Terrible service ever. I took my car over there for the body shop service, and that only bring me headache. They promise me the Van to be fixed in 2 days( it took 11 days!!). I had to keep calling over there, and they were super disorganized. Finally I had my car at last Friday. Today surprisingly I have a rental car charge in my credit card statement. I called over there and the guy who was in charge for all the paper works since the begin told me this it is not his department. Unbelievable. Let's see how this is going to end up.
I chose that place to fix my car because it was bought over there.
Very disappointed :(

purchasing sons first used car at the Kia branch. from the first emails asking about car and condition since being a used car very quick and clear responses. after feeling comfortable made the first phone call and started a dialogue with internet manager Pete (great guy above and beyond) made a appointment since i live a hour from this dealership to see if car was as nice as described. arrived car was out front. greeted by Pete and my sales man Miguel(thumbs up) car was in better shape than described and any imperfection was pointed out to me.no pressure they handed me the keys and sent me on my way for a test drive. I noticed a few minor issues and they sent the car immediately into the service department I was allowed to inspect the from bottom to top and every issue was taken care of , there cars even come with a included 2month or 2000 mile warranty for piece of mind on a used car. The car was well priced and the dealership head manager (no back and fourth, sat face to face and did a deal with a handshake, Old School) was still willing to deal and gave me a better price than expected. The only hick up was they had a busy busy weekend with lots of car sales and there was a wait for the finance dept. But with luxurious waiting area with free bbq and drinks they do all they can to make you comfortable.
I had prepared myself and my son for the typical car buying experience we all hear about and was prepared for battle.
the experience is one of the best in 40 years of car buying and being my sons first will make it the most memorable

Serviced my 2016 Kia Sorento at the Kia dealership. Good service and nice facility. While serving the car I walked around checking the vehicles in the inventory of Corel Springs Auto Mall.
After a few months went back to test drive a few cars and decided to buy a Honda CR-V . Very good experience. There was no pressure to buy, the salesman Mark was pleasant and well informed about the car that I was interested in.
No pressure sales, knowing the product and good follow up is always key to me making a decision to buy. I would recommend Corel Springs Auto Mall to anyone looking to buy new or a used certified vehicle.

Wasnt pleased when i brought my van for repair and they dented my van and then charged me 50% of repair to have it repaired. When i asked for them to check their video camera to prove they damaged my van mysteriously videos for the month was ereased.. HMM How convenient LOL

Friendly staff, plenty of parking and a decent amount of new vehicles to check out. I went in for an oil change by appointment. It took a better part of 2 hours. I hope that it can be done quicker the next time.

I'm glad I did not buy a car from here. They would not be clear with my questions about the price of the vehicle which was my main concern since I had a pre approval from another finance company. Kept pressuring me to run my credit. DO NOT LET THEM RUN YOUR CREDIT IN THE BEGINNING IF YOU HAVE NOT EVEN DECIDED ON A CAR OR PRICE. The answers I was being given did not make be feel comfortable so I said no and that's when the finance person got nasty with me telling me if I didn't want to get a car I should have told him so he wouldn't have wasted his time. Really? Beware.

I dont even know where to begin! the Sales person was very helpful at first but no call back to complete purchasing decided to go back in when I hit the door his first words "oh the car is sold" so clearly he knew I was waiting on him. He was then handling another client ask me to wait 30 mins in another sales person decided to help me then....he started to renew my confidence and experience talked me into a rogue since the eqinox fell through. We were doing ok (ish) until a "bigger manager" came in and said something to him and he said the car needed additional stuff and the purchase cant be completed. This now is after 6pm in the night i was back and form this dealership from 8.30am trying to keep everything one place since i only use them to service my current maxima.

When all is said and done i have no "upgrade and my credit was ran" and they said 1st thing next day and its next day and nothing. They are unprofessional, and disorganised.

The sales staff are mental bullies, they use scare tactics in order to convince a person to make a purchase.

I was there with my girlfriend and trying to purchase her lease. The sales person not only marked up the price on the car more than a thousand dollars than what the manufacture told us it would be, but then followed by saying that no other dealer would ever sell her a car, when they themselves were trying to get her to buy at 23.9 percent interest. Basically the state max.
So a ten thousand dollar car will cost her 20 thousand after five years.
These guys are crooks selling imported garbage to hard working people. Go to an American made dealer and buy US made for a reasonable price and deal.

