I purchased a car here about two weeks ago. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealer. I was anxious, but Al the salesman at GMC/ Buick who assisted me did an amazing job. He was very straightforward and honest. The entire buying/ sales process took no more than 2 hours. I was approved for financing and was an able to get the payments i wanted. The car i purchased did have an issue with the a.c. The service department assistant manager Luis was extremely helpful and also took very good care of me! Overall i am very satisfied with my experience and the two gentlemen who assisted me throughout this process definitely deserve the recognition. If your looking for a no nonsense straightforward salesman, ask for Al! Thanks again guys.

The price they have online is not the real price of the car. Two different websites had the car almost $2500 cheaper and when I go there they said that was not the price of the car and didn't honor the price online.

Have been coming here since I purchased my first si in 2009. Financed another one in 2017 and have seen some great improvements over the years. Troy was my original service go to guy when it came maintenance in 2017. I was there a few times and learned he had switched to another dealership. Went today and he was back. His customer service skills are A1,he s friendly and very attentive, you can tell he cares and wants to help you extend the life of your vehicle as long as possible . I don t know if there has been a recent change in management but having employees like Troy will help your business thrive. Thanks for the great experience!

Update: My wife and I go to dealership after waiting most of the day to get a call that Norris promised would come (which never happened) from the only person who could termimate the deal. New Manager tells us he will not change deal - I explain that my wife thought she was trading cars and that is the reason we wanted to do deal. He shows me a piece of paper that says "LEASE RETURN AFFIDAVIT" on top in huge letters and then in smaller print terms and conditions. I agree she signed the paperwork but it was explained differently by Johanna and not done in the back but after she was walking out the door after 6 hours of waiting. He says too bad the deal is signed - I ask who else I could speak to and he replies, " I am the decision maker and there is no else above him who will talk to me - although, if they did they would give me the same answer."
As one can see - there is a response to my review but when I called the number at 4:45 pm today no one answered and you could not leave a message because mailbox was full.

They had me come up there and had me wait for a couple of hours and told me I was pre approved and when got there it was a different story. They wanna give me what they want me to have not what I wanted. It was the worst experience because i took off work and I had a $1000 down payment. With the economy the way it is they should wanna get business but they for the rich not for the poor people or the less fortunate.

This dealership offers outstanding service and delivers a great product. As a first time car buyer I've considered tons of options and therefore visited many dealerships, none of which came close to Coral Springs Auto Mall's customer care. I leased a 2014 Honda Civic EX 2 months ago and I am in love. I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that the dealer fee included cargo mats, wheel locks, mud flaps and tinting for my new car. Sadly I have already had a flat tire , but, CSAM service department quickly replaced the tire and I was back on the road in no time. Honda has enthusiastic and respectful employees. I 100% recommend this place to all kinds of customers!

The sales associate (Derrick) was very nice and personable. Talked with us extensively while we waited for our paperwork to be processed. ONE WARNING TO ALL ABOUT THEIR PRICING: The reason their used cars are $2,000 - 2,200 less than other locations is a Reconditioning Service Fee of about $2,200 that is revealed to the buyer only after the negotiations are under way. It appears on the price sheet under the listing for the vehicle. I knew there would be a "catch" or "hook" somewhere on the price sheet and that's where I found it. It's a little deceptive of them to do this and it makes you to go to their location versus other car lots. Other than that, our buying experience was pretty good. I made a fair offer and didn't low-ball the price to a point where they would refuse the sale. The price for my trade-in and the price for the vehicle I purchased were right in line with KBB numbers. I would like to give them 3.5 stars but the additional half star is not an option on the rating system here. It was -1 star for the pricing deception.

Beware Hamas Auto wanted me to lie to Chase Bank to get a Loan for my sons car in my Name. When I did not and the loan failed thay are attempting to keep my sons deposit,even though he never signed a bailment statement. These people are under-handed . Called the Sales Manager several times,no response. I will call Chase finance on Monday to see if these are the type of business they want their name attached too. Ally finance also,plus consumer affairs of Florida. You HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!

