We stayed from 2017-06-08 through 2017-06-12 (4 nights)
What was very good was the staff and the breakfast.
On arrival the room was only made up for one person (booked as a double room).
What was less good: 1 / Bathroom, broken mirror, shower mixer handle almost inoperable. 2 / Wi-Fi did not work. 3 / The cleaning included good bedding (cups and glass not washed, used instant coffee bags not replaced, trash not emptied).

The room is okay. The bathroom does not go in my eyes at all. There is a swimming pool bathroom better than this.

Great service, nice venue (really pretty tableware) and OK food. They have a machine that makes fresh orange juice which was really nice but other than that there was nothing outstanding about the food. I really appreciated the friendly staff though!

Hotel nice. Breakfast selection endless. Restaurant a bit pricey but there are lots of options nearby.
Quite a lot of stains around the room, unknown what it is about stains but on the walls there were small red stains here and there and on the bed and chairs there were white stains that were not cleaned either. Think it was a bit half bad.
However, the breakfast was wonderful, best I've had in a long time.
Totally OK breakfast too. Many organic products + pancakes and freshly baked waffle, unfortunately no maple syrup.
I really have to be honest and tell the truth about my experience at the spa department on the second floor of the hotel, the staff sucks, they are ignorant, incompetent, greedy, money-hungry people who have their whole life focus on their wallets!
Great lack of empathy and professionalism!

Parked in the parking garage and forgot the time, the reception was kind enough to let us into the garage and opened the gate so we could get out and drive home.
Accommodating and incredibly nice
Business hotel with nice rooms, personal service and restaurant in international class. The prices in the restaurant, however, also hold the highest international class.
Big plus for parking in the basement at reasonable price paid at reception.
Always choose this hotel in Uppsala!

In the city of uppsala very near to the train station and shopping centres,lovely breakfast buffet although it was not good as the other clarion hotels i have been to so i was a bit disappointed with the rooms

Friendly and efficient staff, very comfortable bed and room, quiet and clean, nice shower with good water pressure, large fluffy towels, outstanding breakfast, free wi-fi, perfect location.
To begin with, all stainless steel and coffee machine poorly cleaned. Apparently nothing has been done about it for months. The breakfast was good. Lots of choice and tasty products. And showering in a bath is totally out of date. Shower head that hangs at a very low height and that could not be placed upwards. Say a douche for dwarfs. A roll top bath that was already on the verge of falling over. And a very outdated shower. You don't let your dog shower there yet.
Furthermore, nice staff.
And we were with a son in a double room with an extra bed. But only after 3 x questions and many hours of ticking away, a fold-out bed arrived. Which, by the way, remained folded. Around the corner from the door. If you have to with such a shabby bed, you should not want that as a hotel owner.

Really bad spa. Cold pools, too many people. I got no locker, no comfortable chair, it was just a small full sauna & the pools were cold.
Having been to brunch, it was good, after all, lacking plates of jam despite all the abundance

Nice staff. Rooms are quite small. Feels like living in an IKEA display room.
The service and staff are fantastic and helpful, the room I stayed in was facing the street towards some nightclub where incredibly loud music was played all night and all this was heard very well in the room. Their blackout curtains are not adapted to the size of the window and thus do not really fulfill their function. So bright and loud in the room lowers the rating.
Great place for a conference or teambuilding. Good food and great fika (its a Swedish word, google it ;) )

Without a doubt the best hotel in Uppsala. There was no problem getting a cot in a standard double room. Very helpful and friendly staff and nice rooms.