Please, be aware it 8s outside onky, charge for inside, but still great offer. My favorite service associate is ROB. He listens and works well under pressure. Last week we purchased a used Toyota Prius from Timothy Mills at Coral Springs Honda. He was very good in working with us and we were pleased with the sale. The problem came when we went to get insurance for the car with their insurance guy at the desk in the sales office. Jorge told us he looked through every insurance company to find the cheapest deal for us and we went with his recommendation of Progressive. He told us to always call him before we do anything with Insurance from now on as he will always find the best price. The price was so high that after a couple of days I called around and found that GEICO was half the price for the exact same policy! So I was able to save $500 in a six month policy by switching to Geico. I would not trust their insurance person!!

I have had two terrible experiences with Coral Springs Auto. Firstly i made sure to tell them im just building my credit and started a job. I spent 6 hours two weeks ago...they ran my credit report 7 times and then tell me i have no credit they cant help me after test driving two cars. They incessantly call me all week...its unbelieve id get calls from their honda section, nissian section, kia section, buick section to a point id have to turn my phone off on work. Sat morning...yesterday, i finally answer the phone. I spoke to two reps from honda section and explained my situation again because i did not want to waste my time and energy.
While im waiting to hear back from them i got a call from kia rep John. So john convinces me he can work with me and told me the run down. When i get the office john tells me i can get a better deal with honda and walks me over there. The best service i got was clay joseph from honda who patiently worked with and Chris Hayek. The process was extremely long. Im there about 3 hours now. I start getting nervous about the hybrid technology and decided to head back to kia to make a final decision. When i get back Jack informs me that John is gone and he didnt give the approvals for the bank. The bank told me go ahead and secure insurance....in the middle of that they send back jack over to say they cant help me. After 5 exhausting hours i go home with no vehicle and no way to work on Monday. That was extremely unprofessional. I blame myself for giving them two tries.
Id also like to mention in 2 weeks time. The automall ran my credit over 11 times. ELEVEN

I gave them one star for their dealings prior to getting our money and the price and condition of the car, otherwise I would've given them none, even though that's not possible. We worked with Paul on an online vehicle as we did not live close to the dealership. Paul insured us that we could do everything through mail. etc. and have our vehicle quickly. He pushed our bank and us to wire the money so that he could get the vehicle on the truck that day. Wiring the money required a $15 fee from us, and time off work to deposit the money into the loan account. The bank wired them the money with the promise that it would be put on a truck and sent right to us as soon as the money was received. This was all being done b/c Paul said this was the quickest way to get it to us.

Well, the car was not put on the truck that day, or the next. Finally, on the third day, at 3pm, it was on the truck. This was a Saturday. So... call the insurance company to change the day they transfer our insurance from one vehicle to the other until Monday...plan our Sunday around getting the vehicle.

Nope. We get a call that the vehicle will be delivered on Monday and they will text us with a time frame. That Monday, we get a text that he car will be delivered at 5pm. 5pm rolls around, 6pm rolls around. Finally we get a text stating the car will be delivered at 1am Tuesday morning. Ummm... No!

Work it out for it to be delivered at 6:30am instead. Truck comes at 6:30am. No insurance on my old car at this point b/c we had changed it to switch on Monday. There's a NAIL in the tire of the car and it's going flat. Stuck with no car to drive to work and instead taking off work to get the tire fixed. Call Paul...."let me know what happens...." well, how about, since it's an AWD you give us money for four new tires b/c we both know if something happens to the patched tire four months down the road you're not going to do anything about it.

Get in the car, turn it on, it's 200 miles over what we signed off on in the paperwork and it's reading that it's durle for an oil change. Call Paul... "well it's been test driven." No Paul. We signed paperwork with the current reading of the odometer reading 3306 and it's now at 3502. Nobody should've been test driving the car, since it was being sold to us, or change the paperwork. That's probably where the nail came from and who is test driving a car 200 miles? .

Nothing was done for the flat tire and nail, the false odometer reading, or the delay in delivery causing us to miss work. Once Paul had his money and he new the papers were signed, he became completely unhelpful and could care less.

As I said, I gave it two stars b/c we were happy with the price of the vehicle and the condition was great. Although I do think that the stars for the condition should really go to the previous owner, not the dealership, bringing them to 1 star for price and dealings prior to getting our money.