I can not give a negative opinion at all, but I'm worried about the amount of negative comments it's awesome scary.

I want to buy a used car in CSAMLL but seeing all these negative comments scares me and even more so than the car I saw was through the website.

Also an employee of Coral Spring called me and informed me that the car I wanted had been sold. Then I proceed to call the premises and they inform me that even the car is available. Then I do not know who to believe.

Is the car available or not? The employees have different information, one says it is available and the other says no.

My brother traveled from Santo Domingo Dominican Republic to Miami FL just to buy that specific car and I need help.

Well, all auto dealers have their stores very clean and organized. This site gives you free coffee and popcorn as well as water while you wait.
The weekends especially on Saturdays are very busy and a simple oil change can take between 3 to 4 hours. Going early pays as they attend you first.

I had an appointment to service my car & two wonderful young men Walter Dupuy & ( Jose Saint-Vil VIP Manager )approached me & shared some information about upgrading my car. They showed me some numbers & I was in disbelief that they could make this work & that s when they introduced John Escovar to me & he offered me 0% interest rate & a deal like that I couldn t refuse. I was beyond excited . They weren t being aggressive towards me which I love as being a woman in the male dominant area, but they were very aggressive to put a deal together on paper. The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased a used 2012 civic. It took 6 hours on a friday night to finally find a car and get through all the paperwork. 20 minutes after I left I find the exact car I purchased on their website for $500 cheaper than they sold it to me for. And it gets worse. They attempted to sell it to me for $1,000 over what they listed it for. They were the most pushy sales people I have ever dealt with. I came in the next day to get my money back. They offered me a bunch of different deals but essentially held me hostage for 8 hours and I finally had to yell to get my money and trade in back. AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Go to another honda dealer. I went to Rick Case Honda and I was in and out in 2 hours and got a great deal. This place is a waste of your time and money, and more than likely youll get ripped off anyway.

No... I disagree with several factors of Coral Springs Auto Mall. I bought a car from them a few years ago, and got a really great deal. Turns out that deal may have been a little to good. They came and took there car back the next week with a tow truck leaving me stranded at my work place.

I have been coming for service at the Kia and have always recieved excellent customer service. From having a charging station readily available while I wait to providing food voucher when i had been there a long while. They do not push extra repairs and everything they do repair is necessary. ALEX IS THE EXAMPLE OF EXCELLENCE AND SERVICE TO OTHERS. I have always had a great experience.

My wife and I bought our 2nd vehicle from Coral Springs Honda (9/2014) and it will be our last.

Had issues with the remote entry and key. I brought the 2012 Pilot home to my wife before leaving town for a funeral. The next day I left and took my set of keys with me not knowing the key my wife had was a bad or wrong key. Pretty sure they gave us the wrong key. Anyway, my wife discovered the key she had did not work. This wasn't the problem (anyone can make an honest mistake). Another small issue was the battery was dead, so a bad battery was in the Pilot as well.

Anyway...The real problem was the service to get this rectified. We started off good when salesman who sold us the Pilot came to our home (late morning now) with a new battery, but then he discovered he could not get into the Pilot using the key my wife had. The tow truck was ordered and was suppose to be there within 45 minutes to take the Pilot back to the dealership to cut and program a new key. Since we had the extended warranty, we wanted the free loaner car so my wife could get her scheduled appointments and errands out of the way. Well, the loaner car never materialized. We called them 2-3 times or more (they were not returning calls) and was not able to get any answers when we got someone on the phone. Couldn't seem to get a hold of the salesman who came to our home either. No loaner car was ever offered. It was like 3 hours later the tow truck showed (my wife stranded at home still). The tow truck driver brought some special key to open the Pilot. My wife was asked to and had to help push the Honda out of the driveway (unbelievable!!!) We did finally hear from a manager (hours later) and we expressed our dislike for how things were handled. By the time they corrected the issue and brought the Pilot back it was going on 7 hours and appointments my wife had were cancelled and nothing got done.

