 SECONDS BEFORE told me that the website was refreshed every 24 hours, did he not? Oh he did. So I called him out on that and he had the nerve to tell me to clear my cache. With that I walked out the door after muttering a few choice words. Another manager comes flying out after me and tells me he's very sorry and he wants to work with me to find a car. I told him I really don't want to work with anyone that insults my intelligence in that manner. The other salesperson comes out and apologizes and finally admits the car is still on their website and that of course it's another departments fault, etc. I don't care whose fault it is you don't insult my intelligence by telling me to clear my cache. So at that point, I already knew I wasn't buying anything from these bozos but I figured I'd play along and see what they could show me. I told them my exact budget and exactly what I was looking for (mid-size sedan, safe, for a first time driver, etc) and they dragged out from some recess of their garage this car that looked like it had been driven by Danny Glover during a chase scene in Lethal Weapon. I mean the number of dents and scratches were ridiculous. Plus it was filthy - hadn't been put through for detailing yet etc. I don't know how you show a potential client that car. I just had to laugh. Needless to say this isn't the dealership for me.

Horrific experience

Horrific experience
They turned the whole experience around with lies to cover up the fact that they are running a slimy operation.
Management and talia especially are horrible people

I am so angry at Coral Springs Automall right now!...

I am so angry at Coral Springs Automall right now! Almost a month ago, I bought a Mustang from them. During the course of the sale I was clear on the money's down and the payments that I could afford! I even put down more than I wanted to because I was told that was the only way to complete the sale. I drove the car off the lot that day, switched tag and insurance, signing papers from the bank that was to fund me, and thinking that it was a done deal! I even came back ro give them 6 months worth of bank statements, since I just got another job making more money. Still, I thought it was a done deal. Almost 3 weeks later, I received a message from AJ, in finance, telling me that the bank that I signed the papers with, would not fund me, and we needed to go with another bank. I also had to give them $500 more, or bring the car back! This isn't how you do business! Why was I allowed to drive the car off the lot, and drive it for almost 3 weeks if it wasn't a done deal? I don't have the extra $500, and I feel it was Coral Springs Automall's mistake, and THEY need to make good with me, the customer! They took all of the joy and pleasure of getting a new car from me! I am so disappointed!

I' m very dissapointed with my purchase here. I read the reviews here and they weren't very good but i decided to take my chances because i wanted to support my city businesses. So although i did receive a check to be used as a down payment from my last financing company, the check was to be used at dealerships outside of my city, so i decided to use my own down payment and went to the auto mall.

write a great review on the service that i'd received
However after actually driving the car to work the following morning, there were noises coming from the car and i couldnt figure out what it was, so i called my salesman Whit, who was so nice the night before and gave me his number to call if i had any problems. I told him the issue i had and ask if they would take a look at the car. He said, sure and he would talk to David and get back with me in the morning to let me know when i could bring the car in. It has now been 10 days and i have not not gotten a call back as yet. Meanwhile im driving a car with an unknown problem and haven't received any help after i walked out their door.
My son asked me to make an appointment for him to go over there to find himself a new car but how can i let my son purchase his car from this dealership after the treatment that i've received? I think not.

The service for the Honda service department is ho...