I had an issue with an extended warranty that I purchased upon the inception of me lease 3 years ago. Jason Mink, the new GM immediately solved my issue with an alternative if we couldn t resolve it with the extended warranty company. Also need to give credit to Erik Dundov, service manager, for ensuring that my warranty was corrected with the warranty company and took care of my brake issue that I brought the car in for - even though it was only 2 days past the 3 year normal warranty. Thanks to Jason and Erik, I feel safe having my wife continue driving the car without any worries.

They usually accommodate me and stick to the less then an hour wait time. Massage chair is awesome in waiting room but they need more of them.

Sales staff won't negotiate. The sales department manager is rude and condescending. Advertised a really great internet price, then padded it nearly $3000 in options charges and fees. Sent the car I wanted to auction rather than negotiate with me, saying they would easily get their asking price at auction. They now have the vehicle back on the lot at $100 more than when I saw it 2 weeks ago.

Bathroom was disgusting, carpet was worn and dirty looking. Rather surprised they weren't more interested in selling me that CR-V... Looked like they could use that money!

I personally recommend Ninio. He helped me so much when i wasn't completely sure what I was looking for. He was patient with me and didn't pressure me into buying (which most do). he took the time to show me the pros and cons of each car that we test drove. Thank you so much ninio!!! you are the best!

I started my experience with Coral Springs Auto Mall last Wednesday. I am in the market for a new to me SUV. I have narrowed my search to GMC Acadia LT and was happy to see one on their site. After speaking to the sales guy (more than once) I talked to AJ in the finance dept. I explained - just as I had done to the sales person- that I was coming from Fort Myers area and had a day at disney planned on sat so I wanted to get everything in line for Sunday. The specific vehicle I was looking at was listed for $15700 and I told AJ that I was pre approved and would have my bank draft with me but I would like to see the price as close to $13000 as possible. He said that they obviously try to post a competitive price but being as it was so close to the end of the mp he would be happy to work with me and he was not going to loose a deal over a few thousand dollars. So I made it all happen I got my bank draft (for up to 20k) got the vin number to add to my insurance and arranged transportation from the other side of the state. I spoke to my original sales guy on Thursday and even called on sat to make sure the vehicle was still available. At that point we had ANOTHER conversation that all they had to do was show me the vehicle was in good shape and work with me on the price I would take it.When I arrived I test drove the vehicle and was ready to go over numbers. I then was given a cringe face by the sales person who helped me when I told him about my conversation with AJ. The sales guy then asked me about my interest rate I advised him it was at 2.25. Then he said sooo you want to discount the car 1/3...no I want you to work with me on the price like I was told you could and would. He then went to get AJ who proceeded to tell me the internet prices were final and because I drove so far they would take 200 off. I was sooo mad! There was one 12 miles from my house for that!!! I felt like AJ flat out lied to get me there. I left for lunch to feed my 2 year old I had to bring along for this o soo fun experience. I was assured by the sales guy that he had someone working on it and would call me. After lunch I still had not been called so I called the sales person back who told me they had juat sold it. Fine great I know that is the point of your business HOWEVER TELL ME you have someone in house willing to give you full price thats completely different thab giving me 2 stories just to get me to go all the way over there. Im very disappointed in there business practices.
I did get a phone call asking me to rate my experience I told her what happened and she assured me this is not how they do business (from the reviews they seem to say that ALOT) and that she would look into it and have someone call me and nothing so far.

I m a loyal Honda customer but after purchasing my daughter s car this weekend I am very disappointed. My daughter had a leased Honda Civic. We went in to lease another civic for her . After we were guaranteed, that the new civic had all the safety features we decided to buy instead. The next day we realized that the new car didn t have the blind spot sensors. Our salesman was unavailable so he put us on to a coworker. We wanted to upgrade to the EX model but our inquires were ignored. Beware once you buy a car from them, there is no more customer service even though you have been purchasing vehicles from them for the last twenty years. We are loyal but they are not!!

I bought a used 2012 pathfinder silver edition from there with 74k miles on October 25 and it has been nothing but a headache since I bought it.