We bought a Pilot there before a few years back and the service was much better. This experience the 2nd time around cost them a customer.

HEY, CORAL SPRINGS HONDA, JUST SO YOU KNOW....A LOANER CAR WOULD OF BEEN NICE!!! WE SPENT OVER $25K AND THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE. AMAZING.

Oh, and here's a tip...OFFER (key word here is offer) TO BRING YOUR CUSTOMERS A LOANER CAR WHEN THE SITUATION CALLS FOR ONE.

On June 26, 2017, my partner & I went to Nissan at Coral Springs auto mall, his vehicle wasn't working so we wanted to know our options. While walking to the door a sales agent named Adam approached us & we briefly explained our situation to him. He was so patient and kind we sat down & he listened & answered all our questions, even though it was alot. He got us exactly what we needed. We left that day with a brand new 2017 Nissan sentra that we love so much. We owe it all to God for working it out,& that amazing sales person Adam, who went beyond what was expected. After purchasing the car he even checked on us. Thanks to Adam I will definitely be going back to Nissan. Thanks so much. I love Nissan

John Alcorn sales floor manager was a complete jack ass! And Steve from the service department is an idiot ! Never going back unless it is to return their crappy car. Nissan gal took 1:30 hour to confirm that car is washed and ready to drive. Where honda people were not ready to negotiate MSRP price. My car experience was "ok", be sure that you check their advertised pricing on their website because the sales people try to get bigger commission. My sales person was trying to sell a car $700 OVER their advertised price. I showed them on my phone and during the buying process the guy practically called me a liar when he was trying to tell me escalated prices on how much parts/repairs would be for a car and to shut him up I told him that my father is a mechanic and does it for a living. If I had to rate the car buying experience... it would be only one star.

After buying my beautiful Nissan Versa with extended warrantee and the "146 point inspection." I noticed they missed the MOST basic thing.. the rear wiper. Frustrated I drove back to the dealer expecting the same sh*tty customer service and was shocked to meet Daniel Solorzano who made me happy and exceeded my expectations. My regular advisor is Hector, and to me... was just a lazy person who is more focused on when he is clocking out rather than the person who is trusting him with their car. I will always go to Danny for he seems like a very honest guy, professional and who CARES about you as a customer. Anyone with a Nissan, go to him! He is the only reason I would rate this place 5 stars.

Dealership was friendly, not pushy, gave you space and even was able to speak to sales manager via text after we left. Petri began the conversation and Kristen sent me a quote via email that was more than fair. After minimal negotiations they accommodated me and treated me fairly the entire time. Sales person Samir was also accommodating and even helped me to deliver the vehicle. I ve purchased about 6 or 7 vehicles in my life, this was by far the least painful experience I ve ever had. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Have realistic expectations, you re buying a car and they re selling a car, not giving them away.

It was AMAZING! I went to the Used Car showroom; which i didn't know was there. And INSTANTLY i was greeted by Brian, one of their salesman. And throughout the process Brian and his manager Charlie treated me like family and was able to drive with a beautiful 2010 Toyota with less than 50k miles!

Extremely upset. I was contacted by someone through the phone whom of which set me up with an appointment to come in and look at two vehicles I was interested in. I came in at the time of the appointment and wasn't even seen until an 30 mins after. To my displeasure I come to find out that one of the two vehicles wasn't even at the location and the second vehicle, they didn't have the key so I couldn't even look at it. I left work early and drove an hour just to make the appoint at this dealership. All they offered me for the inconvenience was a full tank of gas. Honestly, that's just offensive. We said our good byes and left. We spent over an hour at this dealership and never even saw a vehicle. I personally do not recommend this dealership to anyone.
