The manager Joseph lied to me about numbers over the phone and they wasted my time. Told him exact numbers and he replied no problem. When I couldn't get the numbers I wanted in person from the sales associate he wouldn't show his face or talk to me over the phone. Claimed he was super busy but I could literally hear the receptionist talking to him about a new customer who just walked in.

My family and I visited the dealer at the end of the month, when they have specials, so it was like a party kind of environment, balloons, drinks and snacks, it was kind of afterparty time do the place looked a bit messy. They have plenty of seating space, comfortable couches and chairs for the long wait, And some magazines to read while you wait.

Not happy with service department long wait and could not resolve my problem seemed to be very complicated because my car was from Canada I thought owning a Honda should not be a problem servicing it in Canada or the USA should not be a problem will think twice before buying or leasing another Honda

Bought a pre-owned car; they couldn't wait to get the deal done and get rid of me. If you need to call someone with an issue, they cannot be reached for one reason or another. I was promised $200 in Toyota money coupons and no one knew about it so I never got it. Still can't reach anybody. I asked for a second key for my wife and they made me a key without a transmitter which I could have bought at Ace hardware. Don't recommend this place but since most of the car dealers in Florida are awful, they just fit in with the crowd. When I tried to get my coupons no one knew where the salesman or the business manager were. Never go back. UPDATE: My husband tried calling for 2 days straight and got a run around and never got to speak with anyone so he had to drive down twice and STILL no resolution. If you're really concerned about customer service, you'll refund the money I had to spend on a workable second key and give me the coupons I was promised - $200 in "Toyota money".

Uneven experience with spotty service and downright damaging auto repair record. No one seems to be in charge and everyone claiming that someone else is responsible; which wouldn't be an issue, if the autobody repair was less of a threat to the cars they are charged with fixing. Overall,Folks here seem more concerned with their own performance ratings than with actual service to customers. Felt like a hot potato that no one wanted to hold onto...pleasant smiles all around , but little output and a massive headache for the unfortunate customer using the dealership on a warrantee.

Did not even address the reason I brought the car in for in the first place. Gave me a $4000 (!!!!) quote and never even looked at the concern I had initially.
Did not have it fixed, brought to another place to have the necessary work done.

We were there on Friday July 3 and purchased a pre-owned car. We arrived at 4 PM and did not leave there untiL around 9:30 PM. The service there is very VERY VERY VERY SLOW. A lot of employees in both the Honda pre- owned and Honda new car buildings were wearing mask only to cover their mouths, AND NOT THEIR NOSE. I asked the sales man to please cover his nose and he did and within minutes it was off. This is why Florida's COVID infected count is high. People don't care about others. If your thinking of buying car car there, BRING A LOT OF PATIENCE. We also didnt feel that the showrooms were very clean.

So I went to CS Honda after I got hit by a drunk driver and my car got totaled. The man helping us, Roy Trevino, seemed very helpful and nice. I picked out a car and because of the accident I was paying cash up front for the car, no financing. Well that didn't stop F&I from hounding us to run our credit to see if we qualified for financing. All we wanted to do is pay for the car, but the F&I manager kept asking my wife and I for our socials so he could run it. It took about 10 minutes of him trying to convince us that this is a normal part of a car sale before we blatantly refused to give it to him. We completed the paperwork for the car and waited for the car to be delivered. When it was finally delivered, it had a 1/4 tank of gas and I was told by Roy to come back another day to fill it up, the pump was "broken."

So fast forward a couple days and I get a survey in the mail from Honda. I filled it out very honestly, giving Roy high marks and giving F&I low marks. A couple days later, I get a call from Roy asking why I gave him low marks. I explained I didn't, I gave F&I low marks. He proceeded to tell me that no matter what, the full survey affects him and he just missed out on a $400 bonus because of my survey. I then asked what I can do to remedy the situation and Roy responded with it being too late now and I messed his rating up. His true colors of a stereotypical car salesman started to show. I felt bad for a couple days, but after thinking about our phone call, I got over it rather quickly.

About 2 weeks later I was in the area (30 minutes away from my home) of CS Honda and decided to call Roy to see if I could fill my tank up like promised. He answered his phone, hesitantly told me to come in and so I did. When I got there 5-10 minutes later, he was no where to be found. The staff told me he just left. So I spoke to a manager and he left for a few minutes, then came back and told me that the pump was broken and I would need to come back another time. Whatever, I didn't have time to argue.

About another week later I was in the area and decided to ring Roy up again to try and finally get the tank filled. He didn't answer 2 times I called him. So I just went to the dealership and beforehand I parked near pump to see if it was working. Not long after I arrived, a employee pulled up with an Accord and spent about 5 minutes at the pump with the nozzle in the car. I'm no genius, but to me that is about the time it takes to fill up a car.