It all started the night I brought the car home. I walked in to take a shower and take my girlfriend out in my new car (my motorcycle had been stolen the same week that s why I bought the car). I took a shower walked out to the car and turned the key to find no power to the car. Popped the hood battery cables were completely corroded away. (I should ve noticed that before buying) they towed it back to the dealer replaced the cables brought it back. Drove it two day and check engine light. Took it in to Honda and gave it to Brandon the service manager because he is the one who took the pathfinder in as a trade in. they said it need the computer updated for the throttle body and that the throttle body was dirty so they cleaned it and updated the computer. Got it back. Drove it two days and what do you know...check engine light. Brought it in to Nissan this time. they checked it out said the throttle body was dirty... hmmm but Honda cleaned it? Got the car back no light but car shakes and runs like junk. I ve tried contacting Brandon who no longer answers my calls and I ve left Dan Preznick (the sales manager of the used car dealer)4 voicemails and no one can ever tell me how to contact him or knows where he is. I would go in but I don t have time and can t ever get ahold of anyone to schedule a good time so I don t waste more of my time because I ve alredy missed 4 days of work dealing with this. I finally took it to a mechanic in boca and $600 later what do you know! Pictures of a filthy throttle body. A maxed out belt tensioner because the drive belt is so worn and dirty fuel injection system tires had never been balanced or rotated and they put new brake pads on warped rotors. They tried to sell me this car for 20k! I didn t pay that but that s what they tried pulling when I walked in hahah. I would never buy a car from this place again and regret buying this car every morning I get in it.

The worst experience ever at this dealer Coral Springs Nissan/Automall. Found a vehicle online and my husband and I made an appointment to view it. Sales Consultant Johann Parra was who we were paired with. We test drove and went inside to discuss our needs. Based on our numbers he immediately told us we wanted the wrong vehicle. Told us it s a numbers game and there is no way we could own it. Then if that wasn t insulting enough, he proceeded to look up my trade-in value of my car and tell me no dealer is going to buy our car for what we wanted even though we got an instant offer for it. He was scrolling online showing us prices of what our vehicles in a newer model would go for. He did not once try to recommend a vehicle that was more within our budget instead he was smug, arrogant, insulting and continued to belittle and shame us of what we couldn t afford. I DO NOT recommend JOHANN PARRA to buy from at all and furthermore I ve cancelled out ever buying from this dealer and will steer my friends and family far away!!

I drive up from Homestead FL because I trust there extensive knowledge on cars,truck and financing with the best banks. Which they have long time relation that I found out through another source prior when I was referred. They help me get the lowest interest and down payment. Also gave me what was worth for my trade in compared to others, I have had negative experience in the pass with other dealers, that s why I m going out of my way to share how amazing they are in every area. It was a pleasure , I just wish I had found you all sooner !

I went on Labor Day with my girlfriend to get her a new car as we were expecting our first baby and needed a child-friendly vehicle. Despite it being very busy we were quickly helped and given bottle water. Everyone was very friendly and we didn't feel pressured into a sale or the extended warranties that we passed on. After making the purchase, we cleaned out the old car and started to drive off our new Honda Fit. Our sales representative, Craig, flagged us down before we left. Apparently we had left about $20 in the old car that he had discovered. We both thought it was pretty cool of him to give it to us. After buying a car, I always struggle with whether I got a good deal or not. That kind of honesty really put our fears aside.

had the worst service experience i can ever think of, traded a car in December 2016. Was very happy with he car. The issue came accros 2 months later when Honda sales people and management did not submit my trade to be "grounded" which means i don't own the car anymore. Its been almost 3 months now since this took place and Honda at coral springs has not submitted any of the requested paper work for me to get $$ back that was charged from my previous lease because the car was not grounded. 2 MONTHS of my car payment that was charged is still up in the air. Not a good place for customer service. If i could give zero stars i would have. OH YEAH I've wasted multiple days of calling and verious hours of frustration. Don't go through the same thing I have Go to other dealers.

I purchased a used 2016 truck from coral springs auto mall it was the worse mistake of my life! The sales guy pushed me into a fake deal, after signing all the paper work I got shocked. The vehicle only came with one key, the vehicle had no floor mats which it showed in the online pictures. After saying something to the sales guy all he said was sorry. I contacted the management team next morning never got back to me. I tried again he said he would have the sales guy call me. During that whole period everyday I would get a phone call are you coming to purchase this 2016 truck which is already in my possession. Besides all the money I lost on this deal and the bad service I WOULD NEVER ADVISE SOMEONE TO PURCHASE FROM CORAL SPRINGS AUTOMALL.

