I got my vehicle serviced here and was quoted one price for a simple brake job. After I left the Auto Mall, I got a call about how the last mechanic messed up my brakes and that they needed to address it which would cost me way more than I was comfortable paying, but, came to an agreement for a lesser price. They do a great job of maintaining my car. Pricier than other shops, but the work is consistently good. Great mecanics here.

I was recommended through Costco s auto program. The dealership is unorganized. I was told I would be working with Mike. Mike was not available so Brandon helped me. Another gentleman showed me the cars (Khalid?). I wanted to look at the white Rogue Sport. I was told the black color is the same model as the white so I test drove the black Rogue. I expressed interest in the standard Rogue as I currently own one. The salesman seemed uninterested in letting me test drive it. He said it was the same as the one I currently owned. When I was done test driving, Brandon showed up again with a price for the Rogue Sport. He did not break down dealer incentives or other out the door fees. I felt there was not enough transparency. I asked for a price on the standard Rogue. My daughter and I sat there for a while. Brandon did not return with the price. We decided to leave the dealership and we walked out. I bought my current Rogue through the internet sales department in Sanford (Orlando area). They are a family owned dealership. I would rather fly into Orlando before purchasing from this location.

As an industry veteran, I sincerely hope this post can help a future buyer. I read the reviews about bait and switch with this dealership and sincerely thought I could avoid it knowing most of the tricks of the trade. Unfortunately, that did not occur. I paid a deposit and received paperwork for a $60,000 vehicle to have it reportedly sold out from under me. I was told by both The BDC manager and GM that the vehicle was damaged by a porter and would be going to auction. I was later informed by another employee (Mutual friend) that it was actually sold the prior day on the last day of the month. This was later confirmed by a VIN check. A common scam in the auto industry. Neither the GM or BDC manager that I worked with for over a week on this transaction would allow me to see the vehicle the same day the damage was reported or send me photos. It was reportedly sent to the collision center and surprise they did not have any record of the vehicle. This is only after reportedly they could not locate the phone number to their collison center after several hours of requesting it. How is that even possible? At any rate, please be cautious of this dealer. I was warned about them by several auto industry friends with 20-30 years experience. In addition, their doc fees they don t disclose are not properly advertised under the FL statute. This is another common method to raise the sales price by adding over $1000 in hidden charges to the list price, called a pre delivery service charge . As a consolation, they tried to hold my deposit for a vehicle that was a year older and higher mileage. Please be smart and beware as an informed consumer.

A very busy place, but they are quick and efficient. The service department is excellent. A big shout-out and a huge thank you to Tala, a Customer Service Expert. She is a huge asset to Coral Springs Honda, and will be the main reason Coral Springs Honda will get our repeat business and referrals to our friends! Thank you, Tala!

Never try this dealership, I have a bad experience with their service, they wanted we pay a lot of money for a service that other dealers do for free, I also checked other services prices and they are higher than their neighbors. Don t waste your time here

I came here with my girlfriend because I was tired of getting screwed over by mom and pop dealerships, when we arrived the sales lady Brenda was verry helpful and eager to sell us a car, we test drove a couple and decided to go with a 2013 Nissan Maximathat we saw on their website, now Brenda works at the Honda section since the car we wanted to was a Nissan, there was a lot of back and forth on not knowing where the car was not the lot it s lost in the jungle but we were set on the car because the online price online was a pretty good deal, after 3 days of back and forth we finally get to test drive the car and the power steering was Horrendous and the armrest was super cracked I told her if they fix the power steering and make sure the car is up to par as far as inspections, now Brenda assured us everything would be handled as well as both the sales manager at Nissan and the ,finance advisor that the car would be perfect, and now here I am a whole month later having to fill my power steering fluid almost every 2 days, I came here to get quality and all I got was a bunch of pushy salesmen and a car with issues I could ve went to an auction if I wanted to fix my car after I bought it not happy at all with this place they haven t even reached out to try and fix this issue don t but cars from here they just want your money

Worst service I've. Ever had I will never buy another car from them again I bought 2 cars from them and wanted to trade my car for a newer one and they screwed me over wasted my time and then tried getting me to come back to everyone out there I would take my business elsewhere

Won't budge on Internet prices according to the sales rep I talked to. I did my research. They had an suv that was sitting on the lot for 22 days. As a cash buyer on top of the condition of the vehicle (subpar), I was surprised they didn't budge. Not a very relatable sales rep. The Escape is not worth the Internet price. Told me the manager could sell it at auction for that or more. No way. You gotta turn cars to make money. 22days on the lot for a used suv? Also should known better. Even in the picture of the dash the car is idling and the check engine light is on...real manager special huh.

We got Honda CRV in coral Springs Honda,the CRV is running perfect, never had problem.we are loyal customer in coral Springs Honda before today. now Everything is different. coral Springs Honda may change anything.we traded our CRV, got a Odyssey. why there are problem in the brand new car, that's what we can't believe. when we were talking the price with store manager,we asked for add roof rails in our price, the manager said ok, so we made the purchase.today one man called me, he is so rude.he said because there are some problem in the brand new car, so they gave us free roof rails. We Just want to let him know, Sir, we spent money to purchase . the roof rails is include in our price. you are unnecessary to lie.I Just found out, after they fixed the car, the screws not did enough, when car is running, driver seat is moving, making noise.

The customer service here for my auto service repair was exceptional. Although my vehicle is under warrantyand has been in an accident and may not have been able to be repaired the service representative was honest and very attending. As I waited patiently I got free lunch and was treated very well. I would definitely bring my car here again. Special thanks to John.

The customer service takes forever when you need to get servicing and they have no individual water bottles or not even snacks for their paying customers and after servicing my car their one of the Porter's hit my reverse mirrors and management has not done anything to fix this issue honestly I used to love getting my car serviced here but now the customer service care has really lacked and it's more about sales than the customer experience at this location and it's sad to say but I'm highly disappointed in the way that their treating their customers. Especially their long term loyal customers.

I have no option to give it zero star because that is what this place deserves. Be aware !!! Biggest mistake of our lives. Just be cautious at the contracts you sign in comparison to what is said verbally. Best to stay away and go to dealers who know what they are doing.