So I go into the showroom, flag down a salesman and tell him my situation. He disappears for about 20 minutes (!) and comes back and tells me the pump is broken. I tell them I am not leaving without a full tank of gas and he goes and talks to a manager for 5 minutes, then comes back and tells me to go to a gas station and fill up, bring the receipt back and I will be reimbursed on the spot. So fine, I do it. I give the receipt to the salesman, he again disappears for 5 minutes and then comes back telling me they will have to mail me a check, they don't have access to any checks or petty cash.

At that point I basically flip my lid and walk over to the greaseball looking manager and start yelling. He proceeds to word for word tell me the exact same thing the salesman did and then go right back to focusing on his computer screen. At this point Roy had come in to the showroom and while seeing what was going on, takes a seat and sits there watching the whole debacle. I start raising my voice at the manager because, well, I was very angry. He then threatens to call the police to have me removed. I walk up to Roy, ask him why he is just sitting there letting this happen and he responds with me causing him to lose his rating and bonus. Filed a complaint with the front desk, got check about 2 weeks later.

3 months later I get a phone call from the general manager asking about my complaint. I go through the whole story with him, bit by bit and he then asks if I got the check. I tell him yes, and apparently that was enough good news for him.

Marcos the salesman was very caring and down to the point. He really did everything he could to get what I wanted. Why I don't give it a 5 star is the fact that his boss tried so hard to sell me a crappy KIA. But he pulled through. The guys and ladies were great to me. Marcos is the man he will take care of you. Marcos at the used KIA dealership. Let make this very clear Marcos is not the problem! Marcos is a great salesman!!!!!!!

I wish I could give zero star for this dealer. My girlfriend bought Nissan Altima 2015 from Coral Spring Nissan. She was talked into buying the warranty and and she changed her mind several days later. She went back to the dealer and canceled it on spot. Now a year later she still didn't get get a refund for the cancelled Warranty. Every time she call in, she got transfer around then hang up and nobody want to help her. If you buy at this dealer and when you have some problem, then they would play hide-and-seek with you all day long. My girlfriend will have to fly back from Boston to Florida and go to the dealership so someone will have to speak to her. Take this as a warning when you buy your car at this dealership, if anything happen to you later, they will never help you out.

Totally ripped off my friend who is a very trusting person. Makes me sick! Don't support crooks like this place (Kia).

Her lease had 1 year remaining, which was the equivalent to approx $5,500. Without explaining to her they had her pay off her lease (this part is fine) and purchase her car outright for an additional $11,000+ (this is the scam). Then they gave her $9,000 for her "trade in". So they actually had her pay an additional $2,000! Sounds confusing I know..that's exactly what they are hoping!

The only reason they are still in business after 35 years like they claim is because this is very confusing for most people. Luckily I have a degree in Mathematics, own several businesses and have partners who own several different dealerships.

Don't be fooled. I can't stand people being taken advantage of.

Horrible experience, I would NEVER buy any vehicle from this dealership anymore, bought a $50,000 GMC DENALI with so many problems the very next day , waited 4 hours in the lobby and no support, no one cared or concern, New car sales manager wanted to sell me a new Vehicle after I just bend backwards just a few days ago on my purchase, TERRIBLE . I have been coming here for service of my honda for 2 years always a problem. Never professional regardless of making an appointment or not your always waiting if you don't "know" anyone here you don't get attended to you'll wait for ever. I guess if your not driving a brand new car no one will attend to you.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT ever (in a million years)...

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT ever (in a million years) buy or lease a car from Coral Springs Automall. They treat their customers like absolute garbage. We were 3 time returning customers and when we had a problem with our lease, instead of solving it, they lied to us about the problem, the repair options, and put us in a Kia Motors America Optima Hybrid for WAY more money than we should be paying since they rolled over all the negative equity for fixing our old leased car. The list of lies is massive. I find out now, because they told us to come back after 6 months and they could get us into a different lease for less per month. That wasn't true either. So I go over to Rick Case Kia, and while they were super nice and helpful and willing to work with us, unfortunately, they couldn't undo all the damage done by Coral Springs Kia's lies and traps. Now, we are trapped in a lease we didn't want and for way more than we can afford. I tried to work this out with a manager, or even the president, but no one seems to want to return my calls, so I will be sure to warn all the other potential customers who might think about buying or leasing from them. #Kia #Lease #BadCustomerService #CarSalesmenLie

My husband and I went to Coral Springs Auto Mall to find a new car that would be good for our growing family. We were open to basically any make of car and were wondering what our best options were. Luis Candelario, at Honda, helped us immensely. He was great about letting us know our options and was not pushy at all. He was very patient and helpful with answering all our questions and concerns and was able to get us a great deal on a beautiful new car.

Service guys are ok. Sales is pushy and dishonest. Tried to convince me to break a lease to finance a car several model years older for no particular reason. It made no sense mathematically and they got annoyed when I asked for some time to run the numbers on my own, as if making a 10k plus purchase in a 5 minute timespan is a perfectly normal thing to do and I am the weird one for having hesitation on it.

Very satisfied with this dealer. Very long story I'll not share, but did my first purchase from them in 2007. Was happy with the car and service i purchased 2 more cars, 2010 and 2015. I still own all 3 and only get them serviced here. They have never pushed extra work and they always finish on time. If you are buying from them, ask for Mike Firestone.