The service for the Honda service department is horrible. If that's not enough let me go into detail. I've been going there for "quick" service for 44k miles since 2013. The only reason why I kept going is because of the prepaid service plan I had. They literally take 2.5 hours to do an oil change. The TV in the waiting room is almost always on a painfully boring court show. The only advisor I came in contact with during the 3 years I went was Ralph, he's easy to talk to. The techs do a decent job, I've never had any real problems with any techs working on my car, I literally check the oil cap, oil levels, tires, rims, and body of the car before leaving. The flow of operation is my problem. I honestly can't wait to do my own work on my car, I guarantee that an LOF/RT in my backyard with a jack and stands will take me half of what it takes this dealership. I was out in less than an hour only once when I complained to the new manager that my car had been on the driveway for 40 mins and had not moved for service. He took the car and had it done in 20 minutes, proving it could be done... but only with the pressure of high management. I only complained that one time because I dont like making trouble for the techs, I realize its not entirely their fault. Plus you have a better change of reaching Pres. Obama than the GM, I think his name is Joe. The other incredibly fustrating thing they do is MOVE MY SEAT, and the car washes are a joke. I'm atleast thankful for the new quick vacuum service they do - I worked for AutoNation Chevy and they have been doing that complimentary service for the longest. Today was my last oil change there and to make my opinion of them better, a customer told me they crashed his mini van and had him there for hours. They really need to improve their time management because no one wants to dread the service light coming on... because half their day will now be spent at a dealership for an oil change.

I would give Coral Springs Auto Mall GMC less than 1 star if I could. I brought in my 2011 GMC Acadia for service because my AC was blowing hot on driver's side and normal on the passenger side. In addition, the driver's side window control (button that makes the windows go up and down) was working intermittently.

GMC Service Dept. charged me $150 to inspect the vehicle and assured me the fee would be credited to the repairs. Sounded fair. Everybody deserves to make money. After having my car for several hours they diagnosed the problem(s) and proceeded to hand me a $3000 bill with a laundry list of other issues they found; everything from break fluid, wipers, coolant service, fuel injection service, brakes, engine mount, etc.

I told them I just needed the AC fixed for now. They quoted me $501.91 for an AC Control Head. I Googled the part and found I could buy a brand new one from AC Delco for $131.00. I received it 2 days later and had it installed for $70 by a local car audio shop. SAVED $300. It took about 10 minutes if not less - NOT 2 HOURS time I was quoted). Unfortunately, it did not fix the AC issue I was having. My air was still blowing hot. So, I wasted $200 and found myself back on square one.

Frustrated, I Googled my issue and several YouTube videos pop up discussing the same hot/cold AC issue I was having. It turns out that the issue was not the AC control head but a part called the AC actuator. I drove back to Coral Springs Auto Mall /GMC and the same service guy said he had no idea as to why the mechanic recommended I replace a part that was not broken. He agreed that it was misdiagnosed. I was told by the mechanic that replacing the drivers side AC actuator was a BIG JOB that would require 2.5 hours labor. According to them, replacing the part required the entire dashboard to be pulled to gain access. I was quoted me $461.00 for parts and labor. However, I did a little research on Google and the total cost of the actuator from AC Delco was only $42.00 brand new.

The YouTube video showed you DO NOT have to remove the dash to get access to the driver's side AC actuator. Instead, there are 3 pins that hold a plastic cover just above the brake /gas peddle. They pop off very easy with pliers and there it is, the AC actuator. With 0% mechanical experience, I was able to change this part out in 10 minutes myself. 3 screws, 1 plug and I removed the part. My air is now blowing cold again and SAVED $419.00

In addition, I was quoted $299.04 for a driver's switch and $486.01 for a rear window regulator. Again, I purchase the window switch from AC Delco for $76.87 and had it installed for $40 at a garage by my work. All the windows now work perfectly. Did not need a rear window regulator to resolve my issue. SAVED $668.00

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO CORAL SPRINGS AUTO MALL. Based upon my experience, they simply cannot be trusted - NO INTEGRITY. We are a few months from getting a new car but they will never see my business. Just on these repairs alone, I saved roughly $1232.

If I could give them a 0 star I would be more happy they are the worst company ever. On top of them selling me a broken car it's been a fiasco with my Ford Mustang. I mean these people sold me a car that was broken. It started giving me issues the week after I bought this car. No one seems to care everytime they maintenance my car it seems like the car is worst. They charge an arm and a leg for service. AND TO MAKE IT WORSE U CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF ANYONR THEY JUST KEEP TRANSFERRING U EVERYWHERE. NOW my radiator is messed up and it hasn't even been a year since they changed it and my car does not drive. This was the worst car purchase. AND AS A COLLEGE STUDENT IT WAS MY FIRST CAR PURCHASE.

