I purchased a Lexus there paid cash. And in my contract I was promised a new windshield. So of course when I call to set up an appointment I m being given the run around and no one knows what to do or who I go to for the windshield. So I called Tania the so called VIP manager and when I got upset that no one was helping me about my windshield she had the nerve to tell me I needed an education and she hung up on me and when I texted her that I was going to tell her boss she texted me back to go ahead and tell her boss and yes I have the text message to prove it.