I just recently leased my 5th Honda from Coral Springs. I can only say good things about the car and Coral Springs. I never met a pushy salesperson. In fact, I only do business with one salesman there. Buying or leasing a car is the most dreadful experience, but this person makes the experience painless. I never had a service problem. I've been very fortunate.

My husband Florentino R. had the worst experience with Nissan Coral Springs on 3/30/16 .. the sales man Luis and the manager already had shook hands on the deal and then came back saying that they were sorry but the car was already sold and try to push another car to my him.. my husband refused the offer and told them why they had done that and they got very upset because it was the end of the month and they did not meet their monthly quarter. Luis had the audacity to say to my husband not to go back there... THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORSE>> DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THEM.. THEY THIEVES!!!!!

For only being 18 and the first time I am financing a car, I had a great experience at Coral Springs Auto Mall! I feel so lucky to have gotten two great and very helpful employees! Evan Fleischman and Ron Corey made my first experience I had buying a car a great one! I never felt harassed, pushed, or used in any way when I was here.

I mean of course, you're going to a car dealership. I've heard many stories about dealerships and what they do. But when I came to the Honda dealership to look at a 2009 Honda Civic I saw online, it wasn't what I expected. But I had a few moments of doubt when they 'lost the car' and they started to talk to me about leasing. I didn't mind it much, it wasn't very forceful, but I ended up leaving a bit later and told Evan to call me if they found the car. Well, sure enough, about 30 minutes after I left, he gives me a call and tells me great news! Me and my boyfriend drove back to the dealership, test drove the car, and I put a deposit on the car. (At that time, the A/C wasn't working, but when I brought the car it was fully fixed!)

Even when it came time to finance the car, my experience was great. He understood that I wanted to keep my monthly payments as low as possible. He took no for an answer, and helped us find a great rate. I felt like everyone who was helping me understood that I am "new to the adult world" and helped me out in any way they could. If you find your self looking for a Honda, ask for Evan or Ron, they will get you where you need to be!

I purchased a 2014 Nissan Sentra about 10 months ago, i have been having problems with my new car, so much that i am contemplating a Lemon Law. I went over to the manager over there and explained to them the problem and they said that they could get me out of it if i could put more money down for another vehicle. My car is only 10 months old, 14,000 miles and they can't figure out the problem, right away they want more money, those people over there are a bunch of crooks, i suggest to anyone who is thinking about doing business with them to be careful, they will say yes to you on everything under the sun, once you leave with the car, your no good to them, be aware of these sales folks at Nissan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I must say I had a horrible experience with Coral Springs Automall. I went in to purchase my father a Certified GMC Terrain. They had the exact car and color he wanted. I've already driven it and didn't need the typical sales pitch. They had nothing but new people working the floor who were less experienced than me. We negotiated the price and moved to payment. The car was "Certified" but really wasn't unless you read the tiny fine print that said to be certified you needed to pay an additional $995. The car was missing a wheel cap, the car was missing floor mats which the sales person finally replaced. There was one major scratch they said they would take care of. Instead of taking care of it they gave my handicapped father a paint pen and sent him on his way. The next day the tire pressure gauge came on and there was a nail in the tire that was clearly there for some time. Another $30 to repair this. Finally on the first rain, the wipers were dry rotted and tore off when turned on scratching the windshield. They offered no assistance and simply said it's a used car and we won't do anything additional. Poor customer service from this place and I'd never shop there again.

Coral springs Honda dealership. I purchased this vehicle a few months ago and I did the online credit application thru Honda website to avoid multiple hits on my credit. Despite this, the financing advisor also ran my credit more than once " to shop for a better deal" even when I said not to do it.
First free service 5k miles later: Extremely busy on the weekends. Not sure weekdays. For service, the website shows opening@07:00am, but they open @9:00. I came Saturday at around 10:00 and they asked me for an appointment. I had called previously and they told me there was not need for appointment @ service. Service advisor recommended me to return next day very early. So I did! Showed up at 8:20 and I had 10 cars in front of me already! Just a few minutes later I had at least 20 behind me! But, the line was very well organized and service advisor was very polite and diligent. I'll update this review when I pick up the vehicle. It was my first free oil service for my mother's car
Update: Service advisor called me I had a nail on one of my tires. There's no such thing as free lunch, right? This supposed to be the first free oil change. Environmental disposal fee of 8.70 ( it was a patch!) Ended up with 50.00 for a " flat". That's the main reason I don't let my 70 y/o mother coming to the dealership for maintenance. Do the dealers put a lot of pressure on service advisors to make or they just make a few out of a commission? This car has 5k miles. You never know what's the latest tricks from companies to get your . Also, advisor mentioned they did an exterior car wash. No, it was not.. The flat tire was rear right tire...no.one even touched that tire as you can see dust on the rim from brake pads still fresh. How would you feel when someone takes 50 for free?