Tried filling out the online pre-approval. Got a call like ten minutes after submitting, but then multiple people kept calling to see when i could come in. After telling them multiple times i couldnt make it in, i just wanted to know what i was pre-approved for, they didnt contact back until after a week had passed. Fortunately, i was able to get info on pre-approval through carmax the same day, and was kept in contact with them. So they're quick to contact you, but there was no communication between their people about who had already contacted me, and about what they contacted me for

Please be advised this is constructive notice and complaint regarding the purchase and Return of the above referenced vehicle:

This Vehicle was Returned to Dealer Due to Major Defects. This particular vehicle was purchased on 7/27/2018 and returned after taking delivery within three days due to Mechanical Failures and Previous- (Transmission problems)- Defective- aftermarket installed equipment.

The dealer was notified immediately of a breakdown after driving less than 20 miles away from the lot... Due to the hour of the morning, we were prompted to take it into a nearby specialist for repairs at our expense -California Custom Sport Truck-invoice #38126... The problem were addressed-Faulty Wheels, Parts Missing and uncontrollable Sway/ Vibrations /almost causing accidents.

However, there were deeper mechanical issues. We were then advised to bring the vehicle back to the dealer who made an appointment there at Coral Springs Auto Mall Honda. Once there, we were told they could not fix it. Then we were instructed to drive it over to the GMC location. Later we were told to take to the KIA service department??? (No one could fix it ) After speaking with the manager - Mr. Paul Borgese - a nice professional guy-we were told to drive the vehicle over to another dealership (ARRIGO JEEP) on Sawgrass

ARRIGO JEEP kept the vehicle for approximately 10 days but could not repair the problems due to unprofessional aftermarket parts and installation. (Causing transmission, defects)

Therefore, we decided to Return the vehicle Again to Coral Springs Auto Mall and Leave it for Good.
Vehicle was purchased because of the "Gold" 60 Day warranty and Full Manufacturer's Warranty ,Not "As Is". Their Warranty is almost worthless.

We have not received Three Hours of driving pleasure after the purchase
The vehicle was Not Inspected Properly, and was in fact sold to us with faulty Mechanical issues. Regardless of the warranty

In addition, the finance division charged $449.00 for Electronic Registration Filing fees, along with another $149.65 for Registration and filing fees again. In spite of the fact I informed them of our current renewed license plate for a two-year period. (They ordered a new plate regardless.) I also paid for full insurance $1,576, Missing Parts $74.73, Down Payment $5,000. ALL CASH Rental Car $786.50 out of pocket. Total Due $38,042.73 I was told they would transfer the plate within a few days. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case! I surrendered the plate to the DMV and found out This dealership Charged us at least four (4) times more than the official fees for transfer of tags/registration/etc

The vehicle has been returned to Coral Auto Mall Finance Department and is in the possession of the dealership for a total of approximately 44 days to date

Therefore, we requested a Full Refund of all monies paid in the acquisition of this vehicle.

The Vehicle almost caused an accident due to Transmission failure and uncontrollable steering vibrations.

Please Note: Sales Manager Mr. Dan Praznik refused to remedy this problem while still in possession of the vehicle,and Stated" we have to deal with the Bank Now!" He also stated that they would not refund or buy the vehicle back. Although the Vehicle was returned to their Finance department-Mr Richard Alphonzo- approximately 44 days ago to date.

The dealership filed the paperwork with TD Bank while knowing the vehicle was flawed and we had already returned it two days after taking delivery, get a GOOD LAWYER.

You would expect after buying a $43,000 car that you would get some decent service. There a bunch of yes men working up there. I would never buy another car from them ever. Too many inconsistencies with what they say and what they do. You ask them to check something and they tell you yes they did when they actually didn't. Very disappointed

I'm very unhappy with Nissan service department. I have a warranty on my car and whenever I complain about a issue on my car they can never find the problem.They seem to find everything wrong when I have to come out of pocket. I have been trying to talk to the manager for the last 3 days and no luck. I finally picked up my car after service and was missing a hubcap. I'm very displeased with there service and no one there seems to care and I will no longer go back there for service a waste of time.