I bought a car there February 2017 I was very excited about getting a good car there when I bought the car there was a little damage to the front just above the front bumper I was assured that it will be fixed by Charlie a very professional and honest guy they took the car and fixed the damage as was promised by Charlie again a man of his word the only problem I wish it was Charlie who was performing the repair works because whoever did the actual repair did a HORRIBLE job withing the first week of the repairs my front bumper started to come loose right around the area where it was supposedly fix i took the car back to the dealer again I spoke to Charlie and showed him my problem again he put me in a rental for the day so they can fix the car in which they supposedly did I got my car back the same day around 8pm or just after 8 so it was already dark so I couldn't fully inspect what was done only to see the next morning that I was having the same problem my front bumper is coming loose in the same area that was said to be fixed....i am sick of going back and forth missing time from work and can't seem to get my car fixed properly....whoever is supposedly fixing my car is doing a HORRIBLE job it seems like they are just pushing it back in and saying it's fix as soon as I start driving and vibration from the bumps onthe roads it comes right back out ...im tired and frustrated of this whole situation im going to look to see if I will have to pay someelse to have my car truly fix properly ....but I must say Charlie is a very very good guy very helpful..........but I'm very DISAPPOINTED IN THE REPAIR works that have been done.....SO SHOP AROUND BEFORE YOU GO THERE AND IF U DO CHARLIE IS A GREAT PERSON TO DEAL WITH

Just bought a new car this weekend from JM Lexus. My husband and I are so happy we did not give our business to Coral Springs Auto Mall after we were blatantly lied to by the service folks at GMC earlier this year. What comes around goes around.

First i looked at the reviews, then i went into this place VERY skeptical . I dont know what you people are talking about because we went in with a budget , and bad credit. My previous car broke down and is not worth attempting to repair, Not only did the two Gentlemen who helped us help us find a car we could afford, with payments that where UNDER what we wanted to spend, they made everything happen fast. And THEN THEY APOLOGIZED it WASN'T FASTER!!! We left with a car, low payments, low APR, the finance officer ROCKED HOUSE at his job. We spent 8 hours at DRIVE TIME the day before and they tried to bait and switch us, then they tried to talk my wife into a crazy high apr and monthly payments WAY OVER what we wanted to spend, KNOWING FULL WELL that we couldnt afford it and it would get re-po'd just down the road. CORAL SPRINGS AUTOMALL (honda branch) was the way to go the whole time, Thanks again if you guys are reading this, my wife is STILL giddy 4 days later!!!

Today Andres Llanos called me up and invited me to the showroom again after I had previously had a difficult time finding the right car to renew my lease with . Together Andres, Donovan Gaubault, and Roy Trevino helped me test multiple cars and find the absolute PERFECT replacement for my current lease. I cannot say enough about how helpful they were! These guys went above and beyond to make sure I had a better experience and left with a smile on my face. I absolutely love my brand new 2015 Honda Accord Sport and I cannot wait to be driving it around! I will definitely be going back to see them again in three years for my FOURTH Honda, they were extremely professional while paying attention to my needs! Thanks guys for being awesome!

On 3 separate occasions I came in to get my running board fixed. 3 separate times I was charged 85 dollars. The owner said he apologized and would fix it. That was 10 months ago. He has yet to return a single form of communication. This place is by far the worst gmc dealership in south Florisa. Luckily this isn't a small town and there are plenty of others to choose from.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced when attempting to purchase a vehicle. We attempted to buy the vehicle online, as we always have, and not only were we misled with their "Coral Springs Auto Mall discount" as shown, but they proceeded to speak to us extremely rude when questioning the VERY clear sales price that is listed! Very unprofessional. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership.
